Claims (5)
- Aufwickelvorrichtung für eine Faserstoffbahn (1) mit einer vorgelagerten Trocknungseinheit und mit den folgenden Merkmalen:a) eine Tragtrommel (2) ist zumindest teilweise von der Faserstoffbahn (1) umschlungen;b) eine Trägerachse (3) für die Faserstoffbahn (1) ist der Tragtrommel (2) zuführbar und auf deren Tragtrommelmantel (4) in einer Wickelposition (5) achsparallel auflegbar;c) es ist ein Führungsband (8) vorgesehen, weiches die Faserstoffbahn (1) von einer in Bahnlaufrichtung (6) vorgelagerten Einrichtung (7) an die Tragtrommel (2) führt und auf die Tragtrommel (2) übergibt;d) die vorgelagerte Einrichtung (7) ist eine Trocknungseinheit für die Faserstoffbahn und umfaßt ein Trockensieb;e) dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trockensieb als das genannte Führungsband (8) verwendet wird.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragtrommel (2) Saugzonen (9) zur Unterstützung der Übernahme der Faserstoffbahn (1) enthält.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugzonen (9) vorwiegend im Randbereich der Tragtrommel (2) angeordnet sind.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Lauf des Führungsbandes (8) Saugeinrichtungen (10) zur Fixierung der Faserstoffbahn (1) am Führungsband (8) vorhanden sind.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Saugeinrichtungen (10) in Form von Saugleitwalzen zur Führung des Führungsbandes (8) verwendet werden.
