Claims (6)
- Flèche télescopique de grue, en particulier de grue repliable, essentiellement constituée par un bras repliable (1) monté à pivotement sur un bras support (2) et logeant un élément télescopique (3) actionné au moyen d'un vérin (4) et pourvu à son extrémité libre d'un nez (5) de fixation d'un élément de manutention ou analogue, l'élément télescopique (3) étant sous forme d'un caisson guidé dans le bras repliable (1) et étant muni à sa partie avant de platines (6) de fixation de raccords hydrauliques (7) des dispositifs d'actionnement de l'élément de manutention ou analogue, le bras repliable (1) étant fermé à sa partie arrière par une platine (8) pourvue de raccords (9) de branchement de conduites hydrauliques, et la liaison entre les raccords de branchement (7 et 9) de la platine (8) du bras repliable (1) et des platines (6) de l'élément télescopique (3) étant réalisée par l'intermédiaire de conduites (10) constituées par une combinaison de conduites flexibles (11) et de conduites rigides (12) s'étendant dans l'élément télescopique (3), suivant une boucle en S, les conduites rigides (12) s'étendant le long d'une paroi de l'élément télescopique (3) et étant fixées à leurs extrémités, respectivement aux platines d'extrémité (6) prévues près du nez (5) et à des raccords (13) prévus sur des platines de support (14) fixées à l'autre extrémité de l'élément télescopique (3), les conduites flexibles (11) étant reliées, d'une part, aux raccords (9) de la platine (8) du bras repliable (1) et, d'autre part, aux raccords (13) des platines de support (14), caractérisée en ce que l'élément télescopique (3) est guidé dans le bras repliable (1) par coopération directe de ses parois avec celles dudit bras repliable (1), en ce que les conduites (10) de liaison entre les raccords de branchement (7 et 9) s'étendent dans le caisson formant l'élément télescopique (3), de part et d'autre du vérin d'actionnement (4), ou sont sous forme de conduites flexibles enroulées en spirale autour du vérin (4), en ce que les conduites flexibles (11) s'étendent librement dans le bras repliable (1) et en ce que le nez (5) de fixation d'un élément de manutention ou analogue est constitué par deux joues (5') insérées et fixées dans la partie avant de l'élément télescopique (3) et permettant l'ancrage du vérin (4).
- Flèche, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les conduites flexibles (11) sont montées dans un moyen de guidage flexible (15).
- Flèche, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le moyen de guidage flexible (15) est constitué sous forme d'une graine flexible logeant une ou plusieurs conduites (11), de préférence deux conduites (11).
- Flèche, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le moyen de guidage flexible (15) est constitué par une gaine à maillons articulés, réalisée en matière synthétique ou en métal.
- Flèche, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, dans le cas où les conduites (10) de liaison entre les raccords de branchement (7 et 9) s'étendent dans le caisson formant l'élément télescopique (3), de part et d'autre du vérin d'actionnement (4), le caisson formant l'élément télescopique (3) est subdivisé en trois compartiments longitudinaux, à savoir un compartiment central logeant le vérin (4) et deux compartiments latéraux de logement et de guidage des conduites hydrauliques (10) et éventuellement des moyens de guidage flexible (15).
- Flèche, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les platines (6) de fixation des raccords hydrauliques (7) sont montées sur les joues (5') du nez (5), de manière amovible, par exemple par vissage ou par boulonnage.
