Dann wird in die so entstandene Lücke zwischen Mast und Mastfuß ein die Lücke ausfüllendes vorbereitetes Mastteil eingefügt und mit dem angehobenen Mast sowie mit dem Mastfuß ebenfalls fest verbunden, ähnlich wie beim Stockbau.
