Abstract

Le relais comprend un noyau statique disposé à l'intérieur de la bobine (12) et une armature montée pivotante à une extrémité de la bobine, qui forme conjointement avec deux pièces polaires (31, 32) à l'autre extrémité de la bobine, des discontinuités magnétiques par rapport à une extrémité du noyau. L'armature comporte deux sections de plaque de pôle (31a, 32a) qui sont disposées dans le prolongement des deux pièces polaires sur un plan commun à l'extérieur de la bobine et parallèlement à l'axe de celle-ci et sont couplées à un côté d'un aimant permanent quadripolaire. Les deux pôles opposés de l'aimant permanent sont couplés à une plaque de flux qui forme, de son côté, un retour en direction du noyau. Ce système permet d'obtenir un relais polarisé dont les sections magnétiques peuvent être très bien optimalisées, la caractéristique de commutation étant aisément réglable par équilibrage de l'aimant permanent. En outre, il est possible de bien séparer le système magnétique des systèmes de contact par des parois isolantes appropriées.
