Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément tranchant cylindrique pour une haveuse. Une vis sans fin d'abattage et de chargement ou un dispositif hélicoïdal d'abattage constitué(e) de pièces de base réparties de manière égale est disposé(e) en saillie sur la surface de l'élément tranchant (10). Un porte-outil (30) pourvu d'un trépan (40) échangeable est relié à chacune des parties de base (20). Le porte-outil (30) pourvu d'une pièce rapportée embrochable (31) est introduit dans une cavité correspondante de la pièce de base et y est maintenu au moyen d'une vis de serrage (50). On parvient à un montage rapide d'un élément tranchant (10), qui permet de positionner et de fixer de manière aisée les pièces de base (20) sur la surface de l'élément tranchant (10), du fait que des réceptacles de type godet (27), répartis de manière régulière le long de la vis sans fin d'abattage et de chargement ou du dispositif hélicoïdal à constituer, sont mis en place dans la surface de l'élément tranchant. Au niveau de leurs faces inférieures, les pièces de base (20) sortent dans un pied (26) qui est adapté en section transversale aux réceptacles de type godet (27). Les pièces de base (20) sont introduites positionnées avec le pied (26) dans un réceptacle de type godet (27) et en sont rendues solidaires.
