Description
- la première valeur est de l'ordre de 60° ;
- la seconde valeur déterminée est de l'ordre de 180° ;
- le quatrième cylindre chauffant est de même diamètre que les trois premiers cylindres chauffants ;
- la machine comporte de plus un petit cylindre lisse d'axe parallèle à l'axe desdits cylindres chauffants, situé en aval des dits cylindres sur le trajet du carton ondulé et en dessous du plan horizontal tangent à la génératrice supérieure du quatrième cylindre ;
- la machine comporte des moyens de maintien de la distance entre les surfaces des deuxième et troisième cylindres, agencés pour supprimer toute pression du troisième cylindre sur les feuilles cannelées et de couverture de la feuille ondulée en contact avec le deuxième cylindre.
- La figure 4 montre schématiquement un mode de réalisation de l'amélioration que constitue l'invention, en coupe transversale.
- La figure 5 est une coupe schématique selon V-V du quatrième cylindre de la figure 4.

- une seconde zone de contact 30, où les deux feuilles sont à nouveau maintenues l'une contre l'autre mais cette fois-ci sur le cylindre 26 sur un angle d'enroulement β, par exemple de 180°, ce qui permet de compléter la gélatinisation et le séchage de la colle.
Claims (11)
- Machine (1) de fabrication d'une feuille (36) de carton ondulé simple face par encollage d'une feuille cannelée (23) de carton sur une feuille plane de couverture (24), comprenant
deux cylindres chauffants et motorisés sensiblement tangents deux à deux, d'axes parallèles, à savoir un premier cylindre (12), cannelé, de préformation de la feuille cannelée et un deuxième cylindre (13), cannelé, central, muni de moyens d'application de la feuille cannelée contre sa périphérie,
des moyens de mise en pression et de plaquage de la feuille plane sur les cannelures de la feuille cannelée à la périphérie dudit deuxième cylindre, lesdits moyens étant agencés pour amener la feuille plane en contact avec les cannelures de la feuille cannelée à la périphérie du deuxième cylindre et pour plaquer la feuille cannelée sur le deuxième cylindre selon un arc de cercle correspondant à un angle au centre alpha d'une première valeur déterminée, lesdits moyens de mise en pression et de plaquage comprenant deux cylindres lisses, à savoir un troisième cylindre chauffant et motorisé agencé pour être en contact avec la feuille plane (24), et pour être, en fonctionnement, en pression sur une ligne de contact (25) avec les cannelures du deuxième cylindre (18), et un quatrième cylindre (26), les dits troisième et quatrième cylindres étant d'axes parallèles aux axes des premier et deuxième cylindres,
et des moyens (19) d'encollage desdites cannelures avant ledit contact, caractérisée en ce que l'angle au centre alpha est d'une première valeur déterminée comprise entre de l'ordre de 30° et de l'ordre de 80°,
en ce que le quatrième cylindre (26) est chauffant et motorisé, situé entièrement à distance e et en aval du deuxième cylindre (13) et agencé pour être lui-même en contact avec le dos de la feuille plane (24) sur un arc de cercle correspondant à un angle au centre bêta d'une seconde valeur déterminée, comprise entre de l'ordre de 90° et de l'ordre de 200°,
en ce que ledit troisième cylindre (18) est muni de moyens de réglage de ladite pression de la feuille plane sur ladite ligne de contact avec les cannelures du deuxième cylindre, en fonctionnement, en dessous d'une valeur seuil déterminée de 3 kg/cm, et
en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (44) de commande et de réglage de la vitesse de rotation dudit quatrième cylindre par rapport à la vitesse de rotation dudit deuxième cylindre. - Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'angle au centre alpha est de l'ordre de 60°.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la seconde valeur déterminée est de l'ordre de 180°.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le quatrième cylindre (26) chauffant est de même diamètre que les trois premiers cylindres chauffants.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte de plus un petit cylindre lisse (32), d'axe parallèle à l'axe desdits cylindres chauffants, situé en aval desdits cylindres sur le trajet du carton ondulé et en-dessous du plan horizontal (34) tangent à la génératrice supérieure du quatrième cylindre.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le quatrième cylindre comporte des moyens (44) de réglage de la vitesse de rotation dudit quatrième cylindre entre de l'ordre de 1,02 V et de l'ordre de 1,25 V, V étant la vitesse de défilement du carton ondulé formé.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une feuille (36) de carton ondulé simple face, à partir d'une feuille (23) de carton cannelée et d'une feuille (24) plane de carton, dite de couverture, par encollage de l'une sur l'autre, dans lequel on maintient les crêtes des cannelures de la feuille ondulée préalablement encollées en contact avec la feuille plane sur une première zone (28) formée par une première portion de surface d'un cylindre cannelé (13) central, chauffant, dit deuxième cylindre, sur un arc correspondant à un angle au centre d'une première valeur déterminée,
caractérisé en ce que
l'angle au centre alpha est d'une première valeur déterminée comprise entre de l'ordre de 30° et de l'ordre de 80°,
avant ladite première portion et après encollage, on applique sur le deuxième cylindre (13), avec un cylindre presseur chauffant et motorisé, dit troisième cylindre (18), tangent audit deuxième cylindre, une pression linéique au point de contact de valeur inférieure à 3 kg/cm entre les crêtes de cannelures et la feuille plane (29), et
après et à distance de ladite première portion du deuxième cylindre, on maintient la feuille de carton cannelé et la feuille plane en contact sur une seconde zone (30) formée par une seconde portion de surface d'un cylindre lisse (26), chauffant, motorisé, rotatif, dit quatrième cylindre, situé en aval du trajet du carton ondulé par rapport au cylindre cannelé central (13), sur un arc correspondant à un angle au centre bêta d'une seconde valeur déterminée comprise entre de l'ordre de 90° et de l'ordre de 200°,
en commandant et en règlant la vitesse de rotation dudit quatrième cylindre par rapport à la vitesse de rotation dudit deuxième cylindre. - Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la première valeur déterminée est de l'ordre de 60°.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que la seconde valeur déterminée est de l'ordre de 180°.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'on règle la vitesse du quatrième cylindre (26) lisse chauffant, à une vitesse comprise entre de l'ordre de 1,02 V et de l'ordre de 1, 25 V, V étant la vitesse de défilement du carton ondulé formé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse du quatrième cylindre (26) lisse chauffant est de l'ordre de 1,06 V.
