Claims (13)
- Eckverbindungsanordnung von einem Gehäuserahmen eines Lüftungs- oder Klimagerätes, wie einer Wärme- oder Kälteeinheit, eines Trocken- oder eines Konditionierschrankes und dergleichen, aufweisend ein Eckstück (1, 1', 1") sowie Verbindungen zu drei an das Eckstück anstossender, wenigstens nahezu zueinander senkrecht angeordneter Seitenkantprofile (5, 35), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Eckstück (1, 1', 1") durch drei wenigstens nahezu senkrecht aufeinander treffende Hohlprofile oder Schenkelabschnitte (3, 8, 13) gebildet wird und einen von der Ecke einwärts einfallend ausgebildeten Eckbereich (7) aufweist, mit Lochungen in Richtung je zu den Seitenkantprofilen vorgesehen für die Aufnahme je eines Festhalteorganes (9) zum dichtenden Verbinden der Seitenkantprofile mit dem Eckstück.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohlprofile bzw. Schenkelabschnitte (13) je einen Querschnitt (4, 13, 14) aufweisen, welcher mindestens entlang eines Abschnittes deckungsgleich ist mit dem Querschnitt (6, 36) je der Seitenkantprofile.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je von einem Hohlprofil bzw. Schenkelabschnitt mindestens ein hohlprofilartiger bzw. blendenartiger Vorsprung (12) vorsteht, vorgesehen, um in den Hohlraum (23) je eines der Seitenkantprofile einzugreifen und um die Hohlprofile bzw. Schenkelabschnitte des Eckstückes mit den Seitenkantprofilen verdrehsicher stabil dichtend zu verbinden.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von den Seitenkantprofilen in Richtung Seitenwandungen des Gehäuses mindestens zwei voneinander beabstandete Profilschienen (17, 19, 47, 49) ausgebildet sind für die Bildung einer Auf- und Anliegekontur für das Anordnen von Seitenwandungen, wie insbesondere isolierten Doppelwandungen bzw. Paneelen.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an derjenigen Seitenflanke der Profilschiene bzw. entlang des frontseitigen Abschlusses der Profilschienen, an welchen das An- bzw. Aufliegen der Seitenrandkontur der Gehäuseseitenwandung vorgesehen ist, ein dichtendes Material, wie beispielsweise eine flexible Gummidichtung (51), angeordnet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Festhalteorgan mindestens eine Schraube (9, 9') ist, vorgesehen, um in einer entsprechenden Gewindeaufnahme (15, 45), angeordnet innerhalb des Hohlraumes des Seitenkantprofiles (5, 35), eingeschraubt zu werden und um das Seitenkantprofil je auf das Hohlprofil bzw. den Schenkelabschnitt des Eckstückes an- bzw. aufzuziehen.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Eckstück an den Hohlprofilen je ein weiterer Vorsprung (18) vorgesehen ist, um in den Raum zwischen den voneinander beabstandeten Profilschienen einzugreifen.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Eckstück mindestens zweiteilig ausgebildet ist, mit einer äusseren, vorzugsweise aus Metall gefertigten Eckhülle (1) und einem inneren, aus einem wärmeisolierenden Material gefertigten Eckkörper (1"), derart, dass die dem Innenraum des Klimagerätes zugewandten Seitenflächen (13) des Eckstückes aus dem wärmeisolierenden Material bestehen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenkantprofile (35) ebenfalls mindestens zweiteilig ausgebildet sind mit einem äusseren, vorzugsweise aus Metall gefertigten Aussenkantprofil (36), ebenfalls umfassend mindestens eine der in Wandrichtung vorstehenden Profilschienen (47) sowie ein Innenkantprofil (49), welches entweder aus einem wärmeisolierenden Material gefertigt ist und/oder wärmeisoliert getrennt ist von der Aussenkantprofilhülle.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Aussenkantprofil und Innenkantprofil ein Verbindungskörper (39) aus wärmeisolierendem Material angeordnet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innenkantprofil (49) weitgehendst durch zwei in Gehäusewandungsrichtung vorstehende Profilschienen gebildet wird.
- Lüftungs- bzw. Klimagerät, wie eine Wärme- oder Kälteeinheit, ein Trocken- oder Konditionierschrank und dergleichen, aufweisend eine Eckverbindungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11.
- Gehäuserahmen eines Monoblockgehäuses eines Lüftungs- oder Klimagerätes mit einer Eckverbindungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11.
