Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for adding grinding aids mineral regrind, especially cement, in a through a partition tube grinding chamber divided into a coarse grinding chamber and a fine grinding chamber is ground, the grinding aid being sprayed directly onto the ground material.
To increase the mill throughput while maintaining the quality of the grinding product the regrind so-called grinding aids, usually liquid organic Chemicals, added. These chemicals prevent welding or The particles agglomerate with each other.
Januar 1979" bekannt. From the technical paper "About the use of grinding aids in cement grinding", cement-lime gypsum, 22 (1969) No. 5, pages 193 ff, a method is already known in which the grinding aid is injected into the grinding chamber and is reflected flatly on the regrind. As a result of the rotation of the tube, part of the material to be ground is also swirled in the grinding chamber, so that steaming or drop-shaped grinding aids are deposited on the surface of these material to be ground. The grinding aid can be dissolved in water to improve the distribution in the grinding chamber and to facilitate the metering of small amounts of grinding aid. A generic method in which the grinding aid is sprayed directly onto the ground material is from the document Database WPI, Section CH, Week 7940, Derwent Publications Ltd., London, GB; Class L02, AN 79-73181b and SU-A-640 983 (CEMENT IND RES INST), January 8, 1979 ".
The disadvantage of the methods known from the prior art is that a Part of the grinding aid, or of the grinding aid dissolved in water, of which the Flushing purge air is discharged from the grinding chamber without to have previously come into contact with the regrind, so that this portion of the Grinding aid has no effect on the grinding process and is not efficient Use of the grinding aid results.
Assuming the present invention has for its object to provide a method for imparting of grinding aids to mineral material to be ground further develop such a way that it is possible to achieve a more efficient use of the grinding aid.
This object is achieved with a method having the above mentioned features according to the invention in that the grinding aid grinding aid water mixture discharged as bundled liquid jet of the targeted wetting a predetermined region of the grinding stock located in the Rohrmahlkammer in a substantially axial direction of the Rohrmahlkammer from a nozzle which can be arranged variably in the axial direction.
The invention is based on the finding that only one by targeted wetting certain area of the ground material, especially in the vicinity of the tube grinding chamber dividing partition, sufficient effect of the grinding aid is given, which effectively prevents agglomeration of the ground material. Due to the Add the grinding aid as a bundled liquid jet of a water-grinding aid mixture is a good distribution of the grinding aid in the regrind and on the other hand a concentrated and thus a discharge of the Grinding aids to avoid wetting as a result of rinsing air in the tube grinding chamber of the ground material ensured. With regard to the latter also contributes to the fact that Liquid jet emitted in close proximity to the predetermined area can be by the nozzle can be variably arranged in the axial direction. To one hand dampen the impact of the liquid jet on the regrind and on the other hand wet different areas of the regrind by varying the spray pressure to be able to, the liquid jet in the substantially axial direction of the Pipe grinding chamber delivered.
The combinative effect of the features of the method according to the invention guarantees a process that is known in the prior art more efficient use of grinding aids, which is an increase in Mill throughput with the same quality of the grinding product or allows a higher fineness with the same mill throughput.
The water grinding aid mixture is preferably at a pressure greater than 5 sprayed bar on the regrind. Pressures greater than 5 bar make it possible Grinding aids in a targeted jet to almost all areas of the grinding chamber aim so that with regard to the targeted application of the regrind in the Grinding chamber there are no restrictions. For economic reasons suggested that the water grinding aid mixture be at a pressure less than 40 bar and greater than 5 bar is sprayed onto the regrind. A restriction on Pressures less than 40 bar make it possible to use a method according to the invention to carry out reasonable economic effort. The process can be Carry out even at pressures higher than 40 bar, however pumps are used for this needed, the purchase of which is associated with a high economic outlay.
Practical tests have shown that the highest increase in mill throughput can be achieved if the grinding aid in a through a partition pipe grinding chamber divided into a coarse grinding chamber and a fine grinding chamber is sprayed onto the ground material directly in the area of the intermediate wall.
The grinding aid is preferably introduced into the tube grinding chamber via a controllable pump promoted so that the desired amount of grinding aid exactly can be determined. Concentrated grinding aids can thereby be added exact dosage can be sprayed onto the regrind.
The introduction of the grinding aid into the tube grinding chamber by at least one the end walls of the tube grinding chamber enables a particularly simple axial Aligning the bundled grinding aid jet with a predetermined one Area of the material to be ground within the grinding chamber. For example, a lance with a subsequent nozzle through which the grinding aid is bundled onto the Regrind is sprayed on, be displaceable in the axial direction of the tube grinding chamber, so that the nozzle located at the end of the lance is in close proximity to the predetermined area onto which the grinding aid is to be sprayed, can be arranged. The grinding aid can be either by one of the End walls of the tube grinding chamber as well as on both sides in the tube grinding chamber be introduced so that the grinding aid on both sides to a predetermined Area of the millbase or two different areas of the millbase can be done without changing the position of the nozzles spraying the regrind.
Alternatively, the grinding aid can through the jacket of the tube grinding chamber in the Tube grinding chamber are introduced so that the inlet and / or outlet of the ground material not through the grinding aid through the end walls of the tube grinding chamber Lines is affected. In addition, the inventive method can be in Carry out already installed tube mills as tube mills with little effort can be retrofitted such that the grinding aid can be introduced by the Pipe jacket becomes possible.
Since this is advantageously dissolved in the diluent, preferably in water Grinding aid is sprayed onto the regrind, the delivery rate of Increase the pump, and it is possible to build up a sufficiently high pressure so that the grinding aid dissolved in the diluent in a concentrated liquid jet be aimed directly at the desired area within the grinding chamber can. In a liquid jet, the grinding aid can also be used over long distances be promoted within the grinding chamber. In addition, the Liquid jet are bundled in such a way that targeted, targeted areas the grinding stock can be sprayed with grinding aids.
The conveying of the water-grinding aid mixture is preferably automatic regulated, the regulation with the control of the tube grinding chamber and the Dosage of the ground material is coupled, so that there is a closed control loop results in exactly the amount of grinding aid introduced into the grinding chamber can be matched to the other parameters of the grinding process.
