Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung für die Zuführung von Montageteilen zu wenigstens einem Ober- oder Unterwerkzeug einer Montagemaschine zur Be- oder Verarbeitung der Montage-teile, wobei die Ober- und Unterwerkzeuge zwischen einer Arbeits- und einer Ruheposition relativ zueinander bewegbar sind und die Montageteile dem jeweiligen Werkzeug jeweils über einen Zuführkanal mittels eines Zuführstößels zugeführt werden.The invention relates to a device for feeding assembly parts to at least one upper or lower tool of an assembly machine for machining or processing the assembly parts, the upper and lower tools being movable relative to one another between a working position and a rest position, and the assembly parts each tool can be fed via a feed channel by means of a feed plunger.
Derartige Vorrichtungen für die Zuführung von Montageteilen sind an sich bekannt. Sie werden insbesondere in Maschinen zum Ansetzen von Nieten, Druckknöpfen oder dergleichen verwendet. Beispielsweise ist eine gattungsgemäße Vorrichtung für die Zuführung von Montageteilen in der DE-OS 42 25 264 beschrieben. Demgemäß ist ein federbelasteter Hebel mit einem Ausleger an einer an einem hubgesteuerten Oberwerkzeug angeordneten Führungsbahn angeordnet und wird durch die Abbewegung des Oberstempels entgegen der Federkraft in eine hintere Position gedrückt. Durch diese Bewegung wird ein Schlitten in eine zurückgezogene Position bewegt, an welchem Stößel angeordnet sind. Fährt der hubgesteuerte Oberstempel in seine obere Position zurück, wird der Hebel aufgrund der Federbelastung in eine vordere Position gezogen und bewegt dabei den Schlitten ebenfalls in eine vordere Position. Die Stößel prallen dann auf die in Zuführkanälen bereitgehaltenen Montageteile und führen diese dem Ober- und/oder Unterwerkzeug bzw. den daran angeordneten Haltewerkzeugen zu. Um ausreichend Zeit für das Einsetzen von Montageteilen in die Zuführkanäle zu haben, werden die Zuführstößel in eine weit hinter der Einsatzstelle befindliche Position zurückgeführt. Dadurch ergibt sich aufgrund der hohen Rückführgeschwindigkeit des Hebels eine erhebliche Aufprallgeschwindigkeit des Stößels auf die zuzuführenden Montageteile. Durch diesen Aufprall können die Teile in ungewünschter Weise beschädigt werden und es wird ein hoher Ausschuß produziert. Darüber hinaus müssen die Massen in entsprechend kurzer Zeit große Wege zurücklegen, so daß viel Energie für den Betrieb erforderlich ist. Will man beispielsweise durch eine entsprechende Hebelanordnung diese Wege verkürzen, verkürzt sich automatisch die Einsetzzeit. Weiterhin müssen viele Teile relativ zueinander positioniert, eingestellt und abgestimmt werden. Auch ist keine Steuerung oder einfache Variation der Einsetzzeit möglich. Aufgrund bestimmter Schalteranordnungen erfolgt eine Abschaltung, wenn der Vorschub der Stößel behindert ist. Aufgrund der hohen Beschleunigung bedarf es dazu jedoch bereits erheblicher Behinderungen. Nur leicht deformierte Teile oder dergleichen werden trotzdem zugeführt. Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Stößelwagen mittels einer zentrischen Schubkurbel hin- und herbewegbar ist. Die zentrische Anordnung der Schubkurbel vermeidet die Verwendung anfälliger und abzustimmender Gestänge. In vorteilhafter Weise wird die zentrische Schubkurbel unterhalb des Stößelwagens zwischen den vorderen und hinteren Umkehrpunkten angeordnet. In besonders vorteilhafter Weise besteht die Verbindung zwischen der Schubkurbel und dem Stößelwagen aus einer an der Schubkurbel angeordneten Laufrolle, die in einer am Stößelwagen angeordneten Führungskurve abläuft, deren Breite der Umlaufkreisbahn der Laufrolle entspricht. Derartige Kurbeln werden Kreuzschubkurbeln genannt, die im Falle der vorliegenden Erfindung mit einer Kurve in Form eines Rastgetriebes kombiniert werden. Man spricht auch von Kreuzschubkurbeln mit Rast. Durch diese einfache Ausgestaltung ist die Anzahl der relativ zueinander bewegten Teile erheblich verringert. Die in Figur 1 gezeigte schematische Darstellung einer Maschine zum Ansetzen von Nieten, Druckknöpfen und dergleichen zeigt die Einordnung einer Vorrichtung für die Zuführung von Montageteilen in die Gesamtanlage. Die Ansetzmaschine 1 umfaßt ein Oberwerkzeug 2 und ein Unterwerkzeug 3 sowie einen Antrieb 4. Durch den Antrieb 4 wird das Koppelglied 5 für das Oberwerkzeug angetrieben und über einen um eine Achse 7 drehenden Hebel 6 und einen Verbindungsarm 8 sowie einen Stößel der Oberstempel 9 auf- und abbewegt. Im Bereich des Oberstempels 9 ist ein Haltewerkzeug 10 angeordnet. Der Unterstempel 11, der durch eine Feder 12 in einer zurückgezogenen Position vorgespannt ist, wird über eine Getriebescheibe 13, mit der eine Kurvenscheibe 14 verbunden ist, von einem Hebel 16 ebenfalls hubgesteuert. Am Hebel 16 ist eine mit der Kurvenscheibe 14 zusammenwirkende Laufrolle 15 angeordnet, so daß der Hebel 16 um die Achse 17 Kippbewegungen durchführt, die über die Lauf-rolle 18 auf den Unterstempel 11 übertragen werden. Zuführstößel 19 sind an einem Stößelwagen 20 angeordnet, der mittels einer Schubkurbel 21 vorgeschoben und zurückgezogen wird. Wie Figuren 2 und 3 zeigen, hat die Führungskurve 22 einen Radius, so daß innerhalb eines Winkels f, der einstellbar ist, praktisch keine Kraftübertragungen zwischen der Laufrolle 23 und dem Stößelwagen 20 stattfinden. Dadurch wird die Rastzeit definiert, in welcher der Stößelwagen 20 ohne Vorschub in einer Umkehrpositionen verharrt. Diese Rastzeit kann zum Einsetzen von Montageteilen in nicht gezeigte Zuführkanäle genutzt werden. Der Stößelwagen 20 weist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel zwei Stößelführungen 24 auf, in welchen Stößel 19 eingesetzt sind. Zu diesem Zwecke ragen in die Stößelführungen 24 Rastnocken 25. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Rastnocken 25 durch die Federn 26 federbelastet und durch einen Einstellbolzen 27 in ihrer Vorspannung bzw. Eindringtiefe einstellbar. An den Stößeln 19 sind entsprechend Rastnuten 28 ausgebildet. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Rastnocken durch am unteren Ende angeordnete Zylinderrollen, Paßstifte oder Kugeln 29 gebildet, die in die Rastnuten 28 der Zuführstößel 19 eingreifen. Bei Erreichen einer bestimmten Kraft an der Stößelvorderkante wird der Stößel 19 in die Stößelführung 24 hineingedrückt. Durch die Anordnung von Anschlagstiften 35 wird bewirkt, daß die Stößel 19 wieder in ihre Rastposition zurückgeschoben werden, wenn sich der Stößelwagen 20 in die hintere Umkehrposition bewegt.As FIGS. 2 and 3 show, the

Die Stößel, die nur bis kurz hinter die Einlegeposition im Zuführkanal zurückgezogen sind, wenn der Stößelwagen 20 in seiner hinteren Umkehrposition ist, nehmen praktisch bei Beginn des Vorschubs die eingelegten Artikel mit.
