- This folding box consists of one formed from two main fields and two side fields connecting them cuboid fuselage, folding flaps attached to the side panels both ends of the side panels, indicated by fold lines from the side panels are delimited, and a bottom flap on at least one of the main fields. The bottom and top flaps are shown by fold lines from the relevant one Main field delimited.
- the folding box has a first adhesive tab, which are attached laterally to a first of the main fields and from this by means of a Fold line is delimited and glued to that of the side panels mentioned which is also attached to the second main panel via a fold line.
- Cardboard packaging for bottles is known, the interior of which is separated by partitions are divided into individual compartments that hold one bottle each are determined. As a rule, bottles are becoming more uniform in such cardboard packaging Sizes are arranged in one or more rows.
- US-A-3 563 449 discloses a double compartment pack with a corresponding carton blank described, which in the assembled state a larger primary compartment and contains a smaller secondary subject. The secondary subject is only two additional walls formed; the first wall is directly adjacent to a box field scheduled. Due to this construction, an adjustment of the compartment size is z. B. for the inclusion of bottles with different diameters is not possible or at least very difficult. Bottles with different sizes can be stored in the two compartments Height, but only safely and reliably accommodated with the same diameter will.
- the invention has for its object to provide a folding box for Includes two bottles of different diameters and heights in particular Way is adjusted.
- the invention provides a folding box in which by a partition arrangement two compartments are formed, the different bottle diameters and -heights are adjusted.
- a partition arrangement in the folding box Through a partition arrangement in the folding box a chamber of reduced cross-sectional dimensions, the lower area divided by a web running across the chamber cross-section is.
- Above the bridge there is a room in the chamber which is the compartment for forms a bottle of smaller diameter and smaller height, the web forms a support for the bottom of the smaller bottle and thus for one Height compensation ensures.
- the consumer has two when the folding box is open Bottles of different sizes presented, the upper ends (flaps) are at the same height, so that the smaller of the bottles is easy can be taken.
- the partition arrangement also a narrow, slim compartment designed to hold a spoon, which is special is advantageous for use as medication packaging.
- a particular advantage of the invention is that the folding box including their partition arrangement from a one-piece cardboard blank is producible, the space-saving in the pre-glued, flat-lying state to the Filling place can be delivered, where it is erected in the usual way, on Bottom closed and then filled with bottles and closed can be.
- a first adhesive tab 13 is attached laterally, which of the Main field 4 is delimited by a fold line d.
- the end forms a second adhesive flap 16 which extends beyond a further fold line j.
- the second partition panel 15 is on the bottom facing the folding box Side delimited by a continuous section line A, which is approximately over half Width of the first partition panel 14 continues into this. From the end of this Section line A in the first partition panel 14 extends a fold line k in the first Partition panel 14 to the bottom edge of the same. In one of the Distance between the folding line k and the folding line h corresponding distance to Fold line j extends a fold line 1 from the section line A in that of this Cut line delimited cardboard section, which in the finished folding box below the intersection line A lies. In this way, between the fold lines k and l a web 17 delimited.
- the cutting line has a width of up to approximately 3 mm, which facilitates the erection of the folding box.
- the fold line i is divided in the example shown. It consists of two sections, between which there is a U-shaped section line B from the ends of the Fold line sections i extending into the first partition panel 14 and there bounded a flag 18.
- This cutting line can also be a certain one Have a width of up to about 2 mm.
- the partition panel 14 and the flag 18th together have a width which is preferably approximately as large as the width of a Side field 1 or 3 is, but not larger than this.
- the first partition panel 14 is on the folding line h folded by 180 ° and this partition panel together with the second partition panel 15, the web 17 and the second adhesive tab 16 on the Inside of the first adhesive flap 13 and the main field 4 folded where the second Glue tab 16 with the main field 4 is in love.
- This intermediate state is in Fig. 3 shown.
- the cut is folded by 180 ° on fold lines c and a, and the inside of the side panel 1 is at least in the area of its free Edge in love with the outside of the first adhesive tab 13.
- the pre-glued one The blank is now ready for delivery to the filling location.
- the flag 18 together with the second partition panel 15 the mentioned Has a total width that is as large as that of a side panel 1 or 3, stands front edge of the flag 18 of the inner wall of the main field 2 closely opposite or even touches them.
- This flag 18 in the interior of the folding box between the Partition arrangement from the partition panels 14 and 15 enclosed compartment and the inner wall of the main panel 2 another, small, to the bottom of the Folding box-reaching compartment designed to accommodate a relative flat object, such as a spoon, can be used.
