Claims (12)
- Dispositif de tronçonnage pour troncs d'arbre, comprenant un transporteur d'entrée (1) et un dispositif de centrage (2) disposé à l'extrémité située à l'aval, un transporteur de sortie (6) avec un dispositif de serrage (9) disposé à l'extrémité située à l'amont, et au moins une scie à tronçonner (5) disposée entre les transporteurs (1, 6), exécutant une coupe du haut vers le bas, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de centrage du transporteur d'entrée (1) consiste en deux battants (2) ayant en direction verticale des bords droits, ces battants étant disposés des deux côtés du transporteur d'entrée (1) et montés pivotant l'un vers l'autre au-dessus du transporteur d'entrée (1) chacun autour d'un axe vertical s'étendant en amont, et en ce que dans les battants (2) est intégré un agencement de mesure (3) captant la hauteur du tronc d'arbre (2) et lié avec une commande pour la scie à tronçonner.
- Dispositif de tronçonnage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la scie à tronçonner (5) consiste en une scie circulaire et en une scie oscillante à chaîne disposée à côté, et en ce que la commande est conçue pour choisir l'une des scies selon la hauteur mesurée du tronc d'arbre.
- Dispositif de tronçonnage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la commande pilote un agencement de positionnement de la scie à tronçonner (5), par lequel la scie à tronçonner (5) est mobile d'une position de départ (stade A) à une position préparatoire (stade B, D) dépendante de la hauteur mesurée du tronc d'arbre.
- Dispositif de tronçonnage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un rouleau terminal (7) du transporteur d'entrée (1) est déplaçable d'en bas contre le tronc d'arbre (S) pour le processus de sciage.
- Dispositif de tronçonnage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau terminal (7) est réalisé sous la forme d'un rouleau conique.
- Dispositif de tronçonnage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les battants (2) ne s'ouvrent que partiellement (stade D) pour la suite du transport du tronc d'arbre (S) écourté, tant qu'une extrémité de tronc d'arbre est encore détectable entre les battants (2).
- Dispositif de tronçonnage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'après le passage de l'extrémité arrière du tronc d'arbre les battants (2) s'ouvrent complètement.
- Dispositif de tronçonnage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (9) du transporteur de sortie (6) est constitué par une mâchoire analogue à une pince, mobile d'en haut en direction du transporteur de sortie (6), et munie d'une arête dentée concave.
- Dispositif de tronçonnage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (9) est pilotable pour être actif pour l'exécution d'une coupe de tronçonnage finale à l'extrémité arrière du tronc d'arbre (S), et reste piloté inactif lorsqu'une extrémité suffisamment longue du tronc d'arbre (S) se trouve sur le transporteur d'entrée (1).
- Dispositif de tronçonnage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un rouleau terminal (8) du transporteur de sortie (6) est déplaçable d'en bas contre le tronc d'arbre (S).
- Dispositif de tronçonnage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une commande déplace le rouleau terminal (8) du transporteur de sortie (6) d'en bas contre le tronc d'arbre (S), lorsque le dispositif de serrage (9) est piloté actif.
- Dispositif de tronçonnage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement de mesure (3) est constitué par des capteurs optiques rapportés verticalement l'un au-dessous de l'autre, de préférence des barrières lumineuses.
