Claims (11)

  1. Outil pour le découpage de récipients simples ou multiples d'une feuille de matière synthétique ayant une élongation à la rupture élevée, en particulier d'une feuille de polypropylène, avec plusieurs couteaux (10, 14, 18) pouvant être fermés de manière définie par l'intermédiaire d'une presse pour l'incision et la coupe de la feuille,
    et avec une matrice de découpage (6) avec des ajours de découpage (34 et 36) en creux et en relief qui coopèrent avec les couteaux (10, 14, 18), caractérisé par
    - au moins deux plaques de réception (8, 12, 16) pour les couteaux (10, 14, 18) disposées les unes derrière les autres en direction de fermeture, les couteaux (14) et (18) ou respectivement leurs fixations de couteaux traversant les plaques de réception (8, 12) disposées respectivement, en direction de fermeture, avant les plaques de réception (12, 16) qui leur sont adjointes et
    - avec des butées (26, 28) pour les plaques de réception (8, 12) réalisées réglables, venant en action simultanément ou à des instants différents, pour la fixation de la valeur des trajets d'avance des couteaux (10, 14).
  2. Outil selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les plaques de réception comprennent au moins deux plaques de support (8, 12) et une plaque porte-nez (16).
  3. Outil selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que des ressorts de compression (24, 25) ou des vérins à gaz sont disposés entre les plaques de réception (8, 12, 16) pour le réglage des forces de découpage et pour le réglage de la précontrainte.
  4. Outil selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la matrice de découpage (6) et les butées (26, 28) sont disposées sur une platine (4).
  5. Outil selon la revendication 1 ou 4,
    caractérisé en ce que des vannes à sièges obliques (50, 50') sont prévues pour l'ajustage des longueurs des butées (26, 28).
  6. Outil selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les couteaux comprennent des couteaux (10) à arêtes de coupe rectilignes (30) pour la coupe ou pour l'incision de la feuille, des couteaux (14) à arêtes de coupe (32) creusées vers l'intérieur pour une coupe facultative ou pour l'incision pour la réalisation d'un film mince d'amorce de rupture et une coupe latérale pour la réalisation d'encoches latérales et des poinçons en étoile (18) pour gruger les coins de récipients avec un arrondi (19).
  7. Outil selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que les couteaux (10) à arêtes de coupe rectilignes (30) sont montés sur la plaque de support (8) la plus proche de la matrice de découpage (6), les couteaux (14) à arêtes de coupe creusées vers l'intérieur sont fixés à la plaque de support (12) immédiatement suivante et traversent la plaque de support (8) et les poinçons en étoile (18) sont montés sur la plaque porte-nez (16) et traversent les deux plaques de support (8) et (12).
  8. Outil selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que les arêtes de coupe des couteaux (10) et (14) et des poinçons en étoile (18), dans la position déployée de l'outil (2) (position de départ), sont disposées dans un plan entre la plaque de support (8) adjacente à la matrice de découpage (6) et la matrice de découpage (6).
  9. Outil selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la matrice de découpage (6) et la platine (4) sont munies d'ouvertures de décharge (56) pour les découpures d'arrondi matricées par les poinçons en étoile (18).
  10. Outil selon la revendication 1 et 6,
    caractérisé en ce que la butée (28) et/ou la butée (26) pour les couteaux (14) à arêtes de coupe (32) creusées vers l'intérieur et/ou pour les couteaux (10) à arêtes de coupe rectilignes sont (est) réglable(s) de telle manière que la feuille puisse être incisée jusqu'à une épaisseur résiduelle égale à l'épaisseur du film mince d'amorce de rupture de 0,03 mm à 0,05 mm.
  11. Outil selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (32) de l'arête de coupe des couteaux (14) est réalisé en forme de trapèze, de rectangle ou d'un évidement creux ou respectivement concave.
