Claims (7)

  1. Eine Vorrichtung zur Aufbewahrung von dosierten Mengen dickflüssigen Materials, enthaltend einen Raum zur Aufnahme der dosierten Menge dickflüssigen Materials sowie eine Einrichtung zum Verschließen dieses Raums, die zur Abgabe der dosierten Menge dickflüssigen Materials geöffnet werden kann, wobei die Vorrichtung aus zwei übereinandergelegten, fest miteinander verschweißten Folien (1, 2) besteht, von denen die erste Folie (1) formbar ist und für jede dosierte Menge eine von der Verbindungsfläche der beiden Folien wegweisende kammerartige Verformung (3) aufweist, die den Raum (4) zur Aufnahme der dosierten Menge dickflüssigen Materials bildet, wobei die Vorichtung weiterhin eine Abgabeleitung (5) für die dosierte Menge dickflüssigen Materials enthält, die in Form eines Ganges eine nicht verschweißte Zone zwischen der ersten Folie (1), in der die Kammer (3) ausbildet ist, und der zweiten Folie (2) bildet, wobei die Leitung (5) an einem ihrer Enden (6) offen ist und mit ihrem anderen Ende (7) in die Kammer (3) mündet, und wobei eine geschmeidige Membran (8) eine Verschlußeinrichtung bildet, die eine Trennung (9) zwischen der Kammer (3) und der Leitung (5) bewirkt und die in der Zone der Leitung (5) mit der ersten Folie, in der Kammer (3) ausgebildet ist, verbunden ist, wodurch an dieser Stelle ein wenig widerstandsfähiger Verschluß gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Abgabeleitung (5) entweder beide Folien (1, 2) nicht verformt sind, so daß die Abgabeleitung (5) allein auf die Existenz der nicht verschweißten Zone zurückzuführen ist, oder die erste Folie (1) verformt ist, wobei in diesem Fall die geschmeidige Membran (8) der Verformung der ersten Folie (1) in der Zone folgt, in der sie mit dieser verbunden ist, und wobei die zweite Folie (2) eben ist und starrer als die erste Folie (1).
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenig widerstandsfähige Verschluß, der in der Abgabeleitung (5) durch die mit der ersten Folie (1), in der die Kammer (3) ausgebildet ist, verbundene Membran (8) gebildet wird, durch eine leicht lösbare Verbindung der Membran (8) mit der ersten Folie (1) hergestellt wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenig widerstandsfähige Verschluß, der in der Abgabeleitung (5) durch die mit der ersten Folie (1), in der die Kammer (3) ausgebildet ist, verbundenen Membran (8) gebildet wird, durch eine in der Membran (8) ausgebildeten, zuvor ausgeschnittenen schwächeren Zone hergestellt wird.
  4. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Vorrichtung zum Aufnehmen und Abgeben von dosierten Mengen dickflüssigen Materials, bei dem Kammern (3) in einer ersten Folie (1) aus formbarem Material ausgebildet werden, bei dem die Kammern (3) mit dosierten Mengen (4') dickflüssigen Materials gefüllt werden, bei dem wenigstens teilweise auf die Kammern (3) und die jeweilige, als Abgabeleitung (5) dienenden Zone eine geschmeidige Membran (8) aufgebracht wird, bei dem die geschmeidige Membran (8) mit der ersten Folie (1) wenigstens in der Zone verbunden wird, die der Abgabeleitung (5) entspricht, bei dem auf die so gebildete Baueinheit eine zweite Folie (2) gelegt wird, die die erste Folie abdeckt, und bei dem die erste und die zweite Folie fest miteinander verschweißt werden, wobei die geschmeidige Membran wenigstens in der Umfangszone jeder Kammer (3) sowie in dem Bereich, der sich zwischen jeder Kammer (3) und dem entsprechenden Rand der Vorrichtung erstreckt miteingeschlossen wird, wobei in diesem Bereich an der Stelle der Abgabeleitung (5) ein nicht verschweißter Gang fortbestehen bleibt, der von der Kammer (3) bis an den Rand der Vorrichtung führt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Folie (2), die dem Verfahrensschritt des Verschweißens unterworfen wird, eben ist, und daß vor dem Verschweißen die ersten Folie (1) in keiner Weise zur Bildung des Abgabekanals (5) geformt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geschmeidige Membran (8) derart auf die Folie (1), in der die Kammern (3) ausgebildet sind, gelegt wird, daß sie diese vollständig bedeckt, daß zwischen der formbaren Membran (8) und der Folie (1), in der die Kammern (3) ausgebildet sind, über die gesamte Umfangskante jeder Kammer hinweg eine Schweißverbindung hergestellt wird, daß die zweite Folie (2), die starrer ist als die Folie (1), in der die Kammern (3) ausgebildet sind, auf die so gebildete Baueinheit gelegt wird, daß die zweite Folie (2) unter Wärmeeinwirkung fest mit der von der ersten Folie (1) und der geschmeidigen Membran (8) gebildeten Baueinheit über ihre gesamte Auflagefläche mit Ausnahme der Zonen, die von den Kammern (3) und dem Gang eingenommen werden, der jeweils eine Kammer (3) mit der Kante der Vorrichtung verbindet und die Abgabeleitung (5) bildet, verschweißt wird, wobei die hohe Temperatur beim Schweißen zu einer dauerhaften Verbindung über die gesamte Schweißzone zwischen der ersten Folie (1), der Membran (8) und der zweiten Folie (2) führt und in dem nicht verschweißten Gang eine Verformung in Form eines Kanals der ersten Folie (1) und der formbaren Membran (8) herstellt.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Verfahrensschritt der Befestigung der geschmeidigen Membran (8) an der Folie (1), in der die Kammern (3) ausgebildet sind, die zwischen der Membran (8) und dieser Folie (1) hergestellte Schweißverbindung schwach und wenig widerstandsfähig ist.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Verfahrensschritt der Verbindung der geschmeidigen Membran (8) mit Folie (1), in der die Kammern (3) ausgebildet sind, die geschmeidige Membran (8) eingeschnitten wird, um wenig widerstandsfähige Schwachzonen zu bilden, und daß sie anschließend auf der Folie (1), in der die Kammern (3) ausgebildet sind, so positioniert wird, daß sich die zuvor eingeschnittenen Zonen im Bereich der Gänge zwischen den Kammern (3) und dem Rand der Vorrichtung befinden, die in dem nachfolgenden Verfahrensschritt beim Verschweißen der ersten Folie (1) mit der zweiten Folie (2) ausgebildet werden.
