Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a car body for railway freight cars, the large-volume car body is equipped with an openable roof and is suitable for the transport of loading vessels or loading units, such as swap bodies, containers, refrigerated containers, logistics boxes or the like, in high-speed traffic.
Rail freight cars with an openable roof, the roof of which is designed as a multi-part lifting / sliding roof, are generally known. In the closed state, the roof halves rest on the long upper chords of the side walls, the end wall upper chords and a central cross connection connecting the long upper chords. To open the roof parts, a support lever is pivoted via a hand lever, which lifts a roof part via a support roller supported on the cross-connection, which can then be moved over the other closed roof part via rollers. The front rollers of the roof sections run on rails on the long upper belts, which have inclinations near the end walls to compensate for the lifting movement of the other roof section when opening. The rollers of the facing roof ends run on rails of the closed roof part after lifting.
In another embodiment, hydraulic devices and cylinders and pistons acted upon by them are known as devices by means of which the roof parts are actuated from the ground, pistons actuating lifting elements designed as support levers which bring about the lifting movement of the roof parts. The raised part of the roof is then moved horizontally with a hand lever that also operates the hydraulic system.
Other rail freight wagons are equipped with lifting swivel roofs, which can be used as a total roof either on both sides of the wagon or, if necessary, as semi-roofs, each with a roof that is divided in its upper apex be swiveled to both sides of the wagon at the same time. The roof or the halves of the roof is / are supported on supporting walls on the end wall, approximately in the middle of the longitudinal carriage.
The lifting and swiveling roof can be operated from each side of the car using a handwheel in the area of the corner pillars of a front wall. The opening process begins when the roof is lifted out of the seal between the top wall and the edge of the roof, with the roof already being pivoted slightly. The swiveling process is carried out using telescopic rods that are connected to the guide carriage of the spindle and the swivel arms of the roof.
These described or other rail freight wagons are in a known manner with functionally movable assemblies, such as. B. sliding or swiveling roofs or side walls, partitions or cargo space doors, which are equipped with separate, intended for these modules, movement-triggering or supporting components, such as hand and support levers, rollers, rails, spindles, chains, springs and the like.
A disadvantage of these designs is that the separate operation of the functionally movable assemblies does not exclude operating errors that can lead to malfunctions or accidents.
An openable roof, as shown above, cannot be implemented in high-speed rail freight cars, since the car body must meet the condition of minimizing air resistance with largely even flow on the car. The body of the car is to be made aerodynamically smooth, ie the roof and side walls must be smooth and flush. All operating elements, levers, hinges, lines or other attachments must be laid inside or recessed flush.
Furthermore, the design of the side walls of the large-volume wagon body, which is due to the desired high speed of the vehicle due to the complete encasing of the transport containers or transport units, in the load-bearing design, on the one hand with the outer wagon cross section by the prescribed limiting profile and on the other hand with the inner wagon cross section (loading space) limits are set by the dimensions of the transport containers or transport units. Due to the high speeds for which a high-speed freight wagon has to be designed, it is in addition to the tensile and compressive load cases in combination with the loads due to the dead weight and payload with load cases that result from the aerodynamic loads, especially during train encounters and tunnel passages surrendered.
These freight wagons with an openable roof are loaded and unloaded vertically using a crane and, for freight wagons with a load compartment door or with sliding walls, horizontally using a forklift or a lifting / loading device.
For the vertical loading and unloading of loading containers or loading units at container terminals and freight handling centers of the railways, telescopic spreaders are used as load handling devices with integrated, foldable gripping tongs, suitable for picking up and transporting 20 ', 30' and 40 'containers as well as the Manipulation of swap bodies in different dimensions as well as logistics boxes on a supporting frame are known.
The vertical loading and unloading of large-volume rail freight wagons for high-speed traffic with loading containers or loading units, with the exception of containers that are equipped with special corner fittings on the roof, cannot be carried out with the usual load handling devices on the container terminals and goods handling centers, as swap bodies, logistics boxes on supporting frames , Logistics boxes individually or the like can only be gripped or lifted in the lower area by lifting devices and the clear loading space width of the high-speed freight wagons does not permit immersion of the loading gear, the gripping tongs or the like next to the loading containers or the loading units in the loading space. In addition, the logistics boxes have so far only been able to be moved by forklift trucks or lift-load transporters or can be placed directly on special support frames or transport vehicles.
The invention has for its object to design the car body of a railway freight wagon so that it is suitable for the transport of loading containers and loading units in high-speed traffic and it absorbs all the forces caused by the above-mentioned loads, the disadvantages of the above-described embodiments being avoided.
The object is achieved by the features described in

Ladeeinheiten 10 in vollständig geschlossenen hochgeschwindigkeitstauglichen Eisenbahngüterwagen.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the loading vessels or
