Claims (24)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Anhalten einer Maschine mit horizontaler Trommel in einer Stellung, mit einem Mittel zum Blockieren der Antriebsvorrichtung der Trommel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blockiermittel ein keilförmiger Schuh (22) ist, der durch Verklemmen die Trommel (7) in einer gegebenen Stellung blockiert, wobei sich der Schuh zwischen dem Antriebsriemen (5) der Trommel (7) oder einem fest mit der Trommel verbundenen Teil (6) der Antriebsvorrichtung verklemmt, je nachdem ob der Riemen direkt auf der Trommel oder auf dem Teil angeordnet ist, wobei der Schuh einen Haken (23) aufweist, der von einem fest mit der Trommel (7) oder dem Teil (6) verbundenen Mitnahmemittel (24) mitgenommen wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schuh sich verklemmt, wenn ein Betätigungsmittel (25, 26, 27) ihn aus einer Ruhestellung in eine Stellung bewegt, in der das Mitnehmen möglich ist, wobei das Mitnahmemittel (24) so angeordnet ist, daß sich, wenn das Blockieren erfolgt ist, die Klappe der Trommel (7) gegenüber der Zugangsöffnung der Maschine befindet.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haken (23) so angeordnet ist, daß er von dem fest mit der Trommel (7) oder dem Teil (6) verbundenen Mitnahmemittel (24) mitgenommen werden kann, wenn das Blockiermittel durch ein Betätigungsmittel (25, 26, 27) in eine Annäherungsstellung gebracht ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das entweder fest mit der Trommel (7) oder dem Teil (6) verbundene Mitnahmemittel ein Vorsprung (24) oder ein Haken ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dann, wenn die Trommel (7) von einer dichten Wanne (8) umschlossen ist und mit ihrer Achse fest mit einer Riemenscheibe (6) verbunden ist, die von einem Riemen (5) angetrieben wird, das Mitnahmemittel an einer Seite der Riemenscheibe (6) angeordnet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Waschmaschinen und/oder Wäschetrocknern, bei denen der Riemen (5) die Trommel (7) direkt antreibt, das Mitnahmemittel direkt an dem zylindrischen Abschnitt der Trommel (7) angeordnet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsmittel eine Vorrichtung zum Verschieben einer Führungsstange (25) ist, die fest mit dem Keil (22) und dessen Haken (23) verbunden ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschiebevorrichtung einen auf der Führungsstange (25) befestigten Magnetkern (27) sowie eine Magnetspule (26) aufweist, welche die gewünschte Verschiebung bewirkt, wenn sie mit Strom versorgt wird, und durch deren Achse die Führungsstange (25) und der Kern (27) verlaufen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsfunktion und die Verschiebefunktion nicht von demselben Element wahrgenommen werden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer Vorrichtung zum Anhalten in einer Stellung eine Schnellentriegelungsvorrichtung für die Zugangstür (2) des Gehäuses zugeordnet ist, die den automatischen Sicherheitsverschuß des Gerätes gleichzeitig mit dem Anhalten in einer Stellung oder bei erfolgtem Anhalten entriegelt.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der automatische Sicherheitsverschluß des Geräts einen Riegel (34) aufweist, der durch ein Kabel (36) mit der Führungsstange (25) des Schuhs (22) verbunden ist, wobei der Weg des Kabels (36) so eingestellt ist, daß das Kabel (36) den Riegel (34) frühestens dann zieht, wenn der Vorsprung (24) in den Haken (23) eingreift, und so, daß der Verschluß vollständig entriegelt ist, wenn der Schuh (22) sich in seiner Blockierstellung befindet.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anhalten in einer Stellung mittels einer Drucktaste (13) gesteuert wird, die mit einem Mikroschalter (19) verbunden ist, dessen Zustand von dem digitalen Steuermodul (16) aufgenommen wird.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anhalten in einer Stellung von dem digitalen Modul (16) oder direkt von der Programmsteuerung am Ende des Waschens und/oder des Trocknens der Wäsche gesteuert wird.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, bevor die Gruppe Schuh-Haken (22, 23) in die Annäherungsstellung gebracht wird, der Motor (4) die Trommel (7) mit geringer Geschwindigkeit in der bevorzugten Richtung (S1) dreht.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugangstür (2) des Gehäuses der Maschine mit horizontaler Trommel mit einem Sicherheits-Mikroschalter (19) verbunden ist, der die Stromversorgung des Geräts unterbricht, wenn die Zugangstür (2) geöffnet wird.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maschine mit horizontaler Trommel eine Vorrichtung zur Erfassung des Blockierens der Trommel aufweist und daß das Gerät Mittel aufweist, um die Stromversorgung des Motors (4) in diesem Fall zu unterbrechen, wenn dies nicht von dem Sicherheits-Mikroschalter (19) vorgenommen wurde.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Erfassung erfolgt, wenn ein anomaler Anstieg des Stroms in dem Rotor oder des Stators des Motors auftritt oder wenn das digitale Modul (16) über den Drehzahlmesser (17) eine unzureichende Drehung oder eine Drehung von Null erfaßt, während eine Drehung des Motors vorgegeben wurde.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Wiederanlaufen der Maschine sich die Trommel zuerst in der zur bevorzugten Richtung entgegengesetzten Richtung (S2) dreht, so daß sich der Vorsprung (24) von dem Haken (23) löst.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Wiederanlaufen der Maschine der Schuh (22) und sein Haken (23) durch die Schwerkraft oder wenigstens eine Feder (31, 40) in ihre Ruhestellung zurückgestellt werden.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel vorgesehen sind, um den Haken (23) zu verschwenken, damit die Öffnung des Winkels des Einfangens des Vorsprunges (24) erhöht wird, wenn die Vorrichtung in die Annäherungsstellung gebracht ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschwenkmittel einen Dämpfer aufweisen, der sowohl die Funktion des Dämpfens von Stößen als auch die Funktion einer Rückstellfeder hat, welche den Haken (23) zurückzieht, wenn die Vorrichtung in ihre Ruhestellung zurückkehrt.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel vorgesehen sind, um das Halten der Vorrichtung und somit der Trommel zu verbessern, wenn diese sich in der Blockierstellung befinden.
  23. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Verbessern des Haltens ein zurückziehbares Element (47, 48) aufweisen, das auf eine fest mit der Gruppe Stange-Schuh (25, 22) verbundene und wenigstens eine Vertiefung aufweisende Lamelle (46) eine Kraft ausübt, so daß dann, wenn die zurückziehbare Vorrichtung in einer Vertiefung der Lamelle (46) angeordnet ist, die Vorrichtung unabhängig von einer eventuellen Unwucht der Wäsche im Inneren der Trommel in ihrer Stellung gehalten wird.
  24. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 22 und 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von dem zurückziehbaren Element (47, 48) ausgeübte Haltekraft so berechnet ist, daß sie dem Motormoment ermöglicht, den Kopf (48) aus der Vertiefung der Lamelle (46) zu lösen, wenn die Maschine wieder in Betrieb genommen wird.
