- the invention relates to a liner for a container which can be closed with a lid and consists of thin-walled, flexible plastic, the upper edge of the liner being provided with an outwardly extending retaining collar.

- So-called round-bottom bags with lid foils are used for cylindrical bodies, so-called shape inliners, which also enclose the edge of the vessel (vessel border), have proven effective for bulbous vessels.

- a major disadvantage of the separate assignment of inliners and cover foils is that the container edge (Bordur) is enclosed twice with foil. - the particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention also creates an often desired membrane effect for pressure equalization in the lid cavity.
- a seam connection between the inliner and the cover film can take place inside or outside a molding tool, as can the assignment of the required filling and emptying openings.
- a container of this type achieves other advantages, however, if the filling and emptying openings in the area of the cover film are shaped as a slip cup. If closures are inserted in this way, they cannot hinder the lid closure flush with the inside of the lid, they can survive transport better and they can be emptied more easily. The same functions can later be performed via a container replacement lid with corresponding openings and holding devices as with a bunghole lid barrel.
- the complete emptying is also possible because clean disposal by removing the light, thin-walled and flexible inliner, which can be folded to a minimum volume after the remaining content has been pressed out via the closure opening and can then be closed drip-free with the closure cap.
- the closure function is to be assessed differently via a loose cover film overlay.
- a self-locking film disc can be placed on the neck of a container. If the exact dimensions are specified, the inner edge of the cover sealing groove presses onto the attached cover plate in the area of the inner circumferential plane of the retaining collar (Level of evasion). In many cases, this seal is sufficient to prevent fill materials from escaping into the upper deck area. It is also advantageous, however, to have a molded-on film disc with edges that are angled upward and then protrude into the groove. Finally, a foil cover disk can have a seal for the retaining collar or can be located thereon.
- cover film for locking purposes is conceivable if the holding collar itself serves as a locking element. Then the outer edge of the cover sheet must be formed with a uniform slight counter-evasion in order to snap under the retraction edge of the retaining collar when pressed on. As a result, the middle surface of the cover film lies slightly below the level of the holding collar.
- the retaining collar itself can be designed in multiple forms.
- the upper level is usually flat / straight for the purpose of a thermoplastic connection, while the lower return can be guided in the same way or, due to the better removal from the mold, is returned to the inliner wall at an oblique angle or in an arc.

Claims (5)
- Une garniture interne pour un conteneur fermant par un couvercle, formé, d'un matériau plastique flexible à parois minces, le bord supérieur de la garniture interne étant pourvu d'un col de retenue en saillie vers l'extérieur, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un bord d'appui (5) périphérique et en saillie vers l'intérieur au-dessous du col de retenue sur lequel un recouvrement (6) est en appui.
- Une garniture interne d'un conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bord d'appui (5) périphérique est formé entre le col de retenue (18) et la garniture interne (4) par une liaison jointive (8) intérieure ayant la forme d'un flasque (fig. 3 ; 9).
- Garniture interne d'un conteneur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le recouvrement (6) est relié au bord d'appui (5) d'une façon non amovible (fig. 2 ; 4).
- Garniture interne d'un conteneur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'on peut appliquer le recouvrement (6) sur le bord d'appui (5) par une partie en saillie (20) prévue au bord inférieur du couvercle de conteneur (2).
- Garniture interne d'un conteneur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'on peut enfoncer le recouvrement (6) dans le bord d'appui (5) par une partie en saillie (19) d'une forme de rainure prévue à son bord inférieur (fig. 9).
