Eine derartige Reinigungseinrichtung ist z.B. aus der DE-OS 1 436 535 bekannt, wobei diese Vorrichtung nicht im Bereich der Greiferbrücke der Zylindermantelfläche abhebbar ist. Eine abhebbare Waschvorrichtung ist beispielsweise aus der EP 004 605 A1 und der DE 3 614 496 A1 bekannt. Nachteilig bei diesen bekannten Reinigungseinrichtungen mit Waschwalze ist es, daß die Waschwalzen jeweils in einem Gehäuse angeordnet sind und das Gehäuse eine der Zylindermantelfläche zugewandte Öffnung aufweist. Der Reinigungsprozess der Waschwalze selbst erfolgt dabei während der Reinigung der Zylindermantelfläche bei angestellter Position der Waschwalze. Da das Gehäuse der Waschwalze offen ist, kann die Waschwalze bei abgestellter Position (Ruhestellung) schneller austrocknen, was die Standzeit reduziert. Die erfindungsgemäße Reinigungseinrichtung besitzt im wesentlichen eine sich über die Gesamtbreite des zu reinigenden Zylinders hinaus erstreckendes Gehäuse. Das Gehäuse besitzt eine dem Zylinder zugewandte Öffnung und nimmt mindestens eine drehbar gelagerte Waschwalze auf und besitzt zusätzlich ein bewegliches Gehäuseteil, das diese Öffnung zum Anstellen der Waschwalze an den Zylinder freigibt oder nach beendetem Waschvorgang, bei abgestellter Waschwalze, verschließt. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß die Waschwalze neben dem an sich bekannten Waschprozess an der Zylindermantelfläche auch in dem geschlossenen Gehäuse während des Druckbetriebes gereinigt werden kann. Die Emissionswerte im Drucksaal werden reduziert, da weniger Reinigungsmittel in die Umgebung entweicht. Ein schnelles Verschmutzen der Waschwalze wird verhindert und damit wird die Standzeit der Reinigungseinrichtung in der Druckmaschine erhöht. Dies ist besonders bei Zuordnung der erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungseinrichtung an einen Gegendruckzylinder von Vorteil, da diese Zylinder für Servicearbeiten schwerer zugänglich sind. Bei geschlossenem Gehäuse (in Abstellposition) wird das Austrocknen der Waschwalzenoberfläche verhindert, da im geschlossenen System die Luftfeuchtigkeit relativ hoch bleibt. Eine Reinigungseinrichtung nach der Erfindung ist in einem Druckwerk unterhalb eines Gegendruckzylinders 1 einer Offsetdruckmaschine angeordnet. Die Reinigungseinrichtung besitzt ein Gehäuse 2, das einen annähernd rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist und sich über die volle Breite des Zylinders 1 hinaus erstreckt. Das Gehäuse 2 nimmt eine Waschwalze 4 auf, hier eine mit Borsten bestückte Waschbürste, deren Welle getriebetechnisch mit einem eigenen Antrieb (nicht gezeigt) gekoppelt ist. Am Gehäuse 2 sind eine auf die Waschwalze 4 gerichtete Wasserzuführung 6, eine mit der Waschwalze 4 zusammenwirkende Rakel 5 sowie eine auf die Waschwalze 4 gerichtete Reinigungsmittelzuführung 7 angeordnet. Am tiefsten Punkt des Gehäuses 2 ist für das verschmutzte Reinigungsmittel und Wassergemisch ein Ablauf 8 angeordnet, dem ein über Leitungen verbundener Sammelbehälter (nicht gezeigt) zum Regenerieren und zum Trennen des Gemisches nachgeordnet ist. Dem Zylinder 1 zugeordnet besitzt das Gehäuse 2 eine Öffnung 9, welche sich über die gesamte Breite des Zylinders 1 erstreckt. Die Öffnung ist so dimensioniert, daß die Waschwalze 4 mit der Mantelfläche des Zylinders 1 in Anstellposition in Waschkontakt steht. Am Gehäuse 2 ist ein in Führungen bewegliches Gehäuseteil 3 angeordnet, welches in Anstellposition die Öffnung 9 freilegt und in Abstellposition diese Öffnung 9 wieder verschließt. Ist die Walze 4 von vorhergehenden Reinigungen am Zylinder 1 verschmutzt, so wird über den Antrieb (nicht gezeigt) die Waschwalze 4 in Rotation versetzt und Flüssigkeiten werden über die Wasserzuführung 6 und Reinigungsmittelzuführung 7 je nach Bedarf einzeln oder gemeinsam auf die Oberfläche der Waschwalze 4 gesprüht. Der Verschmutzungsgrad der Waschwalze 4 kann empirisch oder bevorzugt durch einen mechanischen oder elektrischen Sensor ermittelt werden, der der Waschwalze 4 zugeordnet ist. Bei Umlaufen eines mit Greiferbrücken bestückten Zylinders 1 wird die Waschwalze 4 mit Gehäuse 2 über Arbeitszylinder kurzfristig abgestellt, so daß die Greifer sich berührungsfrei an der Waschwalze 4 vorbeibewegen. Für diesen kurzen Zeitpunkt bleibt die Öffnung 9 des Gehäuses 2 frei, beispielsweise indem das bewegliche Gehäuseteil 3 in einer Arretierung verbleibt. Nach Passieren der Greifer wird die Waschwalze 4 mit dem Gehäuse 2 wieder an den Zylinder 1 angestellt. Ist der Reinigungsprozess beendet, wird die Waschwalze 4 mit Gehäuse 2 vom Zylinder 1 abgestellt und das Gehäuseteil 3 verschließt die Öffnung 9. Claims (6)
