Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine fahrbare Anlage zum Aufnehmen, Verlegen sowie Transportieren von aus Schienen und Schwellen gebildeten Gleisjochen, mit einer einen Tragrahmen mit höhenverstellbaren Tragmitteln aufweisenden Hebevorrichtung, wobei der Tragrahmen mittels in Gleislängsrichtung voneinander distanzierter Paare von Hubstempeln auf dem Bahnkörper abstützbar und zu diesem über einen Antrieb höhenverstellbar ist, und mit einem von der Hebevorrichtung unabhängig verfahrbaren, zur Auflage des Gleisjoches mitsamt der Hebevorrichtung vorgesehenen Transportwagen, der endseitig jeweils ein Schienenfahrwerk und ein höhenverstellbares, schienenungebundenes Fahrwerk aufweist.The invention relates to a mobile system for receiving, laying and transporting track yokes formed from rails and sleepers, with a lifting device having a support frame with height-adjustable suspension means, the support frame being able to be supported on the track body by means of pairs of lifting rams spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the track and to this via a Drive is adjustable in height, and with a transport carriage which can be moved independently of the lifting device and is provided for supporting the track yoke together with the lifting device and which has a rail chassis and a height-adjustable, rail-independent running gear at the ends.

Beim Ausbau eines Gleisjoches oder einer Weiche wird die - einen sich in Gleislängsrichtung erstreckenden Tragrahmen aufweisende - Hebevorrichtung anhand des Transportwagens über dem Gleisjoch plaziert, worauf der Tragrahmen über zwei Paare von seiten- und höhenverstellbaren Hubstempeln auf dem Schotterbett abgestützt und gleichzeitig vom Transportwagen abgehoben wird. Dieser wird sodann entfernt und die Hebevorrichtung mittels der Hubstempel auf das Gleisjoch abgesenkt. Nach Erfassen der Schienen mit höhenverstellbaren Tragmitteln mit Greiforganen wird der Tragrahmen mitsamt dem Gleisjoch anhand der Hubstempel wieder hochgefahren. Der Transportwagen wird nun mittels abgesenkter Raupenfahrwerke in die Gleislücke unter das hochgehobene Gleisjoch eingefahren und transportiert dieses mitsamt dem Tragrahmen ab. Beim Einbau eines neuen Gleisjoches oder einer Weiche wird sinngemäß in umgekehrter Reihenfolge verfahren.
