Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Haltevorrichtung für einen Standbodenbeutel für einen Seifenspender oder dgl., der mit einem Spendergehäuse für eine Vorratsflasche, mit einer Pumpe, die in die Vorratsflasche eintaucht, und einem Bedienelement ausgestattet ist. Eine solche Haltevorrichtung für einen Seifenspender ist aus der DE-A-4207977 bekannt.
Standbodenbeutel aus Kunststoffolie werden immer mehr anstelle von Vorratsflaschen aus Kunststoff eingesetzt. Man füllt darin viele flüssige Produkte ab, so auch Desinfektionsmittel, Seifencreme und sonstige Hautpflegemittel.
Sie bestehen aus einer geeigneten Kunststoffolie, die derart verschweißt ist, daß sich bei Einfüllen der Flüssigkeit die Beutelwände spreizen und am Boden ein umlaufender Rand entsteht, der es ermöglicht, den Beutel aufrecht hinzustellen.
Standbodenbeutel bieten den Vorteil der geringeren Kunststoffmenge im Vergleich zur Kunststoff-Flasche, ein weiterer Vorteil ist das geringe Volumen, das vom entleerten Beutel eingenommen wird.
Standbodenbeutel haben jedoch den Nachteil der mangelhaften Eigensteifigkeit, was eine Verwendung in Spendern problematisch macht. Beim Hantieren mit dem gefüllten Beutel, der zuvor an seiner oberen Seite aufgeschnitten werden muß, geschieht es schnell, daß Flüssigkeit austritt bei dem Versuch, den Spender mit dem Standbodenbeutel zu beschicken. Ist der Standbodenbeutel in den Spender eingesetzt, ergibt sich die Schwierigkeit, daß der Beutel keinen ausreichenden Halt findet, da der Spender für die Verwendung einer stabilen Vorratsflasche aus Kunststoff konstruiert ist.
Lösungsvorschläge sind nach vorliegender Recherche nicht bekannt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Haltevorrichtung zu schaffen, die auf einfache Art und Weise den Standbodenbeutel sicher in einem Spender dieser Art hält.
Gemäß der Erfindung besteht die Haltevorrichtung aus einer vorzugsweise rechteckigen Halteplatte, die an ihrem Rand Haltemittel aufweist, und in ihrer Größe auf den Boden des zu haltenden Standbodenbeutels derart abgestimmt ist, daß der Beutel im Bereich der umlaufenden Bodenschweißnaht an den vorgesehenen Haltemitteln befestigt werden kann, wobei in der Mitte der Haltevorrichtung eine mit Klemmitteln versehene Öffnung angeordnet ist, deren Stärke dem Durchmesser des Pumpenzylinders entspricht, welchen die Klemmittel umgreifen.
Die Erfindung ermöglicht es, einen Standbodenbeutel als Vorratsbehälter in einem herkömmlichen Spender zu verwenden. Der Standbodenbeutel wird auf einfache Art und Weise an der Haltevorrichtung befestigt und findet sicheren Halt im Spender. Er bietet somit einen vollkommenen Ersatz für die bislang in diesem Bereich eingesetzte Kunststoff-Flasche. Besonders vorteilhaft ist die Verwendung eines Standbodenbeutels mit schrägen Abschweißungen im oberen Bereich, da die so entstandene Verjüngung ein vollständiges Entleeren des Beutels durch die Pumpe gewährleistet.
Vorzugsweise ist der Halteplatte eine Handhabe angeformt, die es ermöglicht, den gefüllten Beutel sicher in der Hand zu halten, so daß beim Einsetzen in den Spender kein unerwünschtes Austreten von Flüssigkeit erfolgt.
Das Auswechseln des leeren Beutels gegen einen gefüllten geschieht in üblicher Weise, d.h. er wird mitsamt der Haltevorrichtung aus dem Spender herausgezogen, der Beutel wird ausgetauscht und die Haltevorrichtung wieder neu verwendet.
Eine vorzugsweise Ausführung der Erfindung wird anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

Die in Fig 1 dargestellte Haltevorrichtung besteht aus einer rechteckigen Halteplatte 1, die an ihren Ecken kugelförmige Fortsätze aufweist, die als Haltehaken 2a-2d dienen. In der Mitte der Halteplatte 1 ist eine runde Öffnung 3 angeordnet, deren Rand umlaufend Klemmfedern 3a aufweist.
Parallel zu den Längsseiten der Halteplatte 1 ist die Öffnung 3 zu beiden Seiten durch Einschnitte erweitert, welche einen geraden Schlitz 9 bilden, der mitten durch die Öffnung 3 verläuft.
Der Halteplatte 1 ist an einer Längsseite eine Handhabe 4 angeformt, die in ihrem oberen Bereich tunnelförmig ausgebildet ist und nach unten im rechten Winkel zur Halteplatte 1 verlängert ist.
Der Standbodenbeutel 5 ist, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt im Bereich der umlaufenden Bodenschweißnaht 8 mit vier Stanzlöchern 6a-6d versehen, die so angeordnet sind, daß sie die Haltehaken 2a-2d aufnehmen können. Der Standbodenbeutel 5 wird "upside-down" an der Haltevorrichtung befestigt, wobei die Halteplatte 1 vollständig von der Vertiefung 11 oberhalb des Beutelbodens aufgenommen wird, während die Handhabe 4 aufgrund der tunnelförmigen Ausbildung über den Rand nach außen ragt und sicheres Hantieren mit dem gefüllten Beutel ermöglicht. Bevor der Beutel mitsamt der Haltevorrichtung in den Spender 10 eingesetzt wird, wird die Folie am Beutelboden mittels eines scharfen Messers (z. B. Skalpell) zerschnitten, wobei die Klinge durch den Schlitz 9 geführt wird. Der Pumpenzylinder 7 kann dann ohne weiteres - wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt - durch die Öffnung 3 in den Standbodenbeutel 5 eingeführt werden.
Die Haltevorrichtung mit dem daran befestigten Standbodenbeutel 5 wird von den um die Öffnung 3 angeordeten Klemmfedern 3a gehalten.

Claims (4)

  1. Haltevorrichtung für einen Standbodenbeutel für Seifenspender oder dgl., der mit einem Spendergehäuse für eine Vorratsflasche, mit einer Pumpe, die in die Vorratsflasche eintaucht, und einem Bedienelement ausgestattet ist, gekennzeichnet durch eine Halteplatte (1) von vorzugsweise rechteckiger Form, die an ihrem Rand Haltemittel (2a-2d) aufweist, und in ihrer Größe auf den Boden des zu haltenden Standbodenbeutels (5) derart abgestimmt ist, daß der Beutel (5) im Bereich der umlaufenden Bodenschweißnaht (8) an den vorgesehenen Haltemitteln (2a-2d) befestigt werden kann, wobei in der Mitte der Halteplatte (1) eine mit Klemmitteln (3a) versehene Öffnung (3) angeordnet ist, deren Stärke dem Durchmesser des Pumpenzylinders (7) entspricht, welchen die Klemmittel (3a) umgreifen.
  2. Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Standbodenbeutel (5) in der umlaufenden Bodenschweißnaht (8) Stanzlöcher (6a-6d) aufweist.
  3. Haltevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Handhabe (4) an dieser angebracht ist.
  4. Haltevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (3) an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Stellen durch Einschnitte erweitert ist, welche einen geraden Schlitz (9) bilden, der mitten durch die öffnung (3) verläuft.
