Abstract
Claims (9)
- Procédé de combustion de déchets composés essentiellement de matières plastiques, en particulier du PVC, contenant au moins un adjuvant, selon lequel les déchets sont brûlés dans un four en ajoutant au moins un additif solide à particules fines qui présente au moins un composant avec une température de fusion plus élevée que celle de la matière plastique, et selon lequel on utilise comme four un four tubulaire tournant, et on ajoute comme additif solide à particules fines un additif qui conduit, avec le adjuvant, à un résidu de combustion résistant à l'élution.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise un additif tel, que même à la fin de la combustion, la température de fusion d'au moins un des composants n'est pas atteinte.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on choisi un additif ou plusieurs additifs parmi : du sable siliceux, du gravier, de la pierre finement concassée, de la bauxite, de l'alumine, des minerais oxydants, des bris de verre, du granite, des résidus de combustion, en particulier des scories, de la lignite, de la houille, en particulier de la houille hautement volatile, des tapis routiers asphaltés broyés, des morceaux de pneus usagés.
- Procédé selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que lors de la combustion de la matière plastique qui présente un composé de charge contenant des métaux alcalins et/ou alcalino-terreux, on utilise un additif contenant du SiO2 et/ou du Al2O3.
- Procédé selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, comme additif à particules fines, on utilise des résidus de la combustion de déchets de matières plastiques eux-mêmes.
- Procédé selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les déchets de matières plastiques sont broyés avant la combustion.
- Procédé selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les déchets de matières plastiques et l'additif solide à particules fines sont mélangés avant leur introduction dans le four tubulaire tournant.
- Procédé selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le mélange contient un liquide mouillant.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que comme liquide, on utilise une solution de chlorure de calcium qui précipite lors du lavage d'un gaz de fumée formé pendant la combustion de déchets de matière plastique PVC.
