Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour la séparation de panneaux (18, 20) coupés en about en aval de la ligne de coupe (16) de scies à panneaux (12), présentant de nombreux rails à rouleaux (26), prévus latéralement à un certain écart l'un de l'autre et s'étendant en direction d'avance de la scie à panneaux (12), recevant les panneaux coupés (18, 20), au moins une partie des rails à rouleaux (26) étant déplaçables dans une position de séparation pour écarter latéralement des panneaux (18, 20) coupés adjacents à partir d'une position en paralléle à une règle butée (30) s'étendant en direction d'avance,
caractérisé en ce que
les ras à rouleaux (26) déplaçables dans une position de séparation sont pivotables autour d'un axe de pivotement (32) vertical. - Disposition selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de pivotement (32) des ras à rouleaux (26) est prévu à l'extrémité des rails adjacente à la ligne de séparation (16) de la scie à panneaux (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que au moins le rail à rouleaux (26) adjacent à la règle butée (30) est disposé de façon fixe.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que au moins un autre rail à rouleaux (26) stationnaire s'étendant en direction d'avance, une table de chargement ou similaire, se situe en aval de chaque rail à rouleaux (26).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les ras à rouleaux (26) pivotables dans une position de séparation sont disposés sur une trappe de chutes (34) prévue derrière la scie à panneaux (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les rails à rouleaux (26) pivotables dans une position de séparation font partie d'au moins deux groupes de rails (c et d), le groupe de rails (d) situé par rapport à la règle butée respectivement à l'extérieur pouvant être pivoté d'un angle plus élevé que le groupe de ras (c) adjacent au premier groupe (d).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les rails à rouleaux (26) pivotables peuvent être pivotés en commun par groupe.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que un dispositif de pivotement (36) est respectivement affecté aux rails à rouleaux pivotables (26), que tous les dispositifs de pivotement (36) s'étayent réciproquement par le biais du rail à rouleaux situé respectivement entre eux et que uniquement un de ces dispositif de pivotement (36) ne doit être activé pour pivoter des rails à rouleaux (26).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de pivotement sont formés par des groupes de vérins à piston (36) montés en série et commandés par programme, dont le piston (40) s'appuie sur le rail à rouleaux (26) adjacent ou est articulé sur ce dernier.
