Claims (22)

  1. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren von Daten durch einen entfernen Server (2) über Behinderungen im Straßenverkehr, die eine Verlangsamung von Fahrzeugen auf wenigstens einem Straßenabschnitt hervorrufen, bei dem
    - eine integrierte Vorrichtung (1) auf einem Fahrzeug zum Übertragen eines Informationsrasters auf den entfernten Server (2) geeignet ist,
    - wobei der entfernte Server (2) geeignet ist, dasselbe zu verarbeiten und Informationen an die integrierte Vorrichtung (1) zurückzusenden, zu deren Übertragung an den Fahrer des Fahrzeugs Letztere geeignet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die integrierte Vorrichtung (1) periodisch ein Informationsraster von einem Ortungssystem (5) empfängt,
    - die integrierte Vorrichtung (1) die Beschleunigung bestimmt, der das Fahrzeug unterworfen ist, und an den entfernten Server (2) ein als "Bremsraster" bezeichnetes Informationsraster sendet, wenn:
    ∘ a) die Beschleunigung negativ und höher ist als ein erster bestimmter Schwellenwert (δa) und wenn
    ∘ b) die Variation der Geschwindigkeit des Fahrzeugs aufgrund der genannten negativen Geschwindigkeit vor und nach derselben höher ist als ein zweiter Schwellenwert (δv)
    - der entfernte Server (2) beim Empfang des Bremsrasters dasselbe in einer als "Bremsdatenbank" bezeichneten Datenbank speichert.
  2. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entferne Server (2) per Vergleich der Informationen eines aus der "Bremsdatenbank" stammenden laufenden Bremsrasters mit den Daten einer "kartographischen Datenbank" den Abschnitt und die Fahrtrichtung des der genannten laufenden Bremsdatenbank zugeordneten Fahrzeugs bestimmt.
  3. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernte Server (2) die "Bremsdatenbank" befragt, um zu bestimmen, ob vor und in einer vorbestimmten maximalen Entfernung von dem betroffenen Fahrzeug auf dem genannten Abschnitt während eines bestimmten kurzen Zeitraums wenigstens ein vorab vorhandener Bremsabschnitt vorhanden ist, und wenn ja, legt er in einer als "Störungsdatenbank" bezeichneten Datenbank eine Abspeicherung an, in der die dem laufenden Bremsraster zugeordnete Position ein "Ende eines Verkehrsstaus" bildet.
  4. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernte Server (2) die "Störungsdatenbank" befragt, um zu bestimmen, ob vorgeschaltet und in einer vorbestimmten maximalen Entfernung des betroffenen Fahrzeugs auf dem genannten Abschnitt während einer bestimmten kurzen Zeitdauer wenigstens ein vorab vorhandener Stau vorhanden ist, und wenn ja, ändert er in der "Störungsdatenbank" die Abspeicherung des vorhandenen Endes eines Verkehrsstaus, um sie durch die dem laufenden Bremsraster zugeordnete Position als Ende eines Verkehrsstaus zu ersetzen.
  5. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem vorab vorhandenen Erwerbsraster zugeordnete Position in der "Störungsdatenbank" einen Beginn eines Verkehrsstaus darstellt.
  6. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernte Server (2) den Fahrzeugen, die sich zwischen dem Beginn und dem Ende eines Verkehrsstaus befinden, befiehlt, ihm in einer bestimmten Frequenz ein Informationsraster zukommen zu lassen.
  7. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernte Server (2) ausgehend von den genannten Informationsrastern die durchschnittliche Geschwindigkeit (Vm) der Fahrzeuge im Innern des Verkehrsstatus bestimmt.
  8. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernte Server (2) für jedes der Fahrzeuge, die sich zwischen dem Beginn und dem Ende eines Verkehrsstaus befinden, die Entfernung (Dt) bestimmt, die ihn von dem Beginn dieses Verkehrsstaus trennt.
  9. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernte Server (2) jeder integrierten Vorrichtung (1) für jedes der o. g. Fahrzeuge die Entfernung (Dt) mitteilt, die ihn von dem Beginn des Verkehrsstaus trennt.
  10. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernte Server (2) für jedes der Fahrzeuge, die sich zwischen dem Beginn und dem Ende eines Verkehrsstaus befinden, die Zeit (Tt) bestimmt, die es benötigen wird, um den Beginn dieses Verkehrsstaus zu erreichen.
  11. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernte Server (2) jedem der o. g. Fahrzeuge die Zeit (Tt) übermittelt, die es benötigen wird, um den Beginn des Verkehrsstaus zu erreichen.
  12. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernte Server (2) im Anschluss an eine Verschiebung des Beginns des Verkehrsstaus jedem der Fahrzeuge, die sich zwischen dem Beginn und dem Ende des genannten Verkehrsstaus befinden, die Lokalisierung des Beginns des Verkehrsstaus übermittelt.
  13. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die integrierte Vorrichtung eines Fahrzeugs, das sich im Innern eines Verkehrsstaus befindet, die Durchfahrtszeit durch den Verkehrsstau per Dividieren der Entfernung (Dt), die es von dem Beginn des Verkehrsstaus trennt, durch seine durchschnittliche Geschwindigkeit (Vm) in dem Verkehrsstau berechnet.
  14. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8, 10 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Empfang der Entfernung (Dt) und / oder der notwendigen Zeit (Tt) die integrierte Vorrichtung (1) eines Fahrzeugs diese Informationen dem Fahrer desselben in sprachlicher und / oder visueller Form übermittelt.
  15. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernte Server (2) einen Filterschritt umsetzt, der zum Feststellen bestimmt ist, ob der genannte bestimmte Abschnitt sich in einer aktiven Zone befindet und wenn das nicht der Fall ist, löscht er das dem o. g. bestimmten Abschnitt zugeordnete Raster in der "Bremsdatenbank".
  16. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Fahrzeuge periodisch ein Informationsraster an den entfernten Server (2) sendet und Letzterer per Vergleich der Informationen dieses Rasters mit den Daten der "kartographischen Datenbank" (17) den Abschnitt und die Fahrtrichtung des dem genannten laufenden Raster zugeordneten Fahrzeugs bestimmt.
  17. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernte Server (2) bestimmt, ob in der Störungsdatenbank (19) eine Verkehrsstörung vor der Position des dem genannten Raster entsprechenden Fahrzeugs und in einer kleineren Entfernung als einer bestimmten Entfernung derselben und insbesondere in der Größenordnung von 5 bis 10 Kilometern vorhanden ist.
  18. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernte Server (2) die Entfernung (Dq) bestimmt, die die genannte Position des Fahrzeugs von dem vorgeschalteten Ende des Verkehrsstaus trennt.
  19. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernte Server (2) die Länge (Lb) des vorgeschalteten Verkehrsstaus berechnet.
  20. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernte Server (2) der integrierten Vorrichtung (1) die o. g. Entfernung (Dq) und / oder die Länge (Lb) des vorgeschalteten Verkehrsstaus übermittelt.
  21. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernte Server bestimmt, ob zwischen der Position des Fahrzeugs und dem Ende des Verkehrsstaus in der "kartographischen Datenbank" ein Ausweg vorhanden ist und wenn er vorhanden ist, übermittelt er der integrierten Vorrichtung (1) die Entfernung (Ds).
  22. Erwerbs- und Verwaltungsverfahren von Daten durch einen entfernen Server (2) über Behinderungen im Straßenverkehr, die eine Verlangsamung von Fahrzeugen auf wenigstens einem Straßenabschnitt hervorrufen, bei dem
    - eine integrierte Vorrichtung (1) auf einem Fahrzeug zum Übertragen eines Informationsrasters auf den entfernten Server (2) geeignet ist,
    - wobei der entfernte Server (2) geeignet ist, dasselbe zu verarbeiten und Informationen an die integrierte Vorrichtung (1) zurückzusenden, zu deren Übertragung an den Fahrer des Fahrzeugs Letztere geeignet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - eine Bremsdatenbank (18), die Informationen enthält, welche aus Bremsinformations-Rastern resultieren, die von der integrierten Vorrichtung (1) der Fahrzeuge übermittelt sind,
    - eine Datenbank der Verkehrsstörungen, die wenigstens die Lokalisierung der Enden und / oder des jeweiligen Beginns dieser Verkehrsstörungen enthalten, wobei die integrierte Vorrichtung (1) periodisch ein lnformationsraster von einem Ortungssystem (5) empfängt,
    wobei die integrierte Vorrichtung (1) die Beschleunigung bestimmt, der das Fahrzeug unterworfen ist, und an den entfernten Server (2) ein als "Bremsraster" bezeichnetes Informationsraster sendet, wenn:
    ∘ a) die Beschleunigung negativ und höher ist als ein erster bestimmter Schwellenwert (δa) und wenn
    ∘ b) die Variation der Geschwindigkeit des Fahrzeugs aufgrund der genannten negativen Geschwindigkeit vor und nach derselben höher ist als ein zweiter Schwellenwert (δv)
