Definitions

  • the basic idea of the invention is, first of all, that the number of components used is minimized by these components not only fulfilling their original function (e.g. as housing components), but also the movement sequences within the coin deposit lock between the locking position and through their respective inner contours or outer contours control the release position independently, with no need for complex axle bearings for rotating or swiveling movements.
  • this solution enables, for example, a sandwich-like construction of the coin deposit lock from three layers, the middle layer containing the functional components and the upper and lower layer serving as a cover.

So that the locking between the middle finger B of the functional parts 21 and 22 and the hook-like end portions D of the control bolt 40 is released, so that the end face of the key 35 in Can come into contact with the complementarily shaped end face of the control bolt 40.

  • the removal of the key 35 can also not be made possible, for example, by pressing with a pointed object or the like on the semicircular face of the control bolt 40 in the coin chamber 30, since the control bolt 40 is in turn in this position via its end sections X and the middle fingers B of the functional parts 31, 32 is held, the latter serving practically as barbs here.
  • the introduction of a coin 25 into the coin chamber has the effect that the two fingers A of the functional parts 31, 32 are first moved apart, as a result of which the blockage just described as a result of the fingers B or end sections X is first removed. After this first step when inserting a coin 25, the front side of the coin 25 can then act on the complementarily shaped front side of the control bolt 40 and initially push it backwards.
  • the concept with the guide pins also enables a kind of "information transmission" about the specific location and thus the specific locking condition of the coin deposit lock to the outside.
  • it can be achieved, for example, by extending the guide pins that they themselves act as active components during the locking process and can be acted upon, for example, by other components, such as, for example, credit cards or chetons, which can be inserted into an additional coin chamber above and parallel to coin chamber 30 .
  • a coupling or operative connection with additional mechanisms is thus possible, which achieve an expansion of the area of application of the coin deposit lock according to the invention.
  • FIGS. 5 and 6 show a further exemplary embodiment of a coin deposit lock according to the invention, which is based on the same principles as the preferred embodiment described above. It will therefore suffice to consider only the essential differences of this second embodiment:
  • control bolt 41 is consequently not guided by pins and grooves, but by a web 11, 12 in the housing 10 'and is essentially dumbbell-shaped, the thickened ends of this dumbbell-shaped form, on the one hand, interacting with the functional parts 21' ... 32 'ensure, on the one hand, define the two end positions of the control bolt 41 by the stop function of this thickening on the web 11, 12.
  • FIG. 5 shows the inserted key 36, it can be seen that the key is the facing end face of the Control bolt 41 acts and the latter pushes away the functional part 31 'in its part facing the housing interior and at the same time engages its outward-pointing thickened end in a corresponding constriction of the key and blocks it.
  • the functional part 21 ' can rest against the thin shaft of the control bolt 41 and consequently its front end can move outward far enough to allow the coin 26 to be removed, the functional principle is thus roughly comparable to the functional principle described above for the first , preferred embodiment of the coin deposit lock according to the invention.
  • a spiral spring 46 is used to pressurize the functional parts, which bias them against one another.
  • the second exemplary embodiment of the coin lock according to the invention according to FIGS. 5 and 6 shows, however, that the principle of the inventive concept permits a wide variety of variants, which are ultimately all based on the common idea that the movement sequences of the functional components in the housing, on the one hand, by their outer contours and the movement sequence and the outer contours of the tax bar on the other hand, it can be defined as a control curve in such a way that reliable locking positions are achieved in complementary fashion in the coin chamber or the key chamber when the control bolt has reached one of its two end positions, which in turn are specified by defined housing shapes (for example, pins in an elongated hole guide or webs).
  • a further simplification of the designs of the coin deposit lock can consist in that instead of the spring elements 43, 44, 45, 46 magnetic forces are used for the proper guidance of the functional parts on the control bolt control cam, for example in that control bolts on the one hand and functional parts on the other hand are magnetized with opposite poles or alternatively, one of these functional elements is magnetized and the other is made of ferromagnetic material.
