Claims (11)
- Maschine (1) zum Herstellen einer Bahn (36) aus einseitig gewelltem Karton durch Aufkleben einer Riffelbahn (23) aus Karton auf eine ebene Deckbahn (24), mitzwei motorisch angetriebenen Heizzylindern, die einander paarweise tangieren und deren Achsen parallel verlaufen, nämlich einem ersten geriffelten Zylinder (12) zum Vorformen der Riffelbahn und einem zweiten geriffelten Mittelzylinder (13), der mit Mitteln zum Anlegen der Riffelbahn an seinen Umfang versehen ist,Mitteln zur Druckbeaufschlagung und zum Andrücken der ebenen Bahn an die Riffelung der Riffelbahn am Umfang des genannten zweiten Zylinders, wobei die genannten Mittel dazu vorgesehen sind, um die ebene Bahn mit der Riffelung der Riffelbahn am Umfang des zweiten Zylinders in Kontakt zu bringen und um die Riffelbahn an den zweiten Zylinder über einen Kreisbogen anzudrücken, der einem Mittelpunktswinkel alpha mit einem bestimmten ersten Wert entspricht, wobei die genannten Druckbeaufschlagungs- und Andrückmittel zwei glatte Zylinder aufweisen, nämlich einen motorisch angetriebenen dritten Heizzylinder, der dazu vorgesehen ist, mit der ebenen Bahn (24) in Kontakt zu stehen und im Betrieb an einer Kontaktlinie (25) die Riffelung des zweiten Zylinders (18) mit Druck zu beaufschlagen, und einem vierten Zylinder (26), wobei der genannte dritte und vierte Zylinder achsparallel zur Achse des ersten und zweiten Zylinders verlaufen,und mit Mitteln (19) zum Beleimen der genannten Riffelung vor der genannten Kontaktierung,
der Mittelpunktswinkel alpha einen bestimmten ersten Wert zwischen etwa 30° und etwa 80° aufweist,
der vierte Zylinder (26) heizt und motorisch angetrieben wird, sich vollständig in einem Abstand e und stromabwärts des zweiten Zylinders (13) befindet und dazu vorgesehen ist, selbst mit der Rückseite der ebenen Bahn (24) über einen Kreisbogen in Kontakt zu stehen, der einem Mittelpunktswinkel beta mit einem bestimmten zweiten Wert entspricht, der zwischen etwa 90° und etwa 200° einnimmt,
der dritte Zylinder (18) mit Mitteln zum Einstellen des genannten Drucks der ebenen Bahn an der genannten Kontaktlinie mit der Riffelung des zweiten Zylinders versehen ist, der im Betrieb unter einem bestimmten Schwellwert von 3 kg/cm liegt, und
dass sie Mittel (44) zum Steuern und Einstellen der Drehzahl des genannten vierten Zylinders bezüglich der Drehzahl des genannten zweiten Zylinders enthält. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelpunktswinkel alpha bei etwa 60° liegt.
- Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bestimmte zweite Wert bei etwa 180° liegt.
- Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vierte Heizzylinder (26) den gleichen Durchmesser aufweist wie die drei ersten Heizzylinder.
- Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner einen kleineren glatten Zylinder aufweist (32), der achsparallel zur Achse der genannten Heizzylinder verläuft, stromabwärts der genannten Zylinder in der Wegstrecke der Wellpappe und unterhalb der horizontalen Ebene (34) liegt, welche die obere Mantellinie des vierten Zylinders tangiert.
- Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vierte Zylinder Mittel (44) zum Einstellen der Drehzahl des genannten vierten Zylinders zwischen etwa 1,02 V und etwa 1,25 V enthält, wobei V die Bandgeschwindigkeit der gebildeten Wellpappe ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Bahn (36) aus einseitig gewelltem Karton ausgehend von einer geriffelten Kartonbahn (23) und einer ebenen Kartonbahn (24), die sogenannte Deckbahn, durch Aufkleben aneinander, bei dem die Spitzen der zuvor beleimten Riffelung der gewellten Bahn in Kontakt mit der ebenen Bahn über einen ersten Bereich (28) gehalten werden, der durch einen ersten Flächenabschnitt eines geriffelten mittleren Heizzylinders (13), dem sogenannten zweiten Zylinder, über einen Bogen gebildet ist, der einem Mittelpunktswinkel mit einem bestimmten ersten Wert entspricht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Mittelpunktswinkel alpha einen bestimmten ersten Wert zwischen etwa 30° und etwa 80° aufweist,
vor dem genannten ersten Abschnitt und nach Beleimen mittels eines heizenden und motorisch angetriebenen Anpresszylinders, dem sogenannten dritten Zylinder (18), der den genannten zweiten Zylinder tangiert, ein längenbezogener Druck auf den zweiten Zylinder (13) am Kontaktpunkt ausgeübt wird, dessen Wert kleiner als 3 kg/cm zwischen den Spitzen der Riffelung und der ebenen Bahn (29) ist, und
nach und in Abstand von dem genannten ersten Abschnitt des zweiten Zylinders, die geriffelte Kartonbahn und die ebene Bahn über einen zweiten Bereich (30) in Kontakt gehalten werden, der durch einen zweiten Flächenabschnitt eines motorisch angetriebenen, drehbaren, glatten Heizzylinder (26), dem sogenannten vierten Zylinder, gebildet wird, der bezüglich des geriffelten Mittelzylinders (13) um die Wegstrecke der Wellpappe über einen Bogen nachgelagert ist, welcher einem Mittelpunktswinkel beta mit einem bestimmten zweiten Wert zwischen etwa 90° und etwa 200° entspricht,
indem die Drehzahl des genannten vierten Zylinders gesteuert und bezüglich der Drehzahl des genannten zweiten Zylinders eingestellt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bestimmte erste Wert etwa 60° einnimmt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bestimmte zweite Wert etwa 180° einnimmt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Geschwindigkeit des vierten glatten Heizzylinders (26) auf eine Geschwindigkeit zwischen etwa 1,02 V und etwa 1,25 V eingestellt wird, wobei V die Bandgeschwindigkeit der gebildeten Wellpappe ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Geschwindigkeit des vierten glatten Heizzylinders (26) etwa 1,06 V ist.
