Claims (5)
- Einrichtung zum Informieren der Benutzer eines Omnibus-Netzes über die Omnibus-Wartezeiten an den Haltestellen dieses Netzes, einerseits umfassend eine Sender-Gesamtheit (3-6) zum Ausarbeiten elektrischer Signale, die für den Abstand (d) zwischen jedem auf einer Linie des Netzes verkehrenden Omnibus (1) und der "nächsten" von diesem Omnibus angefahrenen Haltestelle (2) repräsentativ sind, und zum Senden dieser Signale, und andererseits umfassend Empfangsorgane (7), die wenigstens einer Haltestelle zugeordnet und derart gestaltet sind, daß sie die Signale empfangen, daß sie aus diesen Signalen diejenigen auswählen, die die Haltestelle direkt oder nicht betreffen, daß sie ausgehend von den derart ausgewählten Signalen Daten bezüglich der Wartezeiten für jeden ,,nächsten" Omnibus ausarbeiten, und daß sie die Daten anzeigen, wobei die fraglichen Wartezeiten mit den obigen Abständen über einen Parameter zusammenhängen, der die für den betroffenen Omnibus geschätzte zukünftige "Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit" zwischen seiner tatsächlichen Position an einem jeweiligen gegebenen Zeitpunkt und der Position der betroffenen Haltestelle bestmöglich repräsentieren soll, und der auf einer vorher gemessenen und gespeicherten, zurückliegenden tatsächlichen Omnibus-Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit basiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zurückliegende tatsächliche Omnibus-Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit ausgehend von wenigstens zwei solchen Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeiten bestimmt ist, welche zwei verschiedenen Zeiträumen entsprechen, die vor dem betrachteten gegebenen Zeitpunkt liegen, daß die Zahl der zurückliegenden Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeiten gleich zwei ist, nämlich V1 und V2, welche in einem verhältnismäßig langen bzw. in einem verhältnismäßig kurzen Zeitraum unmittelbar vor dem betrachteten gegebenen Zeitpunkt berechnet werden, daß die für die Berechnung erhaltene zurückliegende Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit eine gewichtete Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit ist, die gleich αV1 + βV2 ist, in welcher Formel α und β zwei Konstanten sind, und daß die Berechnungsmittel derart gestaltet sind, daß sie die dem kürzesten Zeitraum entsprechende Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit V2 im Verlauf der Verringerung des momentanen tatsächlichen Abstands zwischen dem ,,nächsten Omnibus" und der betrachteten Haltestelle immer stärker gewichten.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Summe α + β gleich 1 ist.
- Informationseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Berechnung der zwei zurückliegenden Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeiten V1 und V2 entsprechenden Zeiträume in der Größenordnung zwischen 10 und 20 Minuten für den ersten Zeitraum und in der Größenordnung zwischen 30 Sekunden und 5 Minuten für den zweiten Zeitraum liegen.
- Informationseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in der eine der zurückliegenden Omnibus-Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeiten, die zum Zweck der Berechnung der Wartezeiten für einen jeweiligen Omnibus (1) an einer gegebenen Haltestelle (2) ausgenützt wird, die tatsächliche Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit ist, die für wenigstens einen dem Omnibus vorhergehenden Omnibus ermittelt und gespeichert worden ist.
- Ein tragbarer Empfängerkasten, welcher einen der Empfänger (7) bildet, der in der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 enthalten ist.
