Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a support arrangement for rail tracks arranged above the ground level with track supports between the tracks and the ground.
Such a support arrangement for tracks is known for example from DE 37 26 755 A1. It relates to a model railway, in which both rail tracks are arranged on a common substructure and are carried together with this substructure by the track supports. The individual rails are firmly connected to the substructure, the substructure being fixed to the track supports with the help of standard countersunk slotted screws. The known arrangement with its finished elements allows these elements to be easily and precisely laid, changed or removed just as easily, the elements being able to withstand weather influences.
A transfer of the known construction to the Large-scale operations are not possible because the underside of the railway wagons should be accessible for maintenance and inspection purposes. For this purpose, the tracks are erected, and if necessary track sections designed as track bridges can be removed from the rail track, so that wheels or wheel sets or bogies can be removed and exchanged or serviced under the railroad cars.
From DE 38 09 113 A1 a support arrangement is known which comprises rail-like elements. This known arrangement is used to form and support a high-bay warehouse. Tension anchors are provided within a concrete foundation, the free ends of which project above the ground level. The supports of the rack warehouse can be placed with corresponding recesses on these free ends of the tie rods and screwed there. Before the foundation is fastened, the tie rods can be adjusted and adjusted in several directions using several elongated holes and rail-like profiles. After fixing the foundation, however, the tie rods are arranged in a stationary manner, so that the free ends of the tie rods look out of the foundation at certain predetermined positions, so that the attachment of supports for the shelf is only possible at these predetermined locations.
The invention has for its object to provide a support arrangement for tracks, in which a relatively simple, fast and cost-saving retrofitting of the track system is possible to adapt to different types of trains, especially in the case of elevated tracks in a railway depot.
This object is achieved in that the rail strands are laid individually, each rail strand being assigned its own supports and that the supports are fixed on the bottom side by means of screws, profile strips arranged in the base having threaded bores in which the screws of the supports are anchored.
In other words, the invention proposes, in contrast to the support arrangement for tracks, which is known from the field of model construction, not to arrange the two rail tracks on a common substructure and then using common track supports, each of which supports the substructure and both track tracks, against the ground. Rather, the two rails should be laid as a so-called "open track". This means that there are no cross connections in the form of a common carrier plate, in the form of sleepers or the like between the two rail tracks. Therefore the underside of the railway wagons is accessible for maintenance and inspection purposes. It is also possible to remove track sections from the rail track so that wheels or wheel sets or bogies can be removed from under the railroad car. The two rail tracks are held in their raised position relative to the basic level in that each of the two rail tracks is assigned its own track supports, which only support this one rail track against the base.
Furthermore, the invention proposes to fix the supports on the floor side by means of screws. Profile strips are arranged in the base, which Have threaded holes. The screws of the supports can be anchored in these threaded holes. If the depot is to be converted for a different type of carriage, it is possible to drill threaded holes in the profile strips at the new locations. The screw connections of the supports with the profile strip can then be loosened and the track supports can be moved to the new locations where the threaded holes have been made.
In the edge area between the floor level of the ground and the side walls of a maintenance pit, edge profiles can be laid, which are designed as profile strips for receiving the supports. The surface of the edge profiles can be flush with the floor level. Around To facilitate driving over the pit with the aid of a floor truck, the edge areas of the edge profile near the pit can be slightly beveled. When the floor wagon drives over the pit, this prevents vehicle parts from bumping against the pit edge, i.e. the edge of the edge profile.
In order to achieve a particularly safe introduction of the forces into the ground and a particularly safe anchoring of the supports, stops in front of and behind the supports can be firmly connected to the ground.
The stops can advantageously have a substantially U-shaped cross section and be screwed to the profile strips.
