Claims (18)
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe mit einem Schiebedeckelverschluß, welcher wenigstens zwei Schiebedeckel (1-1, 1-2) mit Rahmen (2) und Scheiben (3) hat,
gekennzeichnet durchje einen Elektromotor (4) zum gesteuerten Verschieben jedes Schiebedeckels (1-1, 1-2),je einen Infrarotmelder (6-1, 6-2) pro Schiebedeckel (1-1, 1-2), undein mit den Elektromotoren und den Infrarotmeldern (6-1, 6-2) verbundenes elektrisches Steuergerät (7) zum automatischen Verschieben der Schiebedeckel (6-1, 6-2). - Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe mit einem Schiebedeckelverschluß, welcher wenigstens zwei Schiebedeckel (1-1, 1-2) mit Rahmen (2) und Scheiben (3) hat,
gekennzeichnet durchje einen Elektromotor (4) zum gesteuerten Verschieben jedes Schiebedeckels (1-1, 1-2),je ein Soft-Touch-Panel oder mechanischen Taster pro Schiebedeckel (1-1, 1-2), undein mit den Elektromotoren und den Soft-Touch-Panels oder mechanischen Tastern verbundenes elektrisches Steuergerät (7) zum selbsttätigen Verschieben der Schiebedeckel (6-1, 6-2). - Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei übereinanderlaufende Schiebedeckel (1-1, 1-2) vorgesehen sind.
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schiebedeckel (1-1, 1-2) mit seinem dem Benutzer der Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe abgewandten Rahmenteil (10) in Reibungsschluß auf einem von dem zugehörigen Elektromotor (4) angetriebenen, auf seiner Zahnseite gleitfähig beschichteten Zahnriemen (8) aufliegt.
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Getriebe (9) zwischen den Elektromotor (4) und den Zahnriemen (8) geschaltet ist.
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektromotoren (4) auf der dem Benutzer der Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe abgewandten Seite angeordnet und über Ritzel (15) mit Zahnstangen (16) in Antriebsverbindung stehen, wobei die beiden Enden der Zahnstangen (16) über Seile und Umlenkungen mit den Seitenteilen der Rahmen (2) der Schiebedeckel (1-1, 1-2) verbunden sind.
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach Anspruch 1 oder einem auf Anspruch 1 zurückbezogenen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Infrarotmelder (6-1, 6-2) an einem Rahmenprofil (5) der Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe auf der dem Benutzer der Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe zugewandten Seite im Bereich der Seitenkanten der geschlossenen Schiebedeckel (1-1, 1-2) angebracht sind.
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach Anspruch 1 oder einem auf Anspruch 1 zurückbezogenen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Infrarotmelder (6-1, 6-2) eine frontale Reichweite von etwa 40 cm haben.
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je Schiebedeckel (1-1, 1-2) stirnseitig im Bereich der Ecken des Rahmens (2) in den dem Benutzer der Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe zugewandeten und abgewandten Rahmenteilen (12, 10) je Ecke eine Kugellaufrolle (11) und an der Unterseite des dem Benutzer zugewandten Rahmenteils (12) mittig eine weitere Kugellaufrolle (13) eingelassen sind.
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je Schiebedeckel (1-1, 1-2) zwei induktive Näherungsschalter (14) zum Erfassen der Endlagen jedes Schiebedeckels (1-1, 1-2) vorgesehen sind.
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die induktiven Näherungsschalter (14) an den Ecken eines Rahmenprofils (5) der Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe auf der dem Benutzer zugewandten Seite vorgesehen und durch Kontaktgeber aus Metall an den Schiebedeckeln (1-1, 1-2) betätigbar sind.
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die induktiven Näherungsschalter (14) mit dem Steuergerät (7) verbunden sind.
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach Anspruch 1 oder einem auf Anspruch 1 zurückbezogenen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuergerät (7) eine Schaltung zum abwechselnden Öffnen und Schließen der Schiebedeckel (1-1, 1-2) abhängig vom Ansprechen der zugehörigen Infrarotmelder (6-1, 6-2) enthält, wobei der zuerst ansprechende Infrarotmelder (6-1) zum Öffnen des einen ihm zugeordneten Schiebedeckels (1-1) während der Dauer seines Ansprechens eine Sperrwirkung auf den Öffnungsvorgang des anderen Schiebedeckels (6-2) ausübt.
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuergerät (7) eine Schaltung zum Erkennen einer Überlast der Elektromotoren (4) und Ausschalten der Elektromotoren (4) enthält.
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuersignal (7) eine Schaltung zum Erkennen einer zu langen Laufzeit der Elektromotoren (4) vor Erreichen der Endlagen der Schiebedeckel (1-1, 1-2) und wiederholten Ein- und Ausschalten der Elektromotoren (4) bei zu langer Laufzeit sowie endgültigen Ausschalten der Elektromotoren (4) nach wiederholter zu langer Laufzeit und Abgabe einer Störmeldung enthält.
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Störmeldung akustisch und/oder optisch erfolgt und zur erneuten Betriebsaufnahme nach Beseitigung der Störung auffordert.
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektromotoren (4) 24V Gleichstrommotoren mit angebautem Getriebe (9) sind.
- Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Elektromotor (4) innerhalb eines Rahmenprofils (5) der Kühl- oder Gefriertruhe angeordnet ist.
