Claims (6)
- Procédé pour la fabrication de matériau moussé à partir de vieux papiers ou autre de forme quelconque, selon lequel on produit sur la base des matières premières mentionnées et dans des opérations de base préparatoires une pâte mélangée avec un liquide, de l'eau de préférence, dans laquelle on peut mettre des produits ajoutés de manière à obtenir un produit final présentant les caractéristiques souhaitées, caractérisé en ce que l'écumage et le durcissement de la pâte se font sous l'effet d'un rayonnement de micro-ondes.
- Procédé pour la fabrication de matériau moussé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on met la quantité voulue de pâte contenant du liquide, appelée pâte à papier ci-après, dans un moule quelconque et qu'on la soumet ensuite au rayonnement de micro-ondes, la partie du moule exposée au rayonnement étant réalisée dans une matière qui est perméable aux micro-ondes et ne s'accouple pas au rayonnement et l'expansion de la pâte à papier et l'évaporation du liquide n'étant pas sensiblement entravées par le moule.
- Procédé pour la fabrication de matériau moussé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la vapeur de liquide générée suite à une alimentation en énergie est aspirée, soumise à un processus de condensation et réutilisée pour la préparation de la pâte à papier.
- Procédé pour la fabrication de matériau moussé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le processus d'écumage et de moulage de la pâte à papier s'effectue de façon continue ou discontinue en fonction de la forme du moule.
- Procédé pour la fabrication de matériau moussé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les processus d'écumage et de moulage sont suivis d'une ou plusieurs étapes de retraitement effectuées à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur du moule et comprenant de préférence les opérations d'étuvage, de séchage final, de traitement de surface et de confection.
- Procédé pour la fabrication de matériau moussé selon les revendications 1 et 5, caractérisé en ce que la chaleur générée dans les magnétrons est utilisée pour les opérations de retraitement requérant de l'énergie thermique.
