Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Regelung einer Schmelzenmenge bestehend aus einem rechteckigen Metallgestell (4), das derart angeordnet ist, daß es in bezug zu einer Bodenwand (5) der Gießpfanne (3) schwenkbar ist, und aus einem Druckdeckel (7) mit einer festen oberen Platte (8) und einem Schlitten mit einer Führungseinrichtung für ein Gießrohr, das einstückig mit einer beweglichen Platte (10) ausgebildet ist, welche sich in dichtender Anlage an einer festen oberen Platte befindet, wobei die beiden Platten durch Druckbeaufschlagungsvorrichtungen, die jede der Platten gegen die andere drücken, aneinandergedrückt sind, wobei die mit dem Gießrohr versehene bewegbare Platte von einer Schließstellung in eine Stellung zur Freigabe des Gießlochs, und umgekehrt, verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, die Druckbeaufschlagungsvorrichtungen (12) aus einer ersten und einer zweiten Druckeinrichtung bestehen, wobei die erste Druckeinrichtung (18) eine nach unten wirkende Druckeinrichtung ist, welche die obere Platte (8) in der Schließposition des Gießlochs fest gegen eine die Gießöffnung der bewegbaren Platte (10) umgebende Bezugsebene drückt, und die zweite Druckeinrichtung eine nach oben wirkende Druckeinrichtung (31) ist, die auf Führungen wirkt, welche das Gießrohr (2) in der Schließstellung des Gießlochs (15) fest gegen die Gießöffnung (27) der beweglichen Platte (10) drücken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckdeckel (7) an dem Metallgestell (4) um zweite Gelenkzapfen (18) schwenkbar angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (12) zum Drücken der festen oberen Platte (8) gegen die bewegbare Platte (10) aus zwei Reihen von Federhülsen (13, 14) besteht, die zu beiden Seiten des Gießlochs (15) entlang gegenüberliegenden Seiten der festen oberen Platte (8) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federhülsen (13, 14) durch eine Kompressionsplatte (16) in Position gehalten sind, die mittels Zapfen (17) lösbar auf dem Druckdeckel (7) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten Gelenkzapfen (18) zu den ersten Gelenkzapfen (6) parallel sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegbare Schliffen (9) die bewegbare Platte (10) aus einer Stellung, in der sie das Gießloch (15) verschließt, in eine Stellung verschiebt, in der sie das Gießloch (15) freigibt, um so die Schmelzenmenge zu regeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegbare Schlitten, mit der bewegbaren Platte (10) eine Zuleitungs- und Beschickungsvorrichtung für das Rohr verschiebt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von dem Schlitten (9) gestützte Führungseinrichtung (19, 20) rechtwinklig zur Verschiebungsrichtung des Schlittens (9) bei der Regelung der Schmelzenmenge verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (9) sich entlang einer Führungsbahn bewegt, die rechtwinklig zu den ersten Gelenkzapfen (6) verläuft.
