Claims (9)
- Triebwerk einer Kolbenpumpe für cryogene Anwendungen mit einer Kurbelwelle (2), einer Pleuelstange (10) mit Pleuelkopf (12) und einem Kreuzkopf (22), an dem eine Triebstange (33) angreift, die über eine Kupplung (31) mit der Kolbenstange (32) der Pumpe (40) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pleuelkopf (12) als Kugelkopf gestaltet ist, der im Kreuzkopf (22) formschlüssig, allseitig schwenkbar gelagert ist, und dass der Pleuelkopf (12) eine in den Schaft (11) der Pleuelstange einschraubbare Verlängerung (14) aufweist und mittels einer Kontermutter (18) fixierbar ist, so dass die Pleuelstange (10) längeneinstellbar ist.
- Triebwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schaft (11) der Pleuelstange ein zentrisches Gewindeloch angebracht ist, in welchem die als Gewindestange gestaltete Verlängerung (14) eingeschraubt und gesichert ist.
- Triebwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im hohlen Pleuelschaft (11) im eingeschraubten Zustand der Verlängerung (14) eine Fettpolsterkammer (15) verbleibt, die über einen Schmiernippel (16) füllbar ist und mit dem Lager (25) des Pleuelkopfes (12) über eine zentrale Bohrung als Schmierleitung (17) in Wirkverbindung steht.
- Triebwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kreuzkopf (22) in einer Bronzegleitlagerbuchse (21) läuft.
- Triebwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kreuzkopf (22) aus einem Hohlzylinder (23) mit einer zentrischen Oeffnung und einer den Kugelkopf des Pleuelkopfes (12) hintergreifenden Teilschale und einem im Hohlzylinder (23) fixiert gehaltenen Druckbolzen (24), der endständig eine Pfanne (25) aufweist, in der der Kugelkopf geschmiert gelagert ist, besteht.
- Triebwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplung (31) eine winkelstarre Verbindung zwischen Kolbenstange (32) und Triebstange (33) ist.
- Triebwerk nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bewegungsbereich des Schmiernippels (16) im Kurbelgehäuse (1) ein Fenster (19) angeordnet ist.
- Triebwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verstellung der Distanz zwischen Kreuzkopf (22) und Pleuelschaft (11) eine mit der Verlängerung (14) und dem Kugelkopf des Pleuelkopfes (12) einstückig verbundene Einstellmutter vorgesehen ist.
- Triebwerk nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Uebergangsbereich des Kurbelgehäuses (1) und des Kreuzkopfgehäuses (20) ein Fenster (29) angeordnet ist, welches so gross ist, dass sowohl die Einstellmutter (13) als auch die Kontermutter (18) mittels entsprechenden Werkzeugen betätigbar sind.
