Description
The invention relates to an insulating plate for Covering open cooling devices. In contrast to household freezers are in supermarkets in the sales rooms open freezers are used, where by the room temperature Much cooling energy needs to be applied to the open Freezer to keep the required low temperature. On the other hand, there is a closing during sales times or covering these freezers is not possible for the buyer perceive and remove the content at any time without hindrance can.
Outside of the sales hours, however, the freezers are covered, especially overnight. For this, blinds are made Aluminum foil or plates taken. These plates are made of plastic with polyurethane foam. The both outer sides are coated with a smooth aluminum sheet, in order to prevent heat radiation. With the blinds a support device is required to ensure that it rests tightly to ensure on the chest edges without sagging. The disadvantage of these cover plates is that they can be damaged relatively easily. Especially on the smooth aluminum surface are impressions, cracks or similar easily visible, so that the appearance quickly suffers considerably.
Another disadvantage is that these cover plates because they easily damaged, subject to relatively high consumption and because of the foam and plastic as special waste must be disposed of. if a plate is damaged, it comes the foam inside the plate becomes crumbly and falls into the food.
Als Isolierplatte für Kühleinrichtungen ist diese bekannte Vorrichtung nicht geeignet.DE-B-1 803 416 is a heat insulation with changeable Volume preferably known for with containers a honeycomb layer between an outer and inner shell. In the squeezed As a condition, the air falls away completely as insulation. Thereby the insulation ability is only on the material limited. In addition, this is intended as a lining Insulation a support frame for their stabilization. As Insulating plate for cooling devices is this known device not suitable.
Die Herstellung aus Polyäthylen bedingt zusätzlich die bekannten Umweltprobleme.EP-A-0319 937 is a hinged cover for refrigerated display cabinets known, which is made of hollow chamber polyethylene is. This material contains air pockets at these points for insulation, which have webs through which the Coverage should be stabilized. These webs extend only in the transverse direction and are at an angle to the top surfaces arranged that they only something in the transverse direction for stability can contribute. In addition, the webs and top surfaces are laid in the event of deflection or pressure on the plate like a parallelogram one another, so that the size of the air chambers is not guaranteed is what adversely affects the insulation value. The production from polyethylene also requires known environmental problems.
Die Wärmedämmfähigkeit dieser bekannten Plattenkonstruktion ist nicht befriedigend.DE-C-670 090, which forms the closest state of the art, is a sound-absorbing and heat-sealing Hollow building board is known which has a corrugated cardboard intermediate layer made of soft Schrenz or soft straw paper, which is formed by corrugated cardboard strips. The open ones Corrugated tubes are covered with cardboard. Apart from the defective, different in the transverse and longitudinal directions The rigidity of this plate construction is caused by the Corrugated tubes only very small air spaces with high material use. The manufacturing effort is high. The thermal insulation ability this known plate construction is not satisfying.
The object of the present invention is to provide a good insulation and create stable insulating plate. In addition, the Isoierlatte does not pose any disposal problems and even if destroyed, there is no danger for the food covered include. This task is characterized by the characteristics of the Claim 1 and also solved by the subclaims.

Pappe gefertigte sechseckige Waben 11 aufweist.
The insulating plate consists of a honeycomb layer 1, which

Auf die Deckschicht 2 ist eine Reflektorschicht 3 aufgebracht,
um Wärmeeinstrahlungen abzuhalten. Gleichzeitig dient diese
Reflektorschicht 3 auch dazu, die aus Pappmaterial bestehende
Deckschicht 2 gegen Feuchtigkeit, beispielsweise Schwitzwasser,
erfüllt diese Eigenschaften recht gut.A
Das Aufbringen des Klebers kann
Damit ist die Platte sofort fertig. The plate is now ready.
2 aufzuziehen. Dabei kann das Strukturgitter 4 auch unmittelbar
auf die Deckschicht 2 aufgebracht werden. Die vorgefertigte
Reflektorschicht 3 besteht dann nur aus dem Strukturgitter
4, das auf eine Reflektorfolie 31 aufgezogen ist.It is advisable to make the
Sofern sowohl
die Deckschicht 2 als auch die Reflektorschicht 3 über
die offenen Stirnflächen heruntergezogen ist, erübrigt sich
eine zusätzliche Einfassung der Isolierplatte. To complete the isolation plate on the sides, the
These insulating plates produced in this way not only have a good one
Isolation effect, but also very good mechanical strength properties.

Another advantage of these plates is that they are 100% Have recyclable material and much cheaper are. The manufacturing cost of such a plate compared to known foamed sheets is only about 70%.
Another advantage for recycling is achieved that the aluminum foil is pulled up with an adhesive that is peeling off the aluminum foil and thus a separation of the cardboard material made possible by the aluminum. This is a separation between the cardboard material and the aluminum foil in a simple manner.
