Claims (11)

  1. Machine à filer à anneaux avec un entraínement de broche, avec au moins un poste de filage (10) comprenant une broche (24), avec un entraínement de broche (100) entraínant en rotation la broche (24), avec au moins un guide-fil (18) pour guider le fil (12) essentiellement non filé allant depuis une unité d'alimentation de fil (14,16) vers le poste de filage (10), avec au moins un tâteur de tension de fil (32) pour la génération d'un signal de tension de fil, représentatif pour la tension de fil du fil (12), amené dans le poste de filage (10), signal dont le niveau est comparé avec un niveau de référence dépendant de paramètres de machine, comme, par exemple, le nombre de tours de broche, l'état d'entretien, ou similaire, de sorte que le résultat de la comparaison peut être alimenté dans la commande de la machine, et peut être pris en considération lors de la commande de la vitesse de rotation de l'entraínement de broche (100), dans le but de maintenir une tension de fil prédéterminée ou un déroulement prédéterminé de la tension de fil pendant le déroulement du procédé de formation de la bobine.
  2. Machine à filer à anneaux selon revendication 1,
    caractérisée par le fait,
    qu'un tâteur de tension de fil est prévu pour la mesure de la tension de fil dans des postes de filage déterminés, par exemple, à tous les vingt ou cinquante postes de filage.
  3. Machine à filer à anneaux selon revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée par le fait que
    le tâteur de tension de fil est combiné avec le guide-fil d'au moins un des postes de filage, ce par quoi le fil ne subit aucune charge supplémentaire.
  4. Machine à filer à anneaux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée par le fait que
    le tâteur de tension de fil peut être appliqué dans la suspension (30) d'un guide-fil (18), et où le tâteur livre un signal électrique qui reflète les trépidations produites par le mouvement du fil dans le guidage du fil.
  5. Machine à filer à anneaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 4,
    caractérisée par le fait
    qu'un tâteur de référence est prévu, qui est également soumis aux vibration de la machine, comme le tâteur de tension de fil proprement dit (32), respectivement les tâteurs de tension de fil proprement dits (32, 32.1,...,32.n), qui n'est cependant guère ou pas influencé par un fil (12) se déplaçant, et que le signal du tâteur de référence (80) livre un niveau de référence (URef) pour le tâteur de tension de fil (32) respectivement les autres tâteurs de mesure (32,32.1, ...,32.n).
  6. Machine à filer à anneaux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisée par le fait que
    le tâteur de tension de fil est un piézofilm dont le plan est au moins essentiellement disposé dans un plan contenant la direction de déplacement du fil, ou dans un plan lui étant parallèle, de telle sorte que la suspension du guide-fil réalise des mouvements élastiques des deux côtés, qu'un filtre à traitement immédiat (56) est prévu pour la filtration du signal de commande, filtre dont la bande de transmission est conduite pour un facteur de qualité, au moins essentiellement constant, selon la fréquence (f1) d'un élément enroulant le fil, afin d'obtenir soit la fréquence (f1) d'un élément (22) enroulant le fil (12) et/ou des harmoniques (f2 à f9) de cette fréquence (f1), et qu'un arrangement (66,76) est prévu pour la mesure du niveau de la fréquence filtrée, ou des fréquences, dont le signal de sortie correspond à la tension du fil.
  7. Machine à filer à anneaux selon l'une des revendications l à 3
    caractérisée par le fait que
    le tâteur de tension de fil est réalisé de telle sorte qu'un oeillet de guidage de fil (18) est mis en place sur un côté d'un barreau (92) d'une fixation de guidage de fil (94), via une cellule de mesure de force (90), que, de l'autre côté du barreau (92), une autre cellule de mesure de force (96) est mise en place sur celui-ci et alignée avec la première cellule de mesure de force (90), et où une masse m2 est mise en place sur la deuxième cellule de mesure de force pour compenser la masse m1 de l'oeillet de guidage de fil (18), et que les signaux de sortie des deux cellules de mesure de force (90,96) sont dirigés vers un circuit différenciateur, dont le signal de sortie est proportionnel à la tension du fil.
  8. Utilisation d'un tâteur de tension de fil pour la commande du nombre de tours de broche d'une machine à filer à anneaux, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, et où, le niveau du signal de tension de fil est comparé avec un niveau de référence dépendant de paramètres de machine, comme, par exemple, le nombre de tours de broche, l'état d'entretien, ou similaire, le résultat de la comparaison est alimenté dans la commande de la machine, et est pris en considération lors de la commande du maintien d'une tension de fil prédéterminée ou d'un déroulement prédéterminé de la tension de fil pendant le déroulement du procédé de formation de la bobine.
  9. Utilisation d'un tâteur de tension de fil selon revendication 8,
    caractérisée par le fait que
    le tâteur de tension de fil est un piézofilm dont le plan est au moins essentiellement disposé dans un plan contenant la direction de déplacement du fil, ou dans un plan lui étant parallèle, de telle sorte que la suspension du guide-fil réalise des mouvements élastiques des deux côtés, qu'un filtre à traitement immédiat (56) est prévu pour la filtration du signal de commande, filtre dont la bande de transmission est conduite pour un facteur de qualité, au moins essentiellement constant, selon la fréquence (f1) d'un élément enroulant le fil, afin d'obtenir soit la fréquence (f1) d'un élément (22) enroulant le fil (12) et/ou des harmoniques (f2 à f9) de cette fréquence (f1), et qu'un arrangement (66,76) est prévu pour la mesure du niveau de la fréquence filtrée, ou des fréquences, dont le signal de sortie correspond à la tension du fil.
  10. Utilisation d'un tâteur de tension de fil selon revendication 8 ou 9,
    caractérisée par le fait que
    le tâteur de tension de fil peut être appliqué dans la suspension (30) d'un guide-fil (10), et où le tâteur livre un signal électrique qui reflète les trépidations produites par le mouvement du fil dans le guidage du fil.
  11. Utilisation d'un tâteur de tension de fil selon revendication 8,
    caractérisée par le fait
    qu'un oeillet de guidage de fil (18) est mis en place sur un côté d'un barreau (92) d'une fixation de guidage de fil (94), via une cellule de mesure de force (90), que, de l'autre côté du barreau (92), une autre cellule de mesure de force (96) est mise en place sur celui-ci et alignée avec la première cellule de mesure de force (90), et où une masse m2 est mise en place sur la deuxième cellule de mesure de force pour compenser la masse m1 de l'oeillet de guidage de fil (18), et que les signaux de sortie des deux cellules de mesure de force (90,96) sont dirigés vers un circuit différenciateur, dont le signal de sortie est proportionnel à la tension du fil.
