Definitions
- the invention relates to a sweeping device Chassis and with a rotatable about an axis of rotation this swept roller with a detachable bearing on both ends of the roller brush.
- roller brushes are relatively difficult because they are usually the storage of the sweeper roller on the end faces is removed must be around the sweeping rollers after the storage solution in the direction of the broom rotation axis from the sweeper to be able to pull out. So you have to go with known people Devices the displacement path for the roller brush in the direction of the roller at least on one side of the bearing device clear access to the broom to obtain. This is particularly the case with driven sweeping rollers cumbersome, in addition to the storage sideways the rotary drive transmission on the end face is arranged.
- FR-A-2 669 050 describes one Sweeper roller with a central opening. One in this opening insertable shaft and its bearing are removable on Housing of the sweeper roller attached.
- Such a configuration enables the sweeping roller easy to replace in that the bearing shaft axially is moved so far that it comes from the inner section the opening emerges, i.e. from the closed Section.
- the bearing roller can then be relative to the axis of rotation relative be moved to the bearing shaft, the bearing shaft it passes through the outer section the gap following the central opening Outside.
- the transverse displacement of the broom roller relative to Rotary axis allows the sweeper roller to be replaced without that the bearing device can be removed on the front side got to.
- the removal direction can be chosen arbitrarily, depending on the direction in which the nip of the sweeping roller stands. For example, it is possible to use the roller brush with a device accessible from above deduct it.
- the configuration described also enables an essentially flat system of the sweeper roller to achieve a larger length range of the bearing shaft, although the axial displacement of the bearing shaft was kept small can be.
- the system can namely over the entire Length of the central opening, i.e. above the inner one and done over the outer section that Displacement of the bearing shaft only has to be done via the axial Length of the inner section may be possible. Thereby you can get increased stability without that large displacements of the bearing shaft are necessary.
- the central opening in the area of the outside To close the section, for example by pushing it in a complementary fitting in the gap, so that also on the gap side of the central opening flat system and thus a tour can be achieved could.
- the bearing shaft is out of round and that the central one Opening designed complementary to the cross section of the bearing shaft is, so that between the bearing shaft and roller brush non-rotatable connection is created.
- bearing shaft and central opening only in the area of the outer section have a non-circular cross-section, inside Section, however, a round.
- the bearing shaft is which simultaneously forms the drive shaft, axially movable. Special measures must therefore be taken around the drive movement to the axially displaceable Transfer bearing and drive shaft, for example can do this in a manner known per se by means of a known Gear transmission take place.
- the drive shaft axially immovable and still provide the storage described.
- the sweeper designed so that the bearing shaft of one axially immovable sleeve is surrounded by a non-circular cross-section in the complementary Cross section of the outer section of the central The opening engages in a form-fitting manner, thereby making it non-rotatable Forms connection with the broom and that the bearing shaft inside the sleeve axially displaceable relative to this is.
- the drive shaft engages only in the outer section the central opening, the bearing shaft, which is then preferably has a round cross-section, however only in the interior section.
- the spring can, for example, surround a coil spring arranged inside the sleeve.
- the width of the gap of the central opening increases towards the outside. This makes it easier the introduction of the sweeping roller, since the gap is a guide and Centering function and the bearing shaft respectively the sleeve surrounding the bearing shaft automatically in introduces the central opening.
- the bearing shaft on the End facing away from the brush roller has a projection after pulling out the bearing shaft from the inside Section of the central opening and a twist the bearing shaft abuts a stop on the chassis and a displacement of the bearing shaft in the locking position prevented.
- a particularly simple structure results when the Projection is formed by an operating handle.
- the stop is formed by a housing of the chassis, this Execution enables a particularly simple construction, because Actuating handle and housing are necessary in any case, additional stops therefore do not have to be provided.
- roller brush Even with a symmetrical design of the roller brush would be in principle it is still possible with a fixed Axle stub on one side to carry out the storage, cheap but it is when on both sides of the roller brush an axially displaceable bearing shaft is arranged because then the sweeping roller without tilting transversely to its direction of rotation can be removed and used again.
- the sweeper roller described below can be used on sweeping devices of various types can be used, for example on self-driving vehicles or on hand-operated ones mobile sweepers. Common to all is that on these devices a bristle on the outer circumference, circular cylindrical broom is rotatably mounted, which rotates when the sweeper moves is and thereby sweeps the road of the driving device.
- the storage of one is shown only schematically below such sweeping roller 1 described on one end face thereof.
- the Broom can be stored in the same way or only through an axially displaceable bearing shaft, which in a central opening, or through one fixed stub axle, here the expert has different Possibilities.
- the sweeping roller 1 closes on its front side with a Plastic molded part in the form of a circular cylindrical insert 2 from. To the outside, this insert ends 2 in a flat end wall 3, from the inside this circular cylindrical insert 2 essentially open.
- a central opening 4th molded into an outside, essentially section extending over the entire insert 2 5 has the cross section of a regular hexagon, wherein this outer section 5 in a radial Gap 6 opens in the exit area from the central opening 4 has a width that the distance of the opposite sides 7 of the hexagonal central Opening 4 corresponds.
- the width of the gap 6 The lateral limit increases slightly radially outwards the gap 6 goes directly into two each other opposite sides 7 of the central opening 4 over.
- Both the outer section 5 of the central opening 4 and the gap 6 is over the entire length of the outer section 5 by parallel to the longitudinal axis of the insert 2 running walls 8 limited, at the end of outer section 5 of the central opening the thus defined, subject-shaped, by the outer section 5 of the central opening 4 and Gap 6 recess 9 formed by a parallel to the end wall 3 level wall 10 completed, on the recess 9 is open on the opposite side.
- the wall 10 is an extension of the exterior Section 5 of the central opening 4 is a circular cylindrical Sleeve 11 on an inner portion 12 of the central opening 4 forms.
- This sleeve 11 stands inside over insert 2 before, its inside diameter is smaller than the distance between the sides 7 on the outside Section 5 of the central opening 4.
- This insert 2 is inserted into a hollow roller 13, the bristles not shown in the drawing bears and engaging with the insert 2 by form-fitting Projections 14 is rotatably connected.
- a Hollow shaft 16 mounted on a laterally over the Frame 15 projecting end a driver 17 with a hexagonal cross-section.
- This driver 17 is complementary to the hexagonal outer section 5 of the central opening 4 is formed and engages with the sweeping roller 1 inserted in this outer section 5 a, the driver 17 with four of the six Side faces of the hexagonal cross-section flat the outer section 5 abuts.
- the hollow shaft 16 carries a sprocket 18, via which the Hollow shaft 16 is rotatable, whereby it is due to the positive connection with the insert 2 the roller brush 1 also in Offset rotary movement.
- a bearing shaft 19 is axial in the interior of the hollow shaft 16 slidably and freely rotatable, which with an in Cross section circular front end 20 over the driver 17 of the hollow shaft 16 protrudes and in this area into the inner section 12 of the central opening 4 immersed.
- the outer diameter of the end 20 corresponds the inner diameter of the central opening 4 in the inner Section 12, so that a flat plant between the end 20 and the central opening 4; the end 20 can be chamfered.
- a region of the bearing shaft 19 closes at the end 20 with a smaller outer diameter, so that between the Bearing shaft 19 on the one hand and the hollow shaft 16 on the other an annular space 21 is formed in which the bearing shaft 19 surrounding coil spring 22 is arranged.
- This is supported on the one hand on a step 23 of the bearing shaft 19 and on the other hand on a step 24 of the hollow shaft 16, so that the bearing shaft 19 by the action of the coil spring 22 in the direction of the sweeping roller 1 from the hollow shaft 16 is pushed out.
- the bearing shaft 19 goes into one angled grip part 25 on which the bearing shaft 19 axially displaced and rotated inside the hollow shaft 16 can be.
- the positions the distances and angular positions selected so that in the case of contact with the inner stop 26, the end 20 the bearing shaft 19 protrudes from the hollow shaft 16 at The grip part 25 abuts an outer stop 27 the end 20, however, completely drawn into the hollow shaft 16.
- the grip part 25 lies against the inner stop 26 on, the end 20 then dips into the inside Section 12 of the central opening 4 and stores thereby insert 2 and thus the entire sweeping roller 1 freely rotatable.
- the bearing shaft 19 surrounding hollow shaft 16 positively in the outer Section 5 of the central opening 4 and thus represents a rotationally fixed connection with the sprocket 18, which in conventionally via a not shown in the drawing Chain hoist is twisted, for example by an electric motor.
- the sweeper roller is taken along and makes a rotating movement.
- the bearing shaft 19 with Help of the handle part 25 in the axial direction against the Spring force of the coil spring 22 shifted until the end 20 completely immersed in the hollow shaft 16 and thus the inner portion 12 of the central opening 4 releases.
- the bearing shaft 19 can be fixed by rotating the bearing shaft by means of the handle part 25 and the grip part 25 is applied to the outer stop 27 becomes. It is now possible to cross sweeping roller 1 to move their longitudinal direction relative to the driver 17, which emerges through the gap 6. As a result, the sweeping roller 1 is released.
