Claims (11)

  1. Anlasser (10) für Verbrennungsmotoren, insbesondere für Motoren von Kraftfahrzeugen der Bauart mit einem Elektromotor (14) und einem elektromagnetischen Schalter (12) mit zueinander parallel verlaufenden Achsen, und die auf einem Anlassergrundkörper befestigt sind, der wenigstens eine Anlassernase (11) umfaßt, die eine Haube bildet, die das Ende des Austrittsteils (34) des elektromagnetischen Schalters und das freie Ende (28) der Welle (26) des Motors (14), der ein Ritzel (30) trägt, umschließt, und der Bauart mit einem Steuerhebel (32), der die axialen Verschiebungen des Ritzels (30) steuert und der schwenkbar um eine Achse (X-X) montiert ist, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zu den Achsen des Motors und des elektromagnetischen Schalters ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerhebel (32) eine Gelenkachse umfaßt, deren Enden (46) jeweils schwenkbar in einem aus zwei Teilen bestehenden Lager montiert sind, wobei das Lager einen ersten (48) Lagerteil, der mit der Anlassernase (11) verbunden ist und einen zweiten komplementären Lagerteil (50) umfaßt, der gegenüberliegend aus einem Teil (60) geformt ist, das mit dem Gehäuse (22, 24) des Motors und/oder mit dem Gehäuse (18, 20) des elektromagnetischen Schalters (12) verbunden ist.
  2. Anlasser nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder erste Teil des Lagers ein erstes zylindrisches Halblager (48) darstellt, das aus einem Stück mit der Anlassernase (11) hergestellt wurde und das sich vorspringend axial von der Innenseite (13) des letzteren aus erstreckt.
  3. Anlasser nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden ersten Halblager (48) am Ende einer Platte (52) ausgebildet sind, die aus einem Stück mit der Anlassernase (11) gefertigt wurde und die sich vorspringend von der Innenseite (13) aus der letzteren in einer Ebene erstreckt, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Ebene verläuft, in der sich die Achsen des Motors (14) und des elektromagnetischen Schalters (12) befinden.
  4. Anlasser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten Teile der Lager jeweils ein zweites zylindrisches Halblager (50) darstellen, die am Ende eines Montageansatzes (60) ausgebildet sind, das zwischen zwei Abschnitten (22, 20) angebracht ist, die den Vorderteilen der Gehäuse des Motors (14) und des elektromagnetischen Schalters (12) gegenüberliegen, wobei diese Vorderteile zur Innenseite (13) der Anlassernase hin zeigen.
  5. Anlasser nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide zweiten Halblager (50) am Ende eines plattenförmigen Vorderteils (58) des Montageansatzes (60) ausgebildet sind, wobei sich das Vorderteil axial von einem hinteren Montageteil (62) aus in Richtung der Anlassernase (11) und in einer Ebene, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ebene ist, in der sich die Achsen des Schalters und des Motors befinden, erstreckt.
  6. Anlasser nach Anspruch 5, in Verbindung mit Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der plattenförmige Vorderteil (58) des Montageansatzes (60) sich in derselben Ebene wie die Platte (52) der Anlassernase befindet.
  7. Anlasser nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Montagehinterteil (62) des Montageansatzes (60) zwei entgegengesetzte konkave Oberflächen (68, 66) als Anlageflächen umfaßt, von denen jede mit einem gegenüberliegenden zylindrischen Abschnitt (22, 20) des Gehäuses (24) des Motors (14) und des Gehäuses (18) des elektromagnetischen Schalters zusammenwirkt.
  8. Anlasser nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine (68) der konkaven Anlageflächen einen Positionierungsstift (70) aufweist, der sich radial von der konkaven Oberfläche (68) aus erstreckt und der in einem komplementären Raum, der in dem entsprechenden Abschnitt (22) des Gehäuses des Motors oder des elektromagnetischen Schalters ausgebildet ist, aufgenommen wird.
  9. Anlasser nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz (60) ein aus Kunststoff geformtes Bauelement ist.
  10. Anlasser nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (46) des Steuerhebels des Ritzels sich in einer Ebene befindet, die sich im wesentlichen zwischen den Gehäusen (24, 18) des Motors (14) und des elektromagnetischen Schalters (12) erstreckt.
  11. Anlasser nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerhebel (32) und seine Schwenkachse (47) aus einem Stück durch Formerei gefertigt werden.
