Claims (5)
- Ultraschallzerstäuber (2) mit einem Gehäuseteil (8) zur Aufnahme einer zu zerstäubenden Flüssigkeit (10) und einer Piezokeramik (6) dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Gaseinschlüsse aufweisendes elastisches Material (20) einen Zwischenraum (22) zwischen dem Gehäuseteil (8) und der in die Flüssigkeit (10) abstrahlenden Seite der Piezokeramik (6) gegen die zu zerstäubende Flüssigkeit (10) abdichtet.
- Ultraschallzerstäuber nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zusätzlich zu dem Gaseinschlüsse aufweisenden elastischen Material (20) ein Kunststoffvollmaterial (14) gegen die zu zerstäubende Flüssigkeit (10) abdichtet. - Ultraschallzerstäuber nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Gehäuseteil (8) einen Boden mit einer zentralen Öffnung (18) aufweist, unter der die Piezokeramik (6) angeordnet ist. - Ultraschallzerstäuber nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Piezokeramik (6) mittels eines an ihrem Randbereich (12) anliegenden O-Ringes (14) am Boden anliegt, und daß das Gaseinschlüsse aufweisende elastische Material (20) im Randbereich der Öffnung (18) anliegt. - Ultraschallzerstäuber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Gaseinschlüsse aufweisende elastische Material (20) Silikonschaum ist.
