Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Überziehen einer Oberfläche mit einer Endlackierung zur Verbesserung des Aussehens der äußersten Schicht, das die folgenden Schritte aufweist, bei denen auf diese Oberfläche in üblicher Weise eine Endlackierung aufgebracht wird, die üblichen Arbeitsgänge der Gewährleistung oder Beschleunigung der Vernetzung des Überzugs durchgeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endlackierung aus einem Film besteht, der mindestens zwei Schichten aufweist, wobei die Gesamtheit der Oberfläche vor dem Beginn der Vernetzung der Endlackierung mit einer Ultraschallstrahlung behandelt wird, wodurch die äußerste Schicht ein glattes Aussehen aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die akustische Dichte der Ultraschallstrahlung gleichmäßig über die Gesamtheit der Oberfläche verteilt wird, deren Aussehen verbessert werden soll.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die niederen Frequenzen des Ultraschallspektrums verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überzug mehrere Schichten aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endschicht ein Lack ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ultraschallstrahlung mittels einer Vorrichtung durchgeführt wird, die mehrere Ultraschallwandler (T1, T2, T3, ...) aufweist, die im wesentlichen in gleichem Abstand von der zu behandelnden Oberfläche (4) angeordnet sind und in Richtung dieser Oberfläche aussenden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Transportmittel (5) aufweist, die den zu behandelnden Gegenstand (4) tragen und eine regelmäßige Durchlaufbewegung dieses Gegenstands in Bezug auf die Wandler (T1, T2, T3, ...) gewährleisten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandler (T1, T2, T3, ...) auf Trägern (6-10) angeordnet sind, die jeweils den zu lackierenden Gegenstand (4) gemäß senkrecht zur Richtung (F) der Durchlaufbewegung verlaufenden Abschnitten teilweise umgeben.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger (6-10) Mittel (61-101) aufweisen, die ihre Verschiebung gemäß einer Richtung (f) senkrecht zur Durchlaufrichtung (F) und zur Oberfläche des zu behandelnden Gegenstand (4) ermöglichen, gegenüber der sie sich befinden, um den Abstand zwischen den auf ihnen angeordneten Wandlern (T1, T2, T3, ...) und der entsprechenden Oberfläche des zu behandelnden Gegenstands im wesentlichen konstant zu halten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger in Form von parallelepipedischen Kästen (6-10) hergestellt werden, die je parallel zur Mittelebene einer Fläche des zu behandelnden Gegenstands (4) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 zur Behandlung einer Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es seitliche Tragelemente oder Kästen (6, 7; 8, 9), die senkrecht und symmetrisch vor den Seitenblechen der Karosserie angeordnet sind, und mindestens ein Tragelement oder Kasten (10) aufweist, das waagrecht vor dem oberen Bereich der Karosserie angeordnet ist.
