Claims (4)
- Scheinwerfer, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, umfassend:eine Lichtquelle (10),einen Reflektor (20), dessen Grundfläche (23) in einer axialen und horizontalen Beleuchtungsrichtung (Δ) Bilder der Lichtquelle entsprechend einer bestimmten Verteilung bilden kann, wobei der Reflektor, zumindest auf einem Teil seiner Grundfläche, ein Netz von Zonen umfaßt, deren Umriß in der Projektion in einer zur axialen Richtung (Δ) senkrechten Ebene polygonal ist und in denen die reflektierende Oberfläche im Verhältnis zur Grundfläche versetzt ist, um eine vorbestimmte Verteilung des Lichtstroms zu erzielen, undeine Abdeckscheibe (30), die im wesentlichen ohne Ablenkrillen ausgeführt ist, so daß sich die Konfiguration des abgestrahlten Lichtbündels nur aus der besagten vorbestimmten, durch den Reflektor bewirkten Verteilung ergibt,
- Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundfläche des Reflektors eine analytisch definierte Fläche (23) ist, um Bilder der Lichtquelle zu bilden, deren Punkte sich alle unterhalb einer vorbestimmten Hell-Dunkel-Grenze befinden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Reflektors eines Scheinwerfers, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, wobei der Reflektor (20) Bilder der Lichtquelle entsprechend einer bestimmten Verteilung bilden kann und wobei der Scheinwerfer eine Abdeckscheibe umfaßt, die im wesentlichen ohne Ablenkrillen ausgeführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die folgenden Schritte umfaßt, die darin bestehen:eine reflektierende Grundfläche des Reflektors zu definieren, um in einer axialen und horizontalen Beleuchtungsrichtung (Δ) Bilder der Lichtquelle entsprechend einer Grundverteilung zu bilden,zumindest auf einem Teil der reflektierenden Grundfläche, entlang der besagten axialen Richtung, ein ebenes Netz (40) von Bereichen (41) mit polygonalem Umriß zu projizieren, so daß die Differentialabweichung (δ), in einer horizontalen Ebene, zwischen der Grundfläche und der versetzten Fläche dem horizontalen Profil des Bereichs in ebendieser Ebene entspricht, daß sich zumindest in bestimmten Zonen das horizontale Profil des Bereichs kontinuierlich zwischen zwei Endprofilen verändert und daß zwei in vertikaler Richtung benachbarte Zonen identische Endprofile in einer horizontalen Übergangsebene zwischen den besagten Zonen aufweisen,ein Formwerkzeug für den Reflektor durch Bearbeitung in Abhängigkeit von Daten der Grundfläche und der besagten Bereiche auszuführen, undden Reflektor mit Hilfe des besagten Formwerkzeugs zu formen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die reflektierende Grundfläche (23) des Reflektors analytisch so definiert wird, daß in der besagten axialen und horizontalen Beleuchtungsrichtung (Δ) Bilder der Lichtquelle gebildet werden, deren Punkte sich alle unterhalb einer vorbestimmten Hell-Dunkel-Grenze befinden.
