Claims (9)
- Tastatur (1) mit eingelegter Schaltmatte (7) und mehrlagigem Schaltfolienset (3), wobei zwischen Bodenplatte (4) und der untersten der Schaltfolien im Schaltfolienset eine Metallplatte (2) formschlüssig in die Tastatur eingelegt und zwischen der Schaltmatte und der Bodenplatte (4) eingeklemmt ist,
wobei in die Unterseite des Tastaturgehäuses einstückig integrierte, sich über die Bodenplatte (4) des Tastaturgehäuses erhebende Verstärkungsstege (15) angebracht sind, die U-förmig verlaufen und eine von der Bodenplatte abgewandte Standfläche (27) haben, und
wobei im Sockelbereich (36) der Verstärkungsstege (15) Lagerzapfen (28) für schwenkbare Gehäusefüße (14) vorhanden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäusefüße (14) mit Rastkerben (18) in Rastrippen (17) einrastbar sind, und
daß das mehrlagige Schaltfolienset (3) mit einem oder mehreren durchgängigen oder nur die oberen Lagen des mehrlagigen Schaltfoliensets durchdringenden Durchbrüchen versehen ist, durch welche je ein in der Schaltmatte (7) einstückig integriertes Pufferelement (42) hindurchgreift und auf der Oberseite der Metallplatte (2) oder auf der Oberseite der untersten Schaltfolie zum Liegen kommt. - Tastatur nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite der untersten Schaltfolie (3c) mit Leiterbahnen und/oder Kontaktpunkten versehen ist, die in elektrischem Kontakt mit der darunterliegenden Metallplatte (2) stehen. - Tastatur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuseoberteil (8) der Tastatur (1) an seiner Innenseite mit Rippen (46) versehen ist, von denen zumindest ein Teil auf der Oberseite der Pufferelemente (42) aufliegt. - Tastatur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil der Rippen (46) des Gehäuseoberteils (8) in an der Bodenplatte (4) angebrachte korrespondierende Rastelemente (48) eingreifen, und daß die Pufferelemente (42) direkt unterhalb dieser Eingriffspunkte liegen. - Tastatur nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäusefüße (14) an ihrem den Lagerausnehmungen (37) gegenüberliegenden Ende einen mit einem rutschhemmenden Wulst (19) versehenen Auflagenbereich (29) haben,
daß die Gehäusefüße (14) über einen Winkelbereich von mindestens 90° zwischen zwei Endstellungen schwenkbar sind, wobei sie mittels geeigneter Rastvorrichtungen in diesen Endstellungen fixierbar sind,
daß die Gehäusefüße (14) in Form und Größe so auf die Verstärkungsstege (15) abgestimmt sind, daß sich in der einen Endstellung kein Teil eines Gehäusefußes (14) weiter als die Standfläche (27) der Verstärkungsstege (15) von der Bodenplatte (4) weg erhebt und gleichzeitig ein Teil des Auflagebereichs (29) in derselben Ebene liegt wie die Standfläche (27) der Verstärkungsstege (15), und
daß in der anderen Endstellung sich ein Teil der Gehäusefüße (14) weiter als die Standfläche (27) der Verstärkungsstege (15) von der Bodenplatte (4) weg erstreckt. - Tastatur nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der rutschhemmende Wulst (29) in einer teilweise um den Auflagebereich verlaufenden Nut angebracht ist, und
daß in beiden Endstellungen der schwenkbaren Gehäusefüße (14) jeweils ein Teilbereich dieses rutschhemmenden Wulstes (19) denjenigen Bereich des Gehäusefußes (14) bildet, der in der jeweiligen Endstellung den maximalen Abstand von der Bodenplatte (4) aufweist. - Tastatur nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schwenkbaren Gehäusefüße (14) in ihrem Verankerungsbereich (26) mit zwei Rastkerben (18) versehen sind, in die an der Bodenplatte (4) oder an den Sockelbereichen (36) der Verstärkungsstege (15) angebrachte Rastrippen (17) greifen, die die schwenkbaren Gehäusefüße (14) in ihren beiden Endstellungen fixieren. - Tastatur nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß benachbart zu den mit schwenkbaren Gehäusefüßen (14) versehenen Verstärkungsstegen (15) zusätzlich jeweils mehrere rippenförmige, sich von der Bodenplatte (4) abhebende Stege (16) angebracht sind, und
daß diese rippenförmigen Stege (16) sich nicht bis zu der durch die Standfläche (27) der Verstärkungsstege (15) festgelegten Ebene von der Bodenplatte (4) weg erstrecken. - Tastatur nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenplatte (4) zwischen den Schenkeln der U-förmig verlaufenden Verstärkungsstege (15) als Rastzunge (33) ausgebildet ist, die mit einer Rastrippe (17) in die Rastkerben (18) an den Gehäusefüßen (14) eingreift.
