Description
Claims (11)
- Türblatt für ein thermisch isoliertes Fach, insbesondere ein Kühlfach eines Kühlmöbels, welches als doppelwandiges, mit Isoliermaterial ausgefülltes Tafelelement (1) ausgebildet ist, das aus einem einseitig offenen, aus Metall gefertigten Flachkasten (3) besteht, der mit einer ebenfalls aus Metall bestehenden Deckplatte (2) verschlossen ist, wobei die Ränder des Flachkastens (3) und der Deckplatte (2) gegenseitig in Wirkverbindung bringbare Verbindungselemente aufweisen, wobei
zwischen den Verbindungselementen (5,14) wenigstens ein der thermischen Trennung zwischen Flachkasten (3) und Deckplatte (2) dienendes Isolierelement (6) angeordnet ist, und wobei durch das Isolierelement (6) auch die Funktion der Halterung und Fixierung der Verbindungselemente von Flachkasten (3) und Deckplatte (2) erfüllt ist. - Türblatt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Isolierelement (6) eine an der Innenseite der Zargenwand (4) des Flachkastens (3) angeordnete Profilleiste aus Kunststoff ist.
- Türblatt nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Isolierelement (6) dienende Profilleiste einen an der Innenseite der Zargenwand (4) anliegenden Leistenabschnitt (7) hat, sowie einen gegen den Rand der Deckplatte (2) vorstehenden Steg (8).
- Türblatt nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (8) wenigstens eine parallel zum Leistenabschnitt (7) verlaufende, abstehende Rippe (9) aufweist.
- Türblatt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den offenen Öffnungsrand des Flachkastens (3) bildende freie Kante seiner Zargenwand (4) eine nach innen gerichtete Umbiegung (5) aufweist, die eine jeweils benachbarte Längskante (11) des an der Innenseite der Zargenwand (4) angeordneten Isolierelements (6) übergreift.
- Türblatt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zargenwand (4) zugekehrte Ränder der Deckplatte (2) mit einer zum Inneren des Flachkastens (3) hin gerichteten, federelastisch auslenkbaren Abbiegung (12) versehen sind, die mit der zugekehrten Längskante (13) des Stegs (8) des Isolierelements (6) in federnde Anlage bringbar ist.
- Türblatt nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abbiegung (12) einen der Verrastung mit der Längskante (13) des Stegs (8) des Isolierelements (6) dienenden Längsabsatz (14) aufweist.
- Türblatt nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Längsabsatz (14) durch einen im Querschnitt "S"-bzw. "Z"-förmigen Verlauf der Abbiegung (12) gebildet ist.
- Türblatt nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel der Abbiegung zur Ebene der Deckplatte (2) etwa 45° ist.
- Türblatt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem freien Raum, welcher von der Umbiegung (5), der freien Kante der Zargenwand (4) des Flachkastens (3), dem dahinter befindlichen Leistenabschnitt (7) des Isolierelements (6), der zugekehrten Oberfläche des Stegs (8) und der Abbiegung der Deckplatte (2) begrenzt ist, eine elastische Türdichtungslippe (15) befestigt ist.
- Türblatt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Flachkasten (3), Deckplatte (2) und Isolierelement (6), die zu einem Tafelelement (1) zusammengesetzt sind, durch eine Ausschäumung des Tafelelements (1) mit aushärtendem Isoliermaterial miteinander fixiert und verbunden sind.
