Description
- daß das als Bügel ausgebildete Kurzschlußelement in seiner Ruhestellung in den für den Gegenstecker in der Schließstellung des Steckverbinders vorgesehenen Raum um eine im Verhältnis zur Länge der als aus dem Stecker herausragende Steckerstifte ausgebildeten Kontaktelemente kürzere Strecke hineinragt,
- daß das Kurzschlußelement in seiner Arbeitsstellung unter Anlage an der Stirnfläche des auf den Stecker aufgesteckten Gegensteckers im Stecker angeordnet ist und
- daß die Ausnehmung des Steckers im Bereich ihrer Öffnung durch als Anlageflächen für das Kurzschlußelement dienende Schrägen nach außen konisch erweitert ist.
Claims (4)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder mit einem Kurzschlußelement (11), bestehend aus einem Stecker (4) mit zwei parallel zueinander verlaufenden Kontaktelementen (7,8) und aus einem Gegenstecker (5), bei welchem an die Kontaktelemente (7,8) des Steckers (4) eine zweiadrige elektrische Leitung (2) angeschlossen ist, bei welchem die Kontaktelemente (7,8) in einer Offenstellung frei vom Gegenstecker (5) sind, bei welchem im Stecker (4) eine nach außen offene Ausnehmung (14) zur Aufnahme des aus federndem Metall bestehenden, zwei etwa V-förmig zueinander verlaufende Arme aufweisenden Kurzschlußelements (11) angebracht ist, deren Öffnung zwischen den Kontaktelementen (7,8) liegt, und bei welchem das Kurzschlußelement (11) in seiner der Offenstellung des Steckverbinders entsprechenden Ruhestellung an beiden Kontaktelementen (7,8) anliegt, in seiner der Schließstellung des Steckverbinders entsprechenden Arbeitsstellung die Kontaktelemente (7,8) nicht berührt und in Richtung der Achse der Kontaktelemente (7,8) zwischen seiner durch eigene Formgebung und Federkraft vorgegebenen Ruhestellung und seiner Arbeitsstellung bewegbar im Stecker (4) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das als Bügel ausgebildete Kurzschlußelement (11) in seiner Ruhestellung in den fiir den Gegenstecker (5) in der Schließstellung des Steckverbinders vorgesehenen Raum um eine im Verhältnis zur Länge der als aus dem Stecker (4) herausragende Steckerstifte ausgebildeten Kontaktelemente (7,8) kürzere Strecke hineinragt,daß das Kurzschlußelement (11) in seiner Arbeitsstellung unter Anlage an der Stirnfläche (18) des auf den Stecker (4) aufgesteckten Gegensteckers (5) im Stecker (4) angeordnet ist unddaß die Ausnehmung (14) des Steckers (4) im Bereich ihrer Öffnung durch als Anlageflächen für das Kurzschlußelement (11) dienende Schrägen (15,16) nach außen konisch erweitert ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel des Kurzschlußelements (11) an seinen beiden freien Enden jeweils eine nach außen weisende, etwa halbkreisförmig gebogene Ausbiegung (12,13) aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Ausnehmung (14) ein Anschlag (17) zur Begrenzung der Bewegung des Kurzschlußelements (11) angebracht ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Flächen des Kurzschlußelements (11) vergoldet sind, die in dessen Ruhestellung an den Kontaktelementen (7,8) anliegen.
