Definitions
- the invention relates to a mop holder for recording a mop cover, with two hinged, stretched out in their middle area overlapping working rest position foldable on each other Wings, in which one is a holding wing Holding device for a handle handle and the other as a folding wing that can be folded into the plane of the holding wing is formed, the releasable snap connection with the help one at the end of the overlap portion of the retaining wing provided nose and one on the folding wing by one in essentially parallel to the hinge axis of the wing Swivel axis pivotally mounted pawl is formed, which in the locking position the nose with a locking projection overlaps, against a restoring force with release the nose from the locked position by foot or Manual operation can be converted into a release position and the overlapping section by means of a retaining wing of the holding wing in its working rest position subordinate approach the retaining wing from its working rest position dug out.
- Such mop holders are often used in industry Hospitals, old people's homes and nursing homes used in which large areas are to be cleaned commercially, but also in the household. Such mop holders therefore need a simple one and durable reliable construction and a simple and quick operability with low weight.
- the Wiping is the mop cover of the two in the extended position wings of the mop holder locked against each other.
- the close both wings so that the mop cover either washed hanging from the mop holder and in one Pressed out or completely removed from the mop holder can be.
- the locking connection is released by Operation of the pawl. Under the dead weight plus the The weight of the mop cover folds over the two wings their common joint axis towards each other.
- the object of the present invention is a mop holder of the type mentioned in the simple and inexpensive To improve training in the safety of its functions.
- the wings are also in her stretched work rest position held securely, she but are also easy to detach and lift out of it, if the jack against the one acting on it or that of it self-applied restoring force, for example, operated with the foot and one wing opposite the other wing with the help the approach is lifted out of the stretched position.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention is the approach to exercising those acting on the jack Restoring force elastic at least in some areas springy.
- the approach is preferably in the longitudinal direction of the holder curved towards the top that when pressing the pawl by depressing the Contact pressure of the approach on the contact surface facing it of the overlap portion of the retaining wing is increased until the locking projection overlapping the nose of the retaining wing releases the nose. In this way it is achieved that at the moment of release of the holding wing opposite the folding wing the retaining wing due to the relaxing spring force the approach is thrown up. To this Way, the folding movement of the wings becomes quick and initiated safely.
- the pivoting movement of the pawl in the locking direction be limited by a stop.
- the locked position is the pawl with the stop due to the restoring force exerted by the approach against an abutment opposing surface of the holding wing pressed.
- the recesses can be used to simplify production Through holes of the Be a folding wing.
- the jack is arranged in a recess of the folding wing.
- the jack lies all around except for a small part of the top protected and does not lead to a significant increase in Height of the holder.
- the pawl protrudes into the work stop position to facilitate operation only with e.g. having a step surface Touch section over the top of the folding wing out.
- the pawl can thus be safely guided and held can be easily operated with the foot on the folding wing, until they are practically completely in the intended area Immersed recess.
- a convex support surface for the overlap portion of the support wing or the overlap portion of the holding wing a convex contact surface for have the approach so that approach and overlap section when pivoting the wings against each other continuously roll on each other.
- the stop is preferably on the locking projection provided opposite side of the jack, and in particular on an outer edge of the touch section, the stop engages under the counter surface of the folding wing, at which he is in the locking position of the pawl is pressed under the effect of the restoring force.
- the handle with the shoulder, the locking projection and / or the stop can preferably be formed in one piece, in particular be injection molded from plastic.
- the wings Have openings in which inserts with fasteners detachable for the end sections of the mop cover can be used.
- the insertion of the inserts with the fasteners can be positive and / or non-positive.
- the fasteners can, for example, in clamping or adhesive agents consist, e.g. swivel bracket, resilient Cross-slit elements or Velcro components.
- the mop holder can be used with both mop covers with the wing ends in pockets of the mop cover intervention. In this case they are the fasteners inserts not required, so that the Manufacturing effort and the weight of the mop holder accordingly is reduced.
- the mop holder can also be used for such Mop covers are used, which have free end sections to be fixed at the ends of the wings. In this Fall the inserts having the fasteners inserted into the openings in the wing provided for this purpose.
- the wings can also be injection molded from thin-walled plastic and by edge and / or intermediate reinforcement ribs be stiffened, which determine the floor support level of the wings. This can result in significant material savings in the Comparison to such mop holders can be achieved in which the solid wings are made of plastic and the floor contact surfaces the wing is made entirely of plastic material are.
- the top of the wing and / or pawl can also be convex to the longitudinal direction of the holder to the To facilitate drainage of the cleaning liquid.
- the surface of the pawl can be studded be, which a slipping of the foot when pressing the Counteract the jack.
- the mop holder shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has one Folding wing 1 and a holding wing 2, which with respect a hinge axis 23 are pivotally connected. Because of this, the wings 1, 2 from the illustrated stretched work rest position, in which the mop cover is excited about the hinge axis 23 down on each other fold so that the mop cover is either stripped down or hanging down in a cleaning liquid and / or a press can be immersed or inserted.
- the holding wing 2 overlaps in the stretched shown Working rest position with one across the entire bracket width reaching overlap section 25 a slightly narrower lower overlap section 26.
- the overlap section 26 comes in a corresponding in the stretched working position deepening of the edge of the ribs 28 upper overlap portion 25 to lie.
- the holding section 26 can have a transverse cross section trapezoidal locking rib 29 in a corresponding Cross groove 30 on the underside of the overlap section 25 intervene.
- the two wings 1, 2 each have their end regions an opening 19, 20 in which a fastener for inserts with mop cover, form and / or can be used non-positively.
- the holding wing 2 carries one formed as elevations 22 of the overlap section 25 Holding device for the pivotable mounting of a (not shown) handle.
- the two wings 1, 2 are in the working rest position shown except in the hinge axis 23 via a releasable locking connection connected and in the stretched position held.
- the locking projection 16 overlaps in the locking position shown in Fig. 1 Jack 10 the nose 3 of the same level as the folding wing 1 lying holding wing 2.
- the pawl 10 is against one Restoring force with the release of the nose 3 from the locking position by foot or manual operation in a release position pivotable downward about the pivot axis 11.
- the pivot axis 11 lies below the overlap section 25 closer to the hinge axis 23 than the locking effective area B of nose 3 and locking projection 16.
- the pawl 10 has a shoulder 12 on the support wing side, with which it engages under the overlap section 25 and by means of a convexly curved contact surface 9 on the bottom-facing contact surface 4 of the overlap section 25 is present.
- the approach 12 is at least in the area of its connecting web 18 to a key section serving for actuation 21 designed to be resilient so that the pawl 10 in their locking position shown under effect this spring force is pushed up and consequently the Locking projection 16 the nose 3 under the effect of this Spring force overlaps.
- the wings 1, 2 can therefore from their shown stretched work rest position only by overcoming this spring force pivoted against each other down will.
- the pawl 10 has the opposite end 16 a stop 14, which in the spring-biased locking position the pawl 10, as shown in Fig. 1, pressed against a counter surface 5 of the folding leaf 1. In this way, the pawl 10 with a large part in a recess 6 of the folding wing 1 received and protrudes only with the probe section 21 from the top 7 of the Folding wing 1 out.
- the pivot axis 11 is, as in particular from FIGS. 3 to 5 to be seen, of two projecting laterally outwards Pin 17 determines which at the free end of resilient Webs 13 of the pawl 10 are formed and in corresponding engage lateral recesses 8 of the folding wing 1.
- the recesses 8 are as Through holes of the folding wing 1 are formed.
- Both the pawl 10 with extension 12, locking projection 16 and stop 14 and the wings 1, 2 can be made in one piece, preferably be injection molded from plastic.
- the wings 1, 2 are preferably thin-walled and with Edge and / or intermediate reinforcement ribs stiffened, which determine the floor support level E of the mop holder.
