Claims (9)

  1. Fermeture de tube comportant un filetage (3) sur un col de tube (1) qui est apte à être fermé par un bouchon à vis (6), étant précisé qu'il est prévu, fixée au col de tube (1) à l'aide d'éléments de liaison (9, 9a) aptes à se déchirer, une bande de garantie (10) espacée librement qui est en prise avec le bouchon à vis de manière à pouvoir être séparée des éléments de liaison (9, 9a) lors de l'ouverture du bouchon à vis (6), caractérisée en ce que la bande de garantie (10) est divisée par au moins deux fentes de séparation (7) en au moins deux segments, et en ce que la bande de garantie (10) est formée d'une seule pièce avec une bague (4) qui sert au montage sur le filetage (3), et avec les éléments de liaison (9) aptes à se déchirer qui sont disposés entre la bande de garantie (10) et la bague (4).
  2. Fermeture de tube selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu, de chaque côté de la fente de séparation (7), au moins un élément de liaison (9, 9a).
  3. Fermeture de tube selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la fente de séparation (7) divise complètement la bande de garantie (10).
  4. Fermeture de tube selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de liaison (9, 9a) sont conçus avec des résistances différentes.
  5. Fermeture de tube selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la fente de séparation (7) est parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du filetage (3).
  6. Fermeture de tube selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de liaison (11) prévu sur la bande de garantie est conçu comme un crochet dirigé axialement vers la fermeture de tube (6).
  7. Fermeture de tube selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que chacun des segments de bande de garantie est fixé au filetage à l'aide de deux éléments de liaison (9, 9a) aptes à se déchirer, un élément de liaison (9, 9a) étant disposé à chaque extrémité du segment de bande de garantie.
  8. Fermeture de tube selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les deux éléments de liaison aptes à se déchirer de chaque segment de bande de garantie sont conçus avec des résistances différentes.
  9. Fermeture de tube selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les extrémités des segments de bande de garantie voisines d'une fente de séparation (7) sont fixées au col de tube à l'aide d'éléments de liaison (9, 9a) de résistances différentes.
