Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Granulieren und Zerkleinern von schmelzflüssigem Material und Mahlgut (22), wobei die Schmelze in eine Mischkammer (5) eingebracht wird, in die Mischkammer (5) Wasser, Wasserdampf und/oder Luft-/Wassergemische eingedüst werden und das verdampfte Wasser gemeinsam mit der erstarrten Schlacke über einen Diffusor (11) ausgestoßen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmelze unter Druck in die Mischkammer eingebracht wird und der Austrittsstrahl des Diffusors (11) gegen einen Austrittsstrahl eines weiteren Diffusors (17) gerichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Mischkammer (5) und Diffusor über einen Injektor weiteres Mahlgut (22) oder Additive eingebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gebildete Dampf abgezogen und über einen Wärmetauscher geführt wird, und daß das Kondensat der Mischkammer (5) rückgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsgeschwindigkeit des Dampfstrahlers aus dem Diffusor (11) kleiner als die Schallgeschwindigkeit eingestellt wird.
- Einrichtung zum Granulieren und Zerkleinern von Hochofenschlacke, Klinker od.dgl., bei welcher schmelzflüssige Schlacke mit Wasser unter Ausbildung einer Glasphase abgekühlt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Leitung (13) für schmelzflüssige Schlacke mit einer Mischkammer (6) verbunden ist, daß in die Mischkammer (6) Leitungen für Wasser (8), Wasserdampt und/oder Wasser-/Luftgemische münden, daß an die Mischkammer (6) ein Diffusor (11) angeschlossen ist, und daß die Achse (18) der Austrittsöffnung (10) des Diffusors (11) auf eine Prallfäche (21) weist und sich mit der Austrittsöffnung (16) mindestens eines weiteren Diffusors (17) schneidet.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitung (3) für schmelzflüssige Schlacke (2) über einen mit Preßluft beaufschlagbaren Düsenstock mit Ringdüsen (4) in die Mischkammer mündet.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Mischkammer (5) und Diffusor (11) eine Injektorkammer (12) mit gegenüber der Austrittsöffnung (10) des Diffusors (11) geringerem wirksamen Querschnitt angeordnet ist, an welche eine Leitung (13) für weiteres Mahlgut oder Additive angeschlossen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5, 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach der Austrittsöffnung (10) des Diffusors (11) eine Dampfabsaugeinrichtung angeordnet ist, die Dampfabsaugleitung mit wenigstens einem Wärmetauscher verbunden ist, worauf das Kondensat über eine Pumpe der Mischkammer (5) rückführbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Diffusor (11) eine Sieb- oder Sichteinrichtung nachgeschaltet ist und daß der Siebüberlauf bzw. das Überkorn über eine Fördereinrichtung in die Injektionskammer (12) rückführbar ist.
