Claims (7)

1. Vorrichtung zum selbsttätigen Freimachen von Geweben in Strangfärbemaschinen, mit Mitteln zum Überwachen des Strangvorschubes, die beim Feststellen eines Stillstandes einen Arbeitsgang zum Freimachen steuern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie auf dem aus einer Sammelzone (5) austretenden Trum des Stranges (3) angeordnete Mittel (11, 12) aufweist, mittels derer ein Zug auf den Trum des Stranges (3) in dessen Vorschubrichtung ausübbar ist, wenn die Mittel zum Überwachen des Strangvorschubes dessen Stillstand erkennen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Überwachen des Strangvorschubes durch eine Rolle (8) mit horizontaler Achse gebildet werden, wobei die Rolle (8) frei drehbar auf der Achse angeordnet ist und der Strang (3) unter Anlage an der Rolle (8) an dieser vorbeiläuft, derart, daß sie bei dessen Vorbeilaufen in Drehrichtung angetrieben wird, und daß die Rolle (8) einem Überwachungssensor für deren Drehbewegung zugeordnet ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überwachungssensor für die Drehbewegung der Rolle (8) einerseits durch einen Magneten (9) gebildet wird, der an einer Stirnseite der Rolle (8) und exzentrisch zu dieser angeordnet ist und andererseits durch einen elektromagnetischen Aufnehmer (10), der an einer Maschinenwand befestigt und an der Bewegungsbahn des Magneten (9) positioniert ist, und daß der elektromagnetische Aufnehmer (10) veranlaßt wird, ein Signal abzugeben, wenn die von dem Magneten (9) empfangene Impulsfrequenz unterhalb eines vorbestimmten Wertes liegt.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, falls die Sammelzone (5) des Gewebes sich im unteren Teil der Maschine befindet, die Vorrichtung veranlaßt wird, einen Zug auf den Strang (3) in einer Richtung von unten nach oben auszuüben.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Ausüben eines Zuges auf den Strang (3) in einer Richtung von unten nach oben, unterhalb der Mittel zum Überwachen des Vorbeilaufens des Stranges (3) angeordnet sind.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Ausüben eines Zuges auf den Strang (3) durch einen kreisförmigen Ring (11) gebildet werden, der um eine Achse (12) drehbar ist, die entlang eines Kreis-Durchmessers und horizontal verläuft, daß der Ring (11) in Drehrichtung um die Achse (12) antreibbar ist, daß der Ring (11) auf der Bewegungsbahn des Stranges (3) angeordnet ist und unter normalen Betriebsbedingungen in einer Horizontalebene gehalten wird, so daß der Strang (3) reibungsfrei durch den Ring (11) laufen kann, und daß der Ring (11) in Drehrichtung bis zum Erreichen einer vorbestimmten Winkelstellung angetrieben und dann wieder in seiner Ausgangsposition zurückgenommen wird, wenn die Mittel (8) zum Überwachen des Strangvorschubes dessen Stillstand erkennen.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Ausüben eines Zuges auf den Strang durch eine Zange mit zwei Backen gebildet werden, die in einer gemeinsamen Horizontalebene auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Stranges angeordnet sind, wenn sie sich in einer Offenstellung befinden, die einem ordnungsgemäßen Strangvorschub entspricht, und daß sie sich um den Strang schließen, um alsdann um einen bestimmten Betrag vertikal angehoben und nach erneutem Öffnen wieder abgesenkt zu werden, wenn die Mittel zum Überwachen des Strangvorschubes dessen Stillstand erkennen.
