Description
- Die über die Druck-bzw. Gegenrollen 4 radial auf die Treibscheibe einwirkende Kraft T und durch Zwischenschaltung des nicht ziehenden Seiltrums, derart, daß wie beschrieben, eine Haftreibung zwischen Seil 2 und Treibscheibe 1 entsteht, welche ihrerseits es erlaubt, die für die Mitnahme des Seils erforderliche Vorspannung T zu erhalten.
- In der Treibscheibe und daher auch im fest verbundenen Rahmen durch Betätigung der Treibscheibe, wirkt das Drehmoment r x T, das durch das am Zuganker 3 vorliegende Kräftepaar A x a im Gleichgewicht gehalten wird, dadurch gegeben, daß die Kräfte T bzw. (-)T vom Arm r beabstandet sind.
Claims (4)
- Durchlaufseilzuggerät für ein durchlaufendes Seil (2), insbesondere Textil- oder Stahlseil, mitdadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeiner oder mehreren Druckrollen (4), welche durch unmittelbare Einwirkung eines Zuges (T) im Seil (2) radial unter Zwischenschaltung des Seiles (2) gegen den Umfang einer Treibscheibe (1) gedrückt werden, wobeidie Treibscheibe (1) fest und nicht verschiebbar in einem Rahmen (6) gelagert ist, und miteinem Zuganker (3), welcher in dem Rahmen (6) als Verbindungsglied zwischen den Druckrollen (4) und einer festliegenden Verankerungsstelle (5) des Seilzuggerätes derart verschiebbar ist, daß die Druckrollen (4) radial gegen den Umfang der Treibscheibe (1) und/oder auf das zwischengeschaltete Seil (2) mit einer dem Seilzug (T) entsprechenden Kraft gedrückt werden, wobeiauf diese Weise im nicht ziehenden Seiltrum des Seils eine derartige Haftreibung zwischen diesem Seiltrum und einer Seilrille (13) der Antriebsscheibe (1) erzeugt wird, daß sich die für die Mitnahme des Seils (2) erforderliche Vorspannung (T) einstellt,eine Feder (14) vorgesehen ist, welche die Druckrollen (4) über den Zuganker (3) gegen den Umfang der Treibscheibe (1) drückt, umdie Mitnahme des Seils (2) am Beginn, wenn der Seilzug (T) noch null ist, sicherzustellen, wobeidie Feder (14) unmittelbar zwischen einem Antriebsmotor (8) für die Treibscheibe (1) und dem druckrollenseitigen Ende des Zugankers (3) angeordnet ist.
- Seilzuggerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb über ein in der Treibscheibe (1) eingebautes Planetengetriebe erfolgt.
- Seilzuggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerung der Treibscheibe (1) im Rahmen dadurch erfolgt, daß der ringförmige Spalt zwischen dem Umfang der Treibscheibe und einer Bohrung im Rahmen (6) mit einer Anzahl von Wälzkörpern (7) gefüllt wird.
- Seilzuggerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb über eine serienmäßige, elektrische Gewindeschneidmaschine erfolgt.
