Definitions

  • the invention relates to a temperature-resistant, simple and inexpensive to produce electrical insulating paper based on synthetic resin fibers and polymer fibrils, which act as a binder for the fibers.
  • Insulating materials used to date are, for example, resin-impregnated glass nonwovens or glass fabrics, flat structures made from special blends with cellulose, foils made from polyester or polyamides, and papers made from aromatic polyamides. Although these insulating materials generally have good electrical and usually also good mechanical properties, their production is cost-intensive, so that the electrical machines are not insignificantly more expensive as a result. Some of these papers are very brittle and break especially when subjected to kinking. Papers made from aromatic polyamides are characterized by particularly good temperature resistance, their mechanical properties, in particular the high elastic recovery, are disadvantageous during processing. The permanent glow resistance also leaves something to be desired.
  • the invention was therefore based on the object of providing electrical insulation materials which have good mechanical and electrical properties, are temperature-resistant and can be produced at low cost.

Abstract

Description

    • A. 15-95 Gew.-% Kunstharzfasern
    • B. 5-85 Gew.-% Polymerfibrillen
    • C. 0-30 Gew.-% Kunstharzpulver
    Dicke 0,25 mm
    Durchschlagfestigkeit (nach DIN 53 481) 35 kV·mm⁻1
    Dielektrizitätskonstante (bei 10³Hz und 50°C) 2,6
    Spez. Durchgangswiderstand (nach DIN 53 482) 4.10¹⁶ [Ω·cm]
    Reißfestigkeit (nach DIN 53 455) 420 N·cm⁻¹
    Reißdehnung (nach DIN 53 455) 20 %
    Einreißfestigkeit (nach DIN 53 515) 850 N·
