Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Folienbeutel für Hygieneartikel, insbesondere für gestapelte Abschmink-Pads, nach dem Oberbegriff des Schutzanspruches 1.
  • Ein ähnlicher Folienbeutel ist z.B. aus der deutschen Gebrauchsmusterschrift DE-U-17 43 587 bekannt. Hierbei ist ein Folienschlauch zur Bildung einer im wesentlichen zylindrischen Beutelwand vorgesehen, dessen unteres Ende durch entsprechendes Einfalten der Beutelwand und eine Hochfrequenzschweißung der eingefalteten Bereiche dicht verschlossen ist. Vorzugsweise kann an diesem Ende eine Entnahmeöffnung in Form von vorgestanzten Perforationslinien vorgesehen sein.
  • Bei dem bekannten Folienbeutel ist weiterhin an der zweiten Öffnungsseite, beispielsweise also am oberen Ende, eine Aufhängekordel für den Beutel vorgesehen, die in einem durch Umschlagen des Schlauchrandes und Verschweißen gebildeten Hohlkanal läuft.
  • Dieser bekannte Folienbeutel ist insofern nachteilig, als der Hohlkanal zur Aufnahme der Aufhängekordel nur relativ aufwendig zu fertigen ist. Darüber hinaus verbleibt beim Zusammenziehen der Kordel aufgrund der Raffung des Folienmaterials regelmäßig eine zentrale Öffnung, die einem möglichst hermetischen Verschluß des Folienbeutels entgegenwirkt. Weiterhin ist der Verbraucher geneigt, den Folienbeutel statt - wie vorgesehen - im Bereich der unteren Entnahmeöffnungen am entgegengesetzten Ende durch Lösen des Kordelknotens und Aufziehen der gerafften Öffnung zu öffnen.
  • Ein Folienbeutel der gattungsgemäßen Art ist aus der FR-A-11 49 418 bekannt. Dieser Folienbeutel besteht ebenfalls aus einem Folienschlauch, der eine im wesentlichen zylindrische Beutelwand bildet. An beiden Schlauchenden ist der Folienbeutel verschlossen, wobei am oberen Ende eine Aufhängekordel für den Beutel angeordnet ist. Der Verschluß am oberen Ende ist durch eine quer zur Beutel-Längsachse laufende, lineare Folienschweißnaht zwischen den bezüglich der Naht gegenüberliegenden Beutelwandbereichen gebildet.
  • Nachteilig bei diesem Folienbeutel ist die Tatsache, daß für die Aufnahme der Aufhängekordel ein relativ aufwendig zu fertigender Hohlkanal vorgesehen ist, für den zusätzliche Schweißnähte am Folienbeutel angebracht werden müssen.
  • Ausgehend von den geschilderten Nachteilen des Standes der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Folienbeutel der gattungsgemäßen Art so zu verbessern, daß unter Beibehaltung eines möglichst einfachen, dabei aber dichten Verschließens des Beutels mit Hilfe einer linearen Verbindungsnaht ein einfaches Anbringen der Aufhängekordel möglich ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die im Kennzeichnungsteil des Anspruches 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst. Demnach ist der Verschluß am oberen Ende des Folienbeutels durch eine quer zur Beutel-Längsachse verlaufende, lineare Verbindungsnaht zwischen den bezüglich der Naht gegenüberliegenden Beutelwandbereichen gebildet, wobei die Aufhängekordel unterhalb der Verbindungsnaht durch den Beutel gezogen ist, so daß sie die Beutelwand unterhalb der Verbindungsnaht durchdringt und innerhalb des Beutels zwischen den gegenüberliegenden Beutelwandbereichen verläuft. Von Vorteil bei dieser Konstruktion ist dabei, daß lediglich mit einer einzigen Quernaht gearbeitet werden muß, so daß ein aufwendiges Umschlagen des Beutelrandes und Einlegen der Aufhängekordel in einen Hohlkanal entfallen kann. Darüber hinaus ist der Folienbeutel bis auf die Ein- und Austrittsöffnung der Aufhängekordel verschlossen, wobei diese beiden Durchtrittsöffnungen jedoch so klein gehalten werden können, daß sie die Aufhängekordel eng umschließen (Anspruch 5) und der Beutel damit praktisch dicht verschlossen ist.
  • Die Unteransprüche geben vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen des Erfindungsgegenstandes an. So ist die im Anspruch 2 angegebene Folienschweißnaht eine besonders einfach herstellbare Alternative für die Verbindungsnaht.
  • Bei der nach Anspruch 3 vorgesehenen Anordnung der Aufhängekordel parallel zur Verbindungsnaht wirkt letztere praktisch als zusätzliche Verstärkung, so daß auch bei einem starken Zug an der Aufhängekordel ein Ausreißen des Beutelmaterials verhindert wird. Dies wirkt sich insbesondere vorteilhaft aus, wenn der Folienbeutel, wie in Anspruch 6 angegeben ist, mittels der Aufhängekordel im Bereich der Verbindungsnaht gerafft ist und diese Raffung mittels einer außerhalb des Folienbeutels angeordneten Verknotung der Aufhängekordel fixiert ist. Mit der letztgenannten Ausgestaltung wirkt der Folienbeutel darüber hinaus wie ein solcher nach dem Stand der Technik, so daß das für den Endverbraucher gewohnte Erscheinungsbild des Folienbeutels nicht verändert wird.
  • Weitere Merkmale, Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung sind der nachfolgenden Beschreibung entnehmbar, in der ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes anhand der beiliegenden Figuren näher erläutert wird. Es zeigen

  • Ein erfindungsgemäßer Folienbeutel 1 ist aus einem im wesentlichen rechteckigen Folienzuschnitt gefertigt, der mit Hilfe einer geschweißten Längsnaht 2 zu einem Folienschlauch unter Bildung einer im wesentlichen zylindrischen Beutelwand 3 geformt ist. Der Folienschlauch ist an seinem unteren Ende 4 in nicht näher dargestellter Weise durch Einfalten sich überlappender Abschnitte und deren Verschweißung verschlossen. Die somit gebildete Bodenfläche 5 ist mit einer Kreisperforation 6 zur Bildung einer Entnahmeöffnung versehen.
  • Der Folienbeutel 1 dient zur Aufnahme von etwa kreisrunden Abschmink-Pads 7 aus gestanzten Watte-Ronden, die in den Figuren strichliert angedeutet sind.
  • Am oberen Ende 8 des Folienbeutels 1 ist eine quer zur Beutellängsachse 9 verlaufende, lineare Folienschweißnaht 10 vorgesehen, die die bezüglich der Naht 10 gegenüberliegenden Beutelwandbereiche verbindet. Aufgrund dieser Folienschweißnaht 10 ist das obere Ende 8 des Folienbeutels 1 im wesentlichen dachförmig ausgebildet, wie aus Fig. 1 deutlich wird. Die Folienschweißnaht 10 verläuft im übrigen in einem rechten Winkel W zu der Längsnaht 2.
  • Unterhalb der Folienschweißnaht 10 ist durch den Folienbeutel 1 eine Aufhängekordel 11 hindurchgezogen, die in der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Konfiguration im wesentlichen parallel zur Folienschweißnaht 10 durch den Beutel verläuft und mittels eines Knotens 17 zu einem Ring geschlossen ist.
  • Die beiden Durchtrittsöffnungen 12, 13 der Aufhängekordel 11 durch die Beutelwand 3 sind dabei in einem Abstand a von etwa 3 mm unterhalb der beiden Endpunkte 14, 15 der Folienschweißnaht 10 angeordnet und umschließen die Aufhängekordel 11 eng, da letztere mit Hilfe einer Art Haken-Nadel unmittelbar beim Durchziehen der Aufhängekordel 11 durch den Beutel eingestochen werden.
  • Nach der Fertigung des Folienbeutels 1 bis zu der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Konfiguration kann die Aufhängekordel 11 zusammengezogen und damit der Folienbeutel 1 im Bereich seines oberen Endes 8 gerafft werden (Raffung 16), wie dies in Fig. 2 angedeutet ist. Diese Raffung 16 ist mittels eines außerhalb des Folienbeutels 1 angeordneten Knotens 17' fixiert. Mit Hilfe der damit ebenfalls gebildeten losen Schlinge 18 der Aufhängekordel 11 kann der Folienbeutel 1 beispielsweise in einem Badezimmer aufgehängt werden, wobei die Schlinge 18 auch über größere Gegenstände, wie beispielsweise Möbelknäufe od.dgl. paßt.

Claims (7)

  1. Folienbeutel für Hygieneartikel, insbesondere für gestapelte Abschmink-Pads (7), bestehend aus einem Folienschlauch zur Bildung einer im wesentlichen zylindrischen Beutelwand (3), dessen beide Enden (unteres Ende 4, oberes Ende 8) verschlossen sind, wobei am oberen Ende (8) eine Aufhängekordel (11) für den Beutel (1) sowie vorzugsweise im Bereich des unteren Endes (4) eine, Entnahmeöffnung (Kreisperforation 6) angeordnet sind, wobei der Verschluß am oberen Ende (8) durch eine quer zur Beutellängsachse (9) verlaufende, lineare Verbindungsnaht (Folienschweißnaht 10) zwischen den bezüglich der Naht gegenüberliegenden Beutelwandbereichen gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufhängekordel (11) unterhalb der Verbindungsnaht (10) durch den Beutel (1) gezogen ist, sodaß sie die Beutelwand (3) von außen her unterhalb der Verbindungsnaht (10) durchdringt und innerhalb des Beutels zwischen den gegenüberliegenden Beutelwandbereichen verläuft.
  2. Folienbeutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsnaht als Folienschweißnaht (10) ausgebildet ist.
  3. Folienbeutel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufhängekordel (11) parallel zur Verbindungsnaht (10) durch den Beutel (1) gezogen ist.
  4. Folienbeutel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufhängekordel (11) die Beutelwand (3) in einem Abstand (a) von 1 bis 5 mm unterhalb der Endpunkte (14, 15) der Verbindungsnaht (10) durchdringt.
  5. Folienbeutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufhängekordel (11) die Beutelwand (3) über zwei Durchtrittsöffnungen (12, 13) durchdringt, die die Aufhängekordel (11) eng umschließen.
  6. Folienbeutel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Folienbeutel (1) mittels der Aufhängekordel (11) im Bereich der Verbindungsnaht (10) gerafft (16) ist und die Raffung (16) mittels einer außerhalb des Folienbeutels angeordneten Verknotung (17) der Aufhängekordel (11) fixiert ist.
  7. Folienbeutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsnaht (10) und eine Längsnaht (2) des Folienbeutels (1) rechtwinklig (Winkel W) zueinander verlaufen.
