Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zum Herausstanzen eines Rohlings (11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17) aus einem Metallstreifen (10) mit zumindest einem Matrizenaufbau (23), wobei der Rohling insbesondere aber nicht ausschließlich zur Herstellung eines Türbandgehäuses bestimmt ist, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfaßt, daß
    in einer ersten Station ein erster Rohling (11) aus dem Metallstreifen (10) gestanzt wird,
    der erste herausgestanzte Rohling (11) entfernt und an eine zweite Station in eine geeignete Position übertragen wird,
    ein zweiter Rohling (13) identisch dem ersten Rohling (11) herausgestanzt wird,
    der zweite herausgestanzte Rohling (13) entfernt und an die zweite Station in eine geeignete Position übertragen wird,
    die oben erwähnten Schritte wiederholt werden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß
    gleichzeitig mit der Übertragung des ersten Rohlings (11) der Streifen (10) in Längsrichtung um eine Strecke (X) in einer Richtung entgegengesetzt zu F zurückgezogen und durch Verschieben relativ zu dem zumindest einen Matrizenaufbau (23) um eine Strecke (Y) in einer Richtung (G) quer positioniert wird,
    gleichzeitig mit der Übertragung des zweiten Rohlings (13) der Streifen (10) in Längsrichtung um eine weitere Strecke (X) in der Richtung (F) vorgeschoben wird und dieser durch Verschieben relativ zu dem Matrizenaufbau (23) um eine Strecke (Y) in der Richtung (H) entgegengesetzt der Richtung (G) quer positioniert wird,
    wobei der Streifen (10) relativ zu dem Matrizenaufbau (23) in den Richtungen (G, H) um eine Strecke (Y) quer verschoben wird, der gemäß der Konfiguration der Rohlinge (11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17) bestimmt ist, die so geformt werden sollen, daß bei der ersten Station bei einem ersten Schritt der Matrizenaufbau auf einer Seite des Metallstreifens (10) und bei einem zweiten Schritt auf der anderen Seite des Metallstreifens (10) aktiv ist und so weiter, so daß die aufeinanderfolgenden Schneidelinien aneinander angrenzen und kein Rest übrigbleibt, wobei die Strecke (Y) die Breite des Streifens (10) nicht überschreitet.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Rohlinge (11, 13) in der zweiten Station in der gleichen Position orientiert werden, die für den nächsten Vorgang geeignet ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Rohlinge (11, 13) in der zweiten Station beide um 90° aber in entgegengesetzten Richtungen um ihre Vorschubachse gedreht werden.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Rohlinge (11, 13) in eine Position, die für den nächsten Vorgang geeignet ist, während ihrer Übertragung von der ersten und zweiten Station orientiert werden.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Metallstreifen (10) in einer Richtung (F1) rechtwinklig zu der Vorschubachse (F2) des Rohlings (15, 16) zugeführt wird.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Rohlinge (15, 16) in der zweiten Station in eine Position orientiert werden, die für den nächsten Vorgang geeignet ist.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Rohling (16) in der zweiten Station um 180° um seine Vorschubachse gedreht wird.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Rohlinge (15, 16) in eine Position, die für den nächsten Vorgang geeignet ist, während ihrer Übertragung von der ersten und zweiten Station orientiert werden.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß zwei identische Rohlinge (18, 19) gleichzeitig aus einem Streifen (10) gestanzt werden, der schrittweise in einer Richtung rechtwinklig zu der Vorschubrichtung der ausgestanzten Rohlinge (18, 19) vorgeschoben wird, wobei die Rohlinge (18, 19) bei einem Abstand von N Schritten voneinander gestanzt werden.
