Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Transportwagen mit Schienenfahrwerken und einem bezüglich deren Achsen mittigen, balkenförmigen Wagenrahmen, an dem eine zur Verbindung mit einer Weiche vorgesehene Ladeplattform um eine in Wagenlängsrichtung verlaufende Achse verschwenkbar befestigt ist, wobei zwischen Ladeplattform und Wagenrahmen Antriebe zur Verschwenkung der Ladeplattform vorgesehen sind.The invention relates to a transport carriage with rail carriages and a beam-shaped carriage frame which is centered with respect to its axes and to which a loading platform provided for connection to a switch is pivotally attached about an axis running in the longitudinal direction of the carriage, drives being provided between the loading platform and the carriage frame for pivoting the loading platform.
Durch die EP 0 486 456 A1 ist bereits ein derartiger Weichentransportwagen bekannt, wobei die zum Transport einer Weiche vorgesehene Ladeplattform einstückig ausgebildet ist. Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun in der Schaffung eines Weichentransportwagens der eingangs beschriebenen Art mit einer konstruktiv vereinfachten Ausbildung der zur Fixierung der Weiche vorgesehenen Ladeplattform.The object of the present invention is to create a turnout transport wagon of the type described in the introduction with a structurally simplified design of the loading platform provided for fixing the turnout.

Die Anordnung mehrerer voneinander unabhängiger Ladeplattformen hat den besonderen Vorteil, daß aus der Asymmetrie der zu transportierenden Weiche resultierende ungleiche Masseverteilungen und daraus folgende Biege- bzw. Verwindungsspannungen innerhalb der Ladeplattform wesentlich reduziert werden. Außerdem läßt sich mit der vorgeschlagenen Lösung auch noch Masse an der Ladeplattform einsparen. Sind gemäß einer weiteren Variante der Erfindung vier voneinander unabhängige Ladeplattformen vorgesehen, so ist z. - Fig. 4 eine vergrößerte Draufsicht auf Befestigungselemente zur Verbindung der Weiche mit der Ladeplattform, und
- Fig. 5 eine schematisierte Darstellung eines Teiles des Weichentransportwagens mit der in bezug auf die Ladeplattformen richtig positionierten Weiche.

Der insbesondere in den Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellte Weichentransportwagen 1 weist einen balkenförmigen Wagenrahmen 2 auf, der jeweils endseitig über Schienenfahrwerke 3 auf einem Gleis 4 verfahrbar ist. Für die Energieversorgung ist ein Motor 5 vorgesehen. Der Weichentransportwagen 1 weist insgesamt vier in Wagenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordnete und voneinander distanzierte Ladeplattformen 6 auf. Diese sind jeweils um eine in Wagenlängsrichtung verlaufende Schwenkachse 7 verschwenkbar am Wagenrahmen 2 gelagert und mit zwei hydraulischen Antrieben 8 verbunden. Jede Ladeplattform 6 weist zwei sowohl zur Schwenkachse 7 als auch zueinander parallel in einer gemeinsamen Ebene verlaufende Längsträger 9 auf. Diese sind jeweils endseitig durch senkrecht zur Schwenkachse 7 verlaufende Verbindungselemente 10 miteinander verbunden. Jeder Längsträger 9 weist bezüglich der Maschinenquerrichtung mittig angeordnete und länglich ausgebildete Öffnungen 11 auf. An den parallel zur Schwenkachse 7 verlaufenden Längsseiten dieser Öffnungen 11 und an den Längsseiten der genannten Längsträger 9 sind jeweils durch - mit deren Längsseite angeschweißte - Bolzen 12 gebildete Halterungen 13 zur lösbaren und formschlüssigen Verbindung mit einer zu transportierenden Weiche 16 mit der Ladeplattform 6 verbunden. Diese Bolzen 12 verlaufen parallel zur Schwenkachse 7 und liegen in einer durch die Ladeplattform 6 gebildeten Rahmenebene 14, die identisch mit der durch die Unterseiten von Schwellen 15 der zu transportierenden Weiche 16 gebildeten Ebene ist.The
Zur Fixierung der Weiche 16 an der Ladeplattform 6 sind Befestigungsbügel 17 und Stützspindeln 18 vorgesehen (siehe auch Fig. 4). Der Befestigungsbügel 17 weist einen senkrecht zur Rahmenebene 14 verlaufenden Zugteil 19 mit einem endseitigen Haken 20 und einer am gegenüberliegenden Ende auf einem Gewindeteil befindlichen Flügelmutter 21 auf. Außerdem ist ein senkrecht zum Zugteil 19 verlaufendes, mit diesem verbundenes Querjoch 22 vorgesehen, dessen Länge etwa einer Schwellenteilung entspricht. Die beiden Enden der in ihrer Länge veränderbaren Stützspindeln 18 sind zur Aufnahme eines Bolzens 12 bzw. der Schienenfußkante einer Schiene 23 der Weiche 16 U-förmig ausgebildet.Fixing
Wie in Fig. 3 ersichtlich, ist die Schwenkachse 7 bezüglich einer vertikalen Längssymmetrieebene 24 des Wagenrahmens 2 in einer senkrecht zur genannten Ebene verlaufenden Richtung etwa 300 mm distanziert angeordnet. Der optimale Bereich dieser Distanzierung der Schwenkachse 7 beträgt etwa 250 bis 450 mm. Sowohl an der Unterseite jeder Ladeplattform 6 als auch an einer Seitenfläche des Wagenrahmens 2 sind Flansche 25 zur Fixierung der bereits genannten, teleskopisch verlängerbaren Antriebe 8 und von Abstützstangen 26 vorgesehen. Am mit dem Wagenrahmen 2 verbundenen Flansch 25 sind zwei in vertikaler Richtung voneinander distanzierte Bohrungen 27 zur wahlweisen Verbindung mit den genannten Abstützstangen 26 vorgesehen. An der Oberseite des Wagenrahmens 2 sind noch zusätzliche Antriebe 8 vorgesehen.As can be seen in FIG. 3, the

Zur Übernahme der Weiche 16 von einer bekannten Weichentransporteinrichtung befinden sich sämtliche Ladeplattformen 6 in einer horizontalen, in Fig. 3 durch strichpunktierte Linien 28 angedeuteten Lage. Die Weiche 16 wird durch die Weichentransporteinrichtung auf die Ladeplattformen 6 abgelegt und die Weichentransporteinrichtung entfernt. Die Positionierung der Weiche 16 erfolgt dabei in Übereinstimmung mit einem bereits vorher anhand eines in Fig. 5 schematisch dargestellten Positionsplan.To take over the
Dieser besteht aus bekannten, aus der Gleis- und Wagengeometrie sowie aus den Abmessungen des für den Transport aktuellen Lichtraumprofils resultierenden Umrißlinien 29, innerhalb derer die im gleichen Maßstab dargestellte, zu transportierende Weiche 16 beliebig positionierbar ist. Dabei wird zweckmäßigerweise die Weiche 16 so positioniert, daß im Bereich der Öffnungen 11 der Ladeplattformen 6 die Zugteile 19 der Befestigungsbügel 17 ungehindert zwischen den Schwellen durchführbar sind. Dabei ist natürlich auch eine optimale Positioniermöglichkeit der Stützspindeln 18 zu berücksichtigen. Abschließend wird anhand von markanten Punkten an der Weiche 16 deren Distanz zu markanten Punkten des Weichentransportwagens 1 ermittelt, um mit Hilfe dieser Distanzwerte die Weiche 16 auf der Baustelle durch die Weichentransporteinrichtung rasch und optimal auf die Ladeplattform 6 ablegen zu können.This consists of
Um eine sichere und auch rasch durchführbare Befestigung der Weiche sicherzustellen, ist die Erstellung eines Befestigungsplanes, wie er im folgenden aufgezeigt wird, zweckmäßig. Dabei werden jeweils zwei einer Öffnung 11 zugeordnete Abstützabschnitte als A,B bzw. C und D bezeichnet. Die Öffnungen 11 werden, von einem Ende des Weichentransportwagens 1 beginnend, fortlaufend mit Kleinbuchstaben angeführt. Anschließend werden jene Felder in den - einzelnen Abstützabschnitten A, B, C oder D zugeordneten - Öffnungen 11 markiert, in denen ein Befestigungsbügel 17 (+) bzw. eine Stützspindel 18 (-) vorzusehen ist.
Anhand dieses Befestigungsplanes kann die optimale Anordnung der Befestigungsbügel 17 und der Stützspindeln 18 rasch durchgeführt werden. Nach erfolgter Fixierung wird die Weiche 16 mit Hilfe der Antriebe 8 in die gewünschte Schräglage, beispielsweise mit einem Winkel von 71°zur Horizontalen, verschwenkt. Anschließend erfolgt zur Absicherung der Ladeplattformen 6 die Befestigung der Abstützstangen 26. Sollte es im Bereich einer Engstelle zweckmäßiger sein, die Schräglage der Weiche 16 zu verändern, so ist dies durch kurzzeitige Entfernung der Abstützstangen 26 bzw. deren Fixierung in der anderen Bohrung 27 rasch durchführbar.Using this mounting plan, the optimal arrangement of the
