Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Immobilisierung eines glatten, langgestreckten Teils (8, 28, 40) im Loch eines Elements (1, 26, 27, 39), umfassend mindestens ein Verriegelungsteil (16; 29, 30; 38), das ein in dem Element eingelassenes mit einem Loch für die Aufnahme des Befestigungsteils versehenes Verankerungsteil aufweist, und mindestens eine getrennte Aufnahmevorrichtung, die in dem besagten Loch hervorspringt, um mit dem besagten Teil zum Zweck der Verriegelung zusammenzuwirken, wobei das besagte Loch eine von dem besagten Verriegelungsteil durchdrungene röhrenförmige Umhüllung umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Umhüllung (15, 32) in ihrer Längsrichtung mindestens zwei beabstandete Teile (17, 33), die einen passenden inneren Querschnitt für die Aufnahme und Führung des Befestigungsteils (8, 28, 40) aufweisen, und einen Zwischenteil (18, 34) umfaßt, der einen vergrößerten inneren Querschnitt aufweist, wobei das Verriegelungsteil (16; 29, 30; 38) die Umhüllung im Bereich des Zwischenteils (18, 34) mit vergrößertem innerem Querschnitt durchdringt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Umhüllung aus zwei Halbschalen (32) zusammensetzt, die in einer zu der Längsrichtung der Umhüllung parallelen Ebene miteinander verbunden sind und die jeweils die Hälfte der besagten Teile (33, 34) ausmachen, wobei mindestens eine der beiden Halbschalen in dem Zwischenteil (34) mindestens einen Schlitz für den Durchgriff eines Verriegelungsteiles (38) aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Halbschalen (32) Verbindungsmittel (35) für eine Verrastung umfassen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umhüllung sich aus mindestens einem Paar röhrenförmiger Hauptteile (15) zusammensetzt, die jeweils einen Abschnitt (17) mit einem an das Befestigungsteil (8, 28, 40) angepaßten inneren Querschnitt und einen Abschnitt (18) mit einem vergrößerten inneren Querschnitt aufweisen, wobei sich die beiden röhrenförmigen Hauptteile (15) über ihre Abschnitte (18) mit vergrößertem innerem Querschnitt aneinander anschließen, und wobei das Verriegelungsteil (16) die Umhüllung zwischen den beiden röhrenförmigen Hauptteilen (15) in der Verbindungsebene der letzteren durchdringt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umhüllung darüber hinaus zwischen den beiden röhrenförmigen Hauptteilen (15) mindestens einen dazwischenliegenden röhrenförmigen Teil (23) mit einem vergrößerten inneren Querschnitt umfaßt, der sich an die Abschnitte (18) mit vergrößertem innerem Querschnitt der beiden röhrenförmigen Hauptteile (15) anschließt, und daß mindestens ein Verriegelungsteil (16) die Umhüllung zwischen den beiden röhrenförmigen Hauptteilen (15) einerseits und dem dazwischenliegenden röhrenförmigen Teil (23) andererseits in jeder Verbindungsebene dieser Teile durchdringt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die röhrenförmigen Teile (15, 23) Flansche (19, 25) umfassen mit Verbindungsmitteln (20), die hervorstehend die Verbindungsebene zwischen den röhrenförmigen Teilen durchdringen, und mit Verbindungsmitteln (21), die passend für die Aufnahme der besagten hervorspringenden Mittel ausgenommen sind, und daß ein jedes der Verriegelungsteile (16; 29, 30) mindestens ein Loch (22) aufweist, das von den besagten hervorspringenden Verbindungsmitteln (20) in Hinblick auf die richtige Positionierung des Verriegelungsteiles in bezug auf die Umhüllung durchdrungen wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsmittel (20, 21) aus Rastmitteln gebildet sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsteile (16; 29, 30; 38) aus dünnen Streifen gebildet sind, die einen geraden oder derart gestalteten Rand aufweisen, daß mehrere Berührungspunkte oder Berührungslinien mit dem Befestigungsteil geschaffen werden.
  9. Anwendung einer Vorrichtung zur Immobilisierung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 für die Festlegung eines Pfahls (2) oder eines vergleichbaren Teils in einem geformten Element (1, 26), das ein Durchgangsloch für den Pfahl oder das vergleichbare Teil aufweist, wobei der Pfahl durch das besagte Element hindurch in den Boden versenkt ist.
  10. Anwendung einer Vorrichtung zur Immobilisierung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 für die Festlegung eines Pfahls (28) oder eines vergleichbaren Teils in einem geformten Element (27), das ein Sackloch für den Pfahl oder das vergleichbare Teil aufweist, wobei der letztere zuerst im Boden versenkt wird und danach das geformte Element auf das obere Ende des Pfahls oder des vergleichbaren Teils aufgesteckt und verriegelt wird.
  11. Anwendung einer Vorrichtung zur Immobilisierung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 für die Festlegung einer Stange (40) oder eines vergleichbaren langgestreckten glatten Teils in einem solchen Element wie einer Wand (39) oder einer Decke, in welches die Vorrichtung anläßlich des Gießens des letzteren, oder infolge von Einmauern in einem in dem letzteren ausgesparten Loch eingefügt ist.
  12. Herstellungsverfahren eines solchen Formkörpers wie eines Markierungssteins oder einer Sockelbasis für einen Pfosten oder einen Masten, umfassend eine Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, bei welchem man die röhrenförmigen Teile der Umhüllung in Abhängigkeit von der zu realisierenden Länge der Umhüllung zusammenfügt, darin einfügend in die oder in jede der Verbindungsebenen der röhrenförmigen Teile das oder die Verriegelungsteile, ausgewählt in Abhängigkeit von dem Profil des Pfahls, schiebt man die derart realisierte Umhüllung mit dem oder den Verriegelungsteilen auf einen Zentrierungsansatz auf dem Boden der Form, woraufhin man die Formmasse außerhalb der Umhüllung in die Form ausgießt, um auf diese Weise einen Formkörper zu schaffen, in welchen die besagte Umhüllung und die Verankerungsteile des oder der Verriegelungsteile eingelassen sind.
